Barlow pitched 1.2 scoreless innings, allowing a walk with four strikeouts to earn a hold in Sunday's 6-3 win over Minnesota.

The 28-year-old got the last two outs of the seventh inning after Kyle Zimmer walked a pair of batters. Barlow then worked around a walk of his own in the eighth. The right-hander is up to nine holds in 25 appearances this season. He's added a 2.00 ERA, 1.19 WHIP and 41:12 K:BB in 27 innings as Kansas City's primary setup man, although he could get a look in save situations should Greg Holland falter while Josh Staumont (knee) is out.

Tate (0-3) allowed two runs on three hits in one inning in a loss to the White Sox on Sunday.

Tate worked the seventh inning Sunday. He allowed a leadoff single to Tim Anderson, an RBI triple to Nick Madrigal and another run on Yoan Moncada's single. Baltimore failed to overcome that damage, with Tate taking his second loss in as many outings. The reliever has five up six runs in his last 7.1 innings. For the year, the right-hander has a 4.91 ERA, 1.16 WHIP and 6:3 K:BB in 14.2 innings. Until he can put in better outings, Tate will likely see lower-leverage assignments.

Akin allowed a run on five hits and two walks with four strikeouts in 4.2 innings versus the White Sox on Sunday. He did not factor in the decision.

The southpaw's lone run surrendered came on a Billy Hamilton solo home run in the third inning. Other than that, Akin was able to work around putting seven batters on base. The 26-year-old has a 4.80 ERA, 1.33 WHIP and 14:2 K:BB across 15 innings. Sunday was his first start of the season, but he pitched well enough to get another look in a struggling Baltimore rotation.

Hendriks pitched a perfect inning to earn the save in Sunday's 3-1 win over Baltimore.

The 32-year-old completed a rare feat Saturday with saves in both halves of a doubleheader, and he was able to close out another game Sunday. Hendriks is up to 13-for-15 in save chances this year with a strong 2.05 ERA, 0.82 WHIP and 36:3 K:BB across 22 innings. With heavy usage over the weekend, Aaron Bummer or Garrett Crochet (hold Sunday) could get a look for a save opportunity instead of Hendriks in Monday's doubleheader versus Cleveland.

Lambert will be called up to start one of the games in Monday's doubleheader against Cleveland, James Fegan of The Athletic reports.

Lambert made two relief appearances for the White Sox in 2020, and he'll make his first major-league start Monday. He made five starts for Triple-A Charlotte to begin the season and posted a 7.71 ERA and 1.52 WHIP in 11.2 innings across five starts with the team.

Patino (finger) was reinstated from the 10-day injured list and optioned to Triple-A Durham on Sunday, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Patino had been throwing recently, and he's now ready to return to game action. The right-hander had worked as a starter before he was placed on the injured list, but he'll now head to the minors rather than taking on a bullpen role. Patino could be one of the top options to return to the majors if the Rays' rotation deals with injuries.

Manager Scott Servais said Swanson (groin) is expected to be sidelined for an extended period, Ryan Divish of The Seattle Times reports.

The 27-year-old doesn't have an official timeline for his return after landing on the injured list with a strained right groin Saturday, but he can be ruled out indefinitely for now. Swanson was pitching well prior to the injury with a 0.69 ERA, 0.77 WHIP and 14:6 K:BB across 13 innings.

Weems was optioned to Triple-A Las Vegas on Sunday.

Weems was promoted Friday but will head back to Triple-A without making an appearance in the majors. Jesus Luzardo (finger) was activated from the 10-day injured list in a corresponding move.

Sewald recorded his first hold in a win over the Rangers on Saturday, firing a perfect eighth inning during which he recorded a strikeout.

Sewald has been effective in a number of roles since having his contract selected May 13, working three multi-inning outings and contributing four scoreless appearances in five trips to the mound overall. The right-hander has pitched to a 1.13 ERA and impressive 13:4 K:BB over his eight innings, while his two victories and Saturday's hold have given him some early, surprising fantasy relevance.

Graveman remains in San Diego while going through COVID-19 protocols, the Associated Press reports.

The veteran starter-turned-reliever has been in quarantine in San Diego since last Sunday, when he was placed on the COVID-19 injured list. Graveman could potentially remain away from the team for a few more days, with another update on his status likely to come early in the week.
