Soler is not in the lineup Wednesday against the Dodgers.

Soler started all 27 games since being acquired by Atlanta at the trade deadline, and he'll receive a well-earned day off after hitting .270/.378/.540 with eight homers, 16 RBI, 17 runs and a 18:24 BB:K during that span. Eddie Rosario, Joc Pederson and Adam Duvall will start from left to right in the outfield Wednesday.

Ohtani (hand/wrist) will serve as the starting pitcher Friday against the Rangers, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register reports.

Ohtani had Tuesday's scheduled start pushed back after being hit by a pitch in the right hand/wrist over the weekend, but he completed a bullpen session Wednesday and has been cleared to rejoin the rotation. It never appeared to be a serious issue, as the 27-year-old remained in the lineup as the designated hitter the past couple days. He'll bat second in Wednesday's series finale against the Yankees.

Stanton isn't starting Wednesday against the Angels.

Stanton will get a rare day off after he went 5-for-11 with a home run, four RBI and a strikeout across the last three games. Aaron Judge will shift to right field while Brett Gardner starts in center.

Ohtani (hand/wrist) threw a bullpen session Wednesday, Sam Blum of The Athletic reports.

Ohtani was unable to start as a pitcher Tuesday after he was hit by a pitch on his right hand/wrist. However, he's remained in the lineup as a designated hitter, and he hit his 42nd home run of the season Monday. He tentatively lines up to start Saturday's game at home against the Rangers as a pitcher, but more clarity regarding his status will likely be revealed based on how he feels after Wednesday's throwing session.

Ramirez (knee) was reinstated from the 10-day injured list Wednesday.

Ramirez recently made four rehab appearances at High-A Lake County and went 4-for-13 with a solo home run and a strikeout. The 26-year-old spent just under three weeks on the shelf but is starting in left field and batting sixth in his return to the lineup against the Royals on Wednesday.

Ohtani went 0-for-2 with two walks, two stolen bases and two runs scored in Tuesday's 6-4 win over the Yankees.

Ohtani didn't get any hits Tuesday, but he reached twice via walk and made an impact with his baserunning by swiping second in the fourth inning and stealing home in the fifth. The 26-year-old is now tied for sixth in all of baseball with 22 steals. In addition, he still leads MLB with 42 homers and is seventh with 90 RBI.

Belt went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in a loss to the Brewers on Tuesday.

The first baseman endured a mostly frustrating game, leaving three men on base and striking out twice in five at-bats. However, he atoned by swatting a solo homer to center field in the sixth inning for his team's first run. Belt has been picking things up at the plate of late, slashing .381/.409/.857 with three homers and four RBI over his past five games.

Pederson went 1-for-2 with a solo home run and a walk in a 3-2 loss to the Dodgers on Tuesday.

Pederson opened the scoring with a 398-foot bomb to right off former teammate Walker Buehler in the third inning and later walked in the fifth. The home run was only the outfielder's third in August as Pederson has slumped to a subpar .200/.347/.400 line this month.

Miller hit a two-run home run during his only at-bat in Tuesday's win over the Nationals.

Miller tacked on a pair of insurance runs for the Phillies by taking Wander Suero deep in the ninth inning. It was his second long ball in as many games and the 15th of the year for the 31-year-old, who is batting .229/.321/.453 overall.

McCutchen went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run, a double, three RBI, two runs scored and a pair of walks during Tuesday's win over the Nationals.

McCutchen took Patrick Corbin deep in the fourth inning to notch his 22nd long ball of the year. The 34-year-old, who has dealt with knee issues this season, has put together a .222/.339/.437 slash line across 117 games. The homer was his first since Aug. 14.
