Romano allowed a hit and no walks while striking out one in a scoreless ninth inning to earn the save in Sunday's 3-2 win over the Astros.

Romano gave up a one-out double to Kyle Tucker on Sunday, marking the first extra-base hit he's allowed in his last four outings. However, the right-hander preserved the one-run lead to earn his league-best 11th save. Romano has converted all but one of his save chances this year and has a 1.46 ERA and 0.89 WHIP in 12.1 innings over 13 appearances in 2022.

Pivetta (0-4) was charged with the loss Sunday in Baltimore after allowing three runs on six hits with five strikeouts and zero walks across 4.1 innings.

Pivetta blanked the Orioles through four frames Sunday, but things fell apart in the fifth as he gave up two runs on three singles and a double before being pulled. The bullpen was unable to bail him out, and one more run came across. It was shaping up to be the right-hander's best start of the season, but he was unable to finish strong and is now tied for the league lead with four losses. Pivetta had 13 walks across his first four starts, so the fact he didn't issue a free pass in Baltimore is a positive step. However, the 29-year-old's 7.84 ERA and 1.84 WHIP will understandably scare off most fantasy managers.

Coleman (0-1) took the loss Sunday versus the Yankees. He allowed two runs on two walks and a hit batter without recording an out.

Coleman got into trouble in the seventh inning, and Scott Barlow allowed two inherited runners to score. That was enough for Coleman to take the loss. The right-hander's seven runs allowed this season have all come in his last four appearances, inflating his ERA to 8.59 and his WHIP to 1.77. He may be used in lower-leverage spots until he can get back on track.

Balazovic (knee) gave up four runs over two innings Sunday for Single-A Fort Myers in a rehab start.

Balazovic is on the IL at Triple-A with a left knee strain. It's not clear how many rehab outings he'll need before joining Triple-A, but at least this this shows his knee issue isn't a long-term injury.

Wantz was optioned to Triple-A Salt Lake on Sunday.

Wantz was called up by the Angels on April 19, and he allowed two runs in three innings over three relief appearances with the big-league club. He's posted a 3.38 ERA and 1.37 WHIP in 5.1 innings over four relief appearances in the minors this season.

Peguero was optioned to Triple-A Salt Lake on Sunday.

Peguero was called up by the Angels on Saturday but didn't make any appearances during his time on the major-league roster. The right-hander has been effective in Salt Lake this year, posting a 1.74 ERA and 0.69 WHIP in 10.1 innings over six relief appearances.

Hearn (1-2) earned his first victory of the season Sunday, allowing two runs on four hits and three walks while striking out six over five innings in a 7-3 win over Atlanta.

Hearn navigated around seven baserunners, giving up the two runs in a lengthy third inning, while the offense picked him up. Texas hitters plated runs in each of the first three innings, including a four-run third that put the Rangers up 7-2. All that was left for Hearn was to keep the ball in play and get through five innings for the win. The left-hander is off to a bumpy beginning with a 6.53 ERA over five starts in which he's averaged a little more than four innings. Hearn lines up to start the second game of the series against the Yankees this coming Saturday in New York.

Sands was optioned to Triple-A St. Paul on Sunday.

Sands made his major-league debut Sunday against the Rays and allowed two runs on three hits and no walks while striking out two in two relief innings. The right-hander is a top prospect in the Twins' organization but will head back to the minors since the team needs to trim its active roster to 26 players by Monday.

Pressly (knee) completed a bullpen session Saturday but remains without a clear timeline for a return from the 10-day injured list, Chandler Rome of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Pressly hasn't been shut down from throwing at any point since landing on the IL on April 16, but the 33-year-old appears to have seemingly plateaued in his recovery program. Manager Dusty Baker has been vague about the closer's progress to date, and at this stage, fantasy managers shouldn't bank on Pressly returning during the Astros' upcoming seven-game week. Since he's already missed more than two weeks of action, Pressly may need to make at least one minor-league rehab appearance before Houston feels comfortable activating him.

Chapman allowed one hit and a walk in a scoreless ninth inning while earning a save over the Royals on Sunday.

Chapman gave up a single and a walk with two outs in the ninth but escaped with his sixth save in as many chances. The veteran southpaw has a lackluster 11:7 K:BB but has yet to give up a run through 9.1 innings this season. He's recorded a save in five of his last six appearances.
