Pearson (3-0) blew a save but picked up a win in Sunday's victory over the Mets, giving up two solo home runs in an inning of relief. He struck out one.

The right-hander came into the game having not allowed an earned run in five straight appearances while posting an 11:1 K:BB, but Pearson got taken deep by Starling Marte and Pete Alonso in the sixth inning to erase a 4-2 lead. Fortunately for Pearson and the Blue Jays, Brandon Belt answered back with a two-run shot in the top of the seventh. Pearson appears to be finding a home in the bullpen, delivering a 28.8 percent strikeout rate against a 6.8 walk rate in 18 innings since his promotion.

Clase earned his second save in as many days with a scoreless ninth inning against the Twins on Sunday. He allowed a hit and a walk and struck out two.

Clase gave the Twins a glimpse of hope after giving up a walk and a single but ended the game by striking out Willi Castro. The 25-year-old now has four consecutive scoreless outings and is pacing all of baseball with 19 saves. His numbers aren't as eye-popping as year's past, but he's still proving he's as elite as they come in the ninth inning. Clase has a 3.10 ERA, 1.21 WHIP and 24:6 K:BB over 29 innings.

Barlow pitched a scoreless ninth to get the save Sunday over the Rockies, allowing two hits and striking out the side.

Barlow was able to work around two base hits by striking out the side to pick up the save. Due to the Royals' struggles, it was Barlow's first save since May 17, though it was his fifth appearance since then. The 30-year-old has been dependable overall with his closing duties, registering a 3.52 ERA, 1.17 WHIP and 33:11 K:BB over 23 innings.

Peralta walked one batter over 1.1 scoreless frames and picked up a save over the Dodgers on Sunday.

Peralta posted a 5.87 ERA over eight appearances since his last save chance May 16. He's now converted four of his five opportunities this season, with all four successful saves coming in the last month. Peralta is sporting a 2.84 ERA and 24:15 K:BB through 25.1 frames.

Holmes (4-2) allowed a walk in a scoreless inning against the Dodgers on Sunday. He struck out two and earned a win.

Holmes entered the game in the seventh inning and picked up the win when the Yankees took the lead in the eighth. He's seen just two save chances over his last 16 appearances, though he's compiled a terrific 1.15 ERA during that span. For the season, his ERA is down to 2.84 and he has a 32:12 K:BB and six saves through 25.1 innings.

Voth struck out one in a perfect inning of relief during Sunday's 8-3 win over the Giants.

Voth made his last appearance versus Cleveland in a bulk relief role, but Baltimore is skipping his turn in the rotation thanks to days off last Thursday and this Monday. This was his first scoreless outing in his last four appearances. Voth has been more effective as a reliever, and he may still follow an opener in his next game, which is tentatively scheduled to come over the weekend at home versus the Royals. As such, Sunday's appearance seems to be just to keep him on schedule. He has a 4.55 ERA, 1.38 WHIP and 29:10 K:BB through 29.2 innings.

Romano picked up the save in Sunday's 6-4 victory over the Mets, striking out one in a perfect inning.

Romano has converted his last five save chances, allowing one run through five innings in that span. The 30-year-old right-hander is now 15-for-18 in save opportunities this season with a 3.00 ERA, 1.17 WHIP and 30:7 K:BB through 24 innings.

Lange (3-1) allowed four runs on two hits and two walks with one strikeout in one-third of an inning, taking the loss Sunday versus the White Sox.

Lange had allowed just three runs all season entering Sunday, but that changed in a sloppy outing that culminated in Jake Burger's walk-off grand slam. While the end result is an ugly one, Lange has still pitched well enough to earn the benefit of the doubt. He's now at a 2.55 ERA, 1.05 WHIP and 35:13 K:BB with 10 saves in 11 chances over 24.2 innings this season. Lange's 4.7 BB/9 makes outings like Sunday's a potential pitfall, but he's shown a solid ability to pitch around traffic so far.

Mayers is expected to serve as the primary pitcher behind opener Carlos Hernandez during Monday's game against the Marlins, Anne Rogers of MLB.com reports.

Mayers also worked behind an opener during last Monday's matchup in St. Louis, and he picked up his first win of the season by striking out three in six scoreless innings. The right-hander should be available for his normal workload despite operating as a primary pitcher again.

Hernandez (thumb) will start Monday's game against the Marlins, Anne Rogers of MLB.com reports.

Hernandez exited Friday's game after a callus on his thumb opened up, but he'll return to the mound Monday in Miami to serve as Kansas City's opener. The 26-year-old has a 4.76 ERA across 28.1 innings this season and should cover a frame or two before giving way to bulk pitcher Mike Mayers.
