The Red Sox outrighted Campbell to Triple-A Worcester on Thursday.

Campbell has been torched for 19 runs (18 earned) over 14.1 innings over the last two seasons during his brief time with the Red Sox. He's no longer on the 40-man roster but will remain in the organization for the time being.

Tigers president of baseball operations Scott Harris and manager A.J. Hinch said at their end-of-season press conference Monday that Melton will be a starting pitcher next season, Evan Petzold of the Detroit Free Press reports.

Melton bounced between the rotation and bullpen for the Tigers in 2025 both in the regular season and playoffs and was impressive in both roles, collecting a 2.76 ERA, 1.01 WHIP and 36:15 K:BB over 45.2 regular-season frames. The 24-year-old has been almost exclusively a starting pitcher in the minors and held a 2.99 ERA and 101:20 K:BB across 75.1 innings between Double-A Erie and Triple-A Toledo this season.

White made three relief appearances for Chicago in 2025, allowing seven runs on 14 hits and three walks over seven innings. The 26-year-old is no longer on the 40-man roster but will remain in the organization.

The White Sox outrighted Peguero (elbow) to Triple-A Charlotte on Monday.

Peguero finished the season on the 15-day injured list with a strained right elbow, though he did not require surgery and should be ready for spring training, barring any setbacks. He's no longer on the 40-man roster but could be in spring training with the White Sox as a non-roster invitee.

Munoz pitched a perfect ninth inning on his way to a save in Sunday's 3-1 win over the Blue Jays in Game 1 of the ALCS.

Munoz was called upon to protect the team's two-run lead in the bottom of the ninth, throwing seven of his eight pitches for strikes while setting down the side in order. The right-hander has now pitched 6.1 scoreless innings, allowing two walks and no hits while striking out five batters and notching two saves over five appearances this postseason.

Suarez has been diagnosed with a mild flexor strain in his right forearm, Andy Kostka of TheBaltimoreBanner.com reports.

Suarez suffered the injury during his final appearance of the regular season Sept. 14. He's expected to begin a throwing program in the coming weeks. Suarez was limited to just 11.2 innings for the Orioles this season, with most of the missed time occurring due to a right shoulder strain.

Dominguez was credited with the win over the Yankees on Wednesday in Game 4 of the American League Division Series. He allowed one walk without a strikeout over 1.2 hitless and scoreless innings.

Dominguez followed Louis Varland and Mason Fluharty in a bullpen game for Toronto and ultimately earned the win, sending Toronto to the ALCS. Acquired from the Orioles at the trade deadline, Dominguez has fit in nicely with the Blue Jays. The veteran righty posted a 3.00 ERA, 1.14 WHIP and eight holds in 21 regular-season innings after coming over from Baltimore, and he's now up to 3.1 scoreless innings this postseason.

Hoffman earned the save in Wednesday's win over the Yankees in Game 4 of the American League Division Series. He allowed one run on two hits and one walk while striking out one batter over 1.1 innings.

Hoffman was the eighth and final arm to pitch in a bullpen game for the Blue Jays, and while he coughed up a run in the ninth, he ultimately closed the door to send Toronto to the ALCS. While Hoffman was charged with seven blown saves and took seven losses during the regular season, he has allowed just two earned runs in his last 14 appearances dating back to late August, converting all five of his save chances in that span.

Varland is slated to serve as the Blue Jays' opening pitcher Wednesday for Game 4 of the ALDS versus the Yankees, Arden Zwelling of Sportsnet.ca reports.

The Blue Jays are expected to rely on their bullpen to get through Wednesday's contest, and the team will officially turn to Varland to collect the first several outs. The 27-year-old turned in a 4.94 ERA and 1.39 WHIP over 23.2 frames in the regular season after joining Toronto at the trade deadline. He's pitched in each of the first three games of the series versus New York, yielding two earned runs on three hits while striking out three over 2.2 innings.

Enright will undergo Tommy John surgery soon, Zack Meisel of The Athletic reports.

Enright has been sidelined since early September with an injury to his pitching arm, and it's been determined surgery is the best course of treatment. The right-handed reliever will not be ready to pitch in games again until 2027. Enright held a 2.03 ERA and 30:12 K:BB over 31 innings for the Guardians this season.
