Norris (2-1) gave up two runs on six hits and one walk while striking out five through 6.1 innings earning the win over the Twins on Sunday.

Norris was cruising through six innings but ran into trouble in the seventh, allowing a solo home run and a double before being pulled after 96 pitches. The Tigers provided plenty of run support and the 26-year-old delivered his first quality start of the season to earn his second win. He has a 2-1 record with a 3.63 ERA through 34.2 innings this season. Norris will make his next start Friday at home against the Athletics.

Martin (1-0) gave up two runs on three hits and one walk while striking out nine through 5.1 innings Sunday, earning the win over the Rangers.

Martin only allowed a solo home run before walking Shin-Soo Choo to start the sixth inning and being pulled after 80 pitches. Collin McHugh allowed the runner to score, but the Astros provided 15 runs of support to ensure the first win of Martin's career. Martin will make his next start Saturday at the Red Sox.

Junis (3-4) took the loss after giving up five runs (four earned) on three hits and five walks while striking out four over 4.1 innings Sunday against the Phillies.

Junis cruised through four scoreless frames before running into trouble in the fifth. He allowed four earned runs while recording just one out before getting yanked from the contest. The right-hander struggled to find the strike zone at times, issuing five costly free passes and tossing 51 of 96 pitches for strikes. Junis hasn't found much success of late, surrendering nine runs over the course of his last two starts, raising his ERA to 5.77 through 48.1 innings this season.

Bummer struck out one in a perfect inning in Sunday's 5-1 win over the Blue Jays.

Bummer has been an effective reliever for the White Sox since his callup from Triple-A Charlotte. He's allowed just one unearned run, two hits and one walk over nine innings.

Betances (shoulder) was throwing off flat ground from 60 feet Sunday, Meredith Marakovits of YES Network reports.

Betances began his throwing program last week and is set to progress to throwing from 75 feet once the team returns from this weekend's series at Tampa Bay. The 31-year-old shifted to the 60-day injured list earlier in the week and won't be rejoining the Yankees before the end of May.

Mengden was called up from Triple-A Las Vegas to start Sunday's game against the Indians.

Mengden will make his first start of the season for the Athletics after compiling a 2.77 ERA, 1.10 WHIP and 44:14 K:BB over 39 innings with Las Vegas. The 26-year-old pitched well in the majors last season with a 4.05 ERA and 1.12 WHIP across 17 starts, though his 6.1 K/9 mostly limits his fantasy appeal.

Ramirez tossed four innings of one-run relief work in Game 2 of Saturday's doubleheader against the Twins, an 8-3 Tigers loss. He allowed six hits and a walk, while striking out five.

Ramirez came on in the fifth inning for an ineffective Gregory Soto, who was also making his MLB debut. The 29-year-old righty reliever mostly stayed out of trouble except for a Marwin Gonzalez solo home run in the sixth inning. Ramirez should remain in a low-leverage role for the Tigers, though he appears capable of giving the team multiple innings when needed.

The Astros officially selected Martin's contract from Triple-A Round Rock ahead of his scheduled start Sunday against the Rangers, Chandler Rome of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Jose Altuve (hamstring) was moved to the 10-day injured list to open up a spot on the active roster for Martin, who will assume the struggling Collin McHugh's rotation spot. Martin's stay with Houston will likely be dictated by how well he performs in his first taste of the big leagues, but expectations are fairly high for the 23-year-old right-hander. Regarded as one of Houston's top pitching prospects heading into the season, Martin validated that status by compiling a 1.48 ERA and 28 strikeouts over 24.1 innings with Round Rock.

Duffey was sent back to Triple-A after serving as the 26th man on the roster for Saturday's doubleheader, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports. He threw a scoreless inning with three strikeouts in the second game.

Duffey has pitched well in the majors this season with a 1.42 ERA and 10:2 K:BB ratio in 6.1 innings. However, he can't find a regular spot in the bullpen and is likely to shuttle back and forth between Triple-A and the majors.

The Yankees recalled Green from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre on Sunday.

After surrendering 14 runs over 7.2 innings with the big club, Green was demoted to the minors April 24. The Yankees were apparently satisfied with the improved form Green showed at Triple-A, where the right-hander compiled a 2.45 ERA, 0.99 WHIP and 14:2 K:BB in 7.1 frames. While he'll get another look in the big leagues, Green won't necessarily be plugged into a high-leverage role right away in light of his earlier struggles. That said, his track record of excellence as a setup man makes him an interesting speculative pickup in AL-only formats where available.
