Jimenez is viewed by A's general manager David Forst as the most experienced late-inning candidate vying for the team's closer role this spring, Martin Gallegos of MLB.com reports.

Jimenez will enter 2024 with 61 major-league appearances, which have encompassed 59 innings. The right-hander has converted 12 of 16 save chances and also recorded 11 holds in that span, generating a solid 3.43 ERA and 1.14 WHIP overall in the process. Forst adds that journeyman Trevor Gott, who signed a one-year deal in December, is also under consideration for some ninth-inning opportunities, while Mason Miller, who's worked almost exclusively as a starter in his three-year professional career thus far, is considered to have excellent stuff for the role and therefore firmly in contention for it as well.

Webb will earn $1 million in 2024 after winning his arbitration case against the Orioles on Tuesday, Robert Murray of FanSided.com reports.

Webb posted a 3.27 ERA and 1.18 WHIP in 22 innings after he was claimed off waivers by the O's in August, earning himself a $260,000 raise from last season. The 30-year-old righty projects as a middle reliever heading into 2024.

The Mariners claimed Snider off waivers from the Diamondbacks on Tuesday, Daniel Kramer of MLB.com reports.

Snider has made 62 appearances at the big-league level, posting an uninspiring 5.93 ERA and 33:28 K:BB over 54.2 frames. He does boasts a 51.9 percent groundball rate, which gives Seattle something to work with.

Jensen cleared waivers and was outrighted to Triple-A St. Paul by the Twins on Tuesday, Dan Hayes of The Athletic reports.

Jensen is no longer on the Twins' 40-man roster, but he'll remain with the organization and will be in major-league camp this spring. The 26-year-old split the 2023 season between the Double- and Triple-A levels, posting a 5.32 ERA and 78:54 K:BB over 64.1 frames.

Sweet cleared waivers and was outrighted to Triple-A Toledo by the Tigers on Monday.

He's no longer on the 40-man roster but will remain in the organization. Sweet held a 10.38 ERA in seven major-league appearances in 2023 but collected a 2.25 ERA and 57:11 K:BB over 44 innings between the Double- and Triple-A levels.

The Tigers claimed Ingram off waivers from the Angels on Monday.

Although he struggled during his brief time with the big club in 2023, Ingram collected a 2.95 ERA and 77:34 K:BB over 61 frames between Double-A Rocket City and Triple-A Salt Lake. He'll attempt to win one of the left-handed relief jobs in Detroit's bullpen.

The Yankees acquired Ferguson from the Dodgers on Monday in exchange for left-hander Matt Gage and right-hander Christian Zazueta, Jon Heyman of the New York Post reports.

Ferguson becomes the second lefty reliever to make the move from Los Angeles to The Bronx this offseason, as the Yankees previously acquired Victor Gonzalez in December. The 27-year-old Ferguson will be due $2.4 million this season in his final year of arbitration and is coming off a solid 2023 campaign in which he compiled a 3.43 ERA, 1.44 WHIP and 70:23 K:BB to go with seven wins, 17 holds and three saves across 68 appearances spanning 60.1 innings. He'll likely slot into a middle-relief or setup role with the Yankees in front of closer Clay Holmes.

Cisnero signed a one-year, $1.75 million contract with the Angels on Saturday, Taylor Blake Ward of The Sporting Tribune reports.

Cisnero's ERA ballooned to 5.31 in 2023 with the Tigers, but he collected a 70:25 K:BB over 59.1 innings. The 34-year-old posted a 3.84 ERA with 229 strikeouts across 211 frames during his five seasons in Detroit and should slide into a setup role in Anaheim.

The White Sox designated Ramsey for assignment Saturday.

Ramsey appeared in 21 games for the White Sox after having his contract selected in August, posting a 5.85 ERA and 1.70 WHIP across 20 frames. He'll now be cast off the 40-man roster in order to make room for Zach DeLoach and Prelander Berroa following Saturday's trade that sent Gregory Santos (elbow) to Seattle.

The Mariners traded Berroa, Zach DeLoach and the 69th pick in the 2024 MLB Draft to the White Sox on Saturday in exchange for Gregory Santos (elbow), Jeff Passan of ESPN.com reports.

Berroa spent nearly all of last season with the Mariners' Double-A affiliate, logging a 2.76 ERA and 1.27 WHIP across 65.1 innings. He also appeared in two big-league games, throwing 1.2 scoreless frames while striking out three batters and walking three more. The 23-year-old righty was expected to compete for a spot in Seattle's bullpen during the spring, but he should have little trouble securing a big-league roster spot in Chicago.
