Harper went 3-for-4 with two doubles and an RBI on Thursday against the Cardinals.

Harper continued his hot homestand, recording a double in the fourth and sixth innings to bring his total on the season to 19. He totaled six extra-base hits in the Phillies' three-game series against the Cardinals, raising his slugging percentage from .438 to .490. He'll look to keep things going at the dish as the Phillies begin a series at the Dodgers Friday.

Turner is out of Thursday's lineup against the Mets due to right hamstring tightness, David Vassegh of AM 570 LA Sports reports.

Turner was spotted grabbing his right hamstring after scoring in Wednesday's matchup, and the Dodgers have since confirmed that their starting third baseman is indeed dealing with a hamstring issue. The good news is that Turner will be available off the bench Thursday evening, so the injury doesn't appear to be overly significant. It remains to be seen if he'll be back in the starting nine for Friday's series opener against the Phillies.

Turner was seen grabbing the back of his knee after scoring the tying run during Wednesday's win over the Mets, David Vassegh of AM 570 LA Sports reports.

This helps explain why Turner is out of the lineup against left-hander Jason Vargas on Thursday. The Dodgers have yet to provide an update regarding the third baseman's status at this point, but this is certainly a situation to monitor. Max Muncy is starting at third base in place of Turner on Thursday, with David Freese getting the nod at first base.

Pederson is not in the lineup Thursday against the Mets.

Pederson has been on a tear over his last 10 games, slashing .438/.526/.781 with two homers and a 6:4 BB:K, but he'll give way to Matt Beaty in left field for Thursday's series finale with lefty Jason Vargas starting for the opposition.

Turner is not in the lineup Thursday against the Mets.

According to Ken Gurnick of MLB.com, manager Dave Roberts wanted to rest Turner's legs, which explains why the third baseman is out of the lineup against left-hander Jason Vargas. Since the start of May (22 games), Turner is slashing an impressive .341/.409/.585 with five homers, 15 RBI, a stolen base and a 6:7 BB:K.

Blackmon (calf) said he expects to return from the 10-day injured list Tuesday against the Cubs, Patrick Saunders of The Denver Post reports.

The slugging outfielder was placed on the injured list Monday with the calf injury, but he says he feels on track to return when first eligible for Colorado's opening game of its road series with the Cubs, per Saunders. Blackmon was slashing .300/.356/.565 with 10 homers and 31 RBI before the injury.

Ohtani is not in the lineup Thursday against the Mariners.

Ohtani has started the past six games for the Angels, going 5-for-24 with a trio of RBI in those contests. He'll take a seat for Thursday's series opener with left-hander Yusei Kikuchi toeing the rubber for the Mariners. In his place, Jonathan Lucroy is starting at the designated hitter, with Dustin Garneau getting the start at backstop.

Stanton (shoulder) ran and hit in the cage Thursday, Lindsey Adler of The Athletic reports.

Stanton had been shut down from baseball activities after suffering a calf strain last week, so this is an encouraging step for the veteran slugger. Manager Aaron Boone is hoping Stanton will be able to ramp up to live batting practice soon, at which point an updated timetable for his return will hopefully emerge.

Choi is not in the lineup Thursday against the Twins, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Choi will take a seat for Thursday's series opener with left-hander Martin Perez toeing the rubber for the Twins. In his place, Brandon Lowe is covering first base, while Daniel Robertson and Christian Arroyo are starting at second and third base, respectively.

Buxton (knee) is starting in center field and hitting ninth Thursday against the Rays, Brandon Warne of ZoneCoverage.com reports.

Buxton exited Tuesday's game against the Brewers with a bruised right knee, but he won't be forced to miss any action thanks to Wednesday's off day. The outfielder, who is hitting .265/.330/.518 with four homers and three stolen bases this month (26 games), will face right-hander Charlie Morton in Thursday's series opener in Tampa Bay.
