Brandon Belt DH | TOR
Giants' Brandon Belt: Sitting out Sunday
Belt is out of the lineup Sunday against the Twins, Henry Schulman of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Belt was in need of a break after starting 22 consecutive games, so manager Bruce Bochy decided that giving the first baseman the day off Sunday was most optimal with the Giants off the schedule Monday. Buster Posey will get a day off behind the plate and instead assume Belt's usual spot in the field.

Giancarlo Stanton DH | NYY
Marlins' Giancarlo Stanton: Plans to return Tuesday
Stanton (wrist) is expected to return to the lineup Tuesday against the Athletics and may be available to pinch hit Sunday against the Pirates, Joe Frisaro of MLB.com reports.
This is great news for the Marlins and Stanton owners alike, as it sounds like the slugger's wrist injury will not cause him to miss extended time. The star left fielder will bring his 16 homers and 42 RBI back to the heart of the Marlins' lineup Tuesday.

Yoenis Cespedes DH | NYM
Mets' Yoenis Cespedes: Sits out Sunday
Cespedes is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Braves.
Cespedes blasted a grand slam during the first game of Saturday's doubleheader but was relegated to the bench for the second game. The Mets will continue to be cautious with their prized left fielder as he will get the day off Sunday as well. Matt Ehalt of The Record reports that Cespedes is available off the bench Sunday and is expected to start on Monday and Tuesday. Michael Conforto draws the start in left field with Juan Lagares taking over in center field.

Giancarlo Stanton DH | NYY
Marlins' Giancarlo Stanton: Absent from Sunday's lineup
Stanton (wrist) is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Pirates, Joe Frisaro of MLB.com reports.
Stanton was lifted early from Saturday's contest after being struck on the wrist by a fastball in the first inning. X-rays came back negative, but the team has opted to give the slugger a day of rest Sunday. The Marlins are off on Monday, so Stanton could be able to rejoin the lineup Tuesday against the Athletics. Ichiro Suzuki will cover right field in his stead.

Andrew McCutchen DH | TEX
Pirates' Andrew McCutchen: Continues hot stretch Saturday
McCutchen went 3-for-4 with a pair of RBI doubles against Miami on Saturday. McCutchen is batting .392/.484/.647 in 62 plate appearances, starting with his move from the third spot to sixth in the lineup May 26.
McCutchen compiled a 17:35 BB:K in his first 44 games but has improved to 9:14 since moving down in the order. He's raised his batting average 44 points (.203 to .247) with his recent hot stretch -- 47 if you include his 1-for-2 performance off the bench May 24.

Charlie Blackmon RF | COL
Rockies' Charlie Blackmon: Hits 15th bomb
Blackmon went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and two runs scored during Saturday's win over the Cubs.
Blackmon remains a set-and-forget fantasy star and sports a .338/.384/.635 slash line with 15 bombs, 53 RBI, five stolen bases and 51 runs. He's well on his way to a career year in every category except stolen bases, and playing half his games at Coors Field helps both his virtual floor and ceiling.

Brandon Belt DH | TOR
Giants' Brandon Belt: Hits 11th home run
Belt went 2-for-3 with his 11th home run in Saturday's loss to Minnesota. He's likely to rest Sunday as the Giants may sit some left-handed bats against left-hander Nik Turley, manager Bruce Bochy told KNBR.com.
Belt entered Saturday hitting just .200 with a .609 OPS against left-handed pitching, so he may get a rest Sunday despite it being Turley's first career start.

Justin Turner DH | CHC
Dodgers' Justin Turner: Out of lineup Saturday
Turner is not in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Reds, Eric Stephen of TrueBlueLA.com reports.
There were no reported issues with the hamstring in Turner's return to the lineup Friday, but it seems the Dodgers don't want to push their luck. Logan Forsythe will man the hot corner in his absence, but look for Turner to be available off the bench and back in the lineup Sunday. He homered Friday -- just his second home run of the season -- and is now batting .378/.455/.510 on the year.

Justin Turner DH | CHC
Dodgers' Justin Turner: Homers in return Friday
Turned returned from the disabled list with a bang, going 1-for-3 with a two-run home run in Friday's win over the Reds.
The home run was just Turner's second of the season, well off of last year's 27-homer pace. Despite the lack of power this season, the third baseman was carrying an impressive .379/.453/.493 slash line prior to hitting the disabled list with a bum hamstring May 18. Now that he is healthy, he should resume his role as the Dodgers' three-hole hitter going forward.

Giancarlo Stanton DH | NYY
Marlins' Giancarlo Stanton: X-rays negative
Stanton exited Saturday's game with a right wrist contusion after being struck by a fastball in the first inning.
Stanton underwent X-rays immediately following his exit from Saturday's game, which resulted in a negative test and an official listing of day-to-day by the club. This is great news, but the team figures to hold Stanton out Sunday with a scheduled off day coming for Miami on Monday.
