Reyes (shoulder) experienced renewed soreness when throwing this week and has been shut down, Jeff Jones of the Belleville News-Democrat reports.

The 27-year-old resumed throwing in late April after beginning the season on the 60-day injured injured list, but he'll halt his rehab program after the soreness cropped up. Reyes underwent an MRI and is seeking a second opinion, leaving his availability for the rest of the season in question.

Gonzalez (elbow) was moved from the 10-day to the 60-day injured list Sunday.

Gonzalez recently underwent left elbow surgery, and he's not expected to be able to return until at least August. With that in mind, his transfer to the 60-day IL doesn't impact his recovery timeline. The designation was one of a series of moves made by the Dodgers on Sunday to make room on the 40-man roster for Michael Grove and Shane Greene, both of whom were recalled from the minors.

Cleavinger was optioned to Triple-A Oklahoma City on Sunday, Eric Stephen of SBNation.com reports.

The 28-year-old was promoted Friday when Clayton Kershaw (pelvis) was placed on the injured list and will return to the minors after firing a scoreless inning Saturday. Cleavinger has given up one run with a 4:2 K:BB over 2.2 frames in the majors this season.

May (triceps) was transferred to the 60-day injured list Sunday.

May was shut down from throwing for four weeks after being diagnosed with a stress reaction in the lower portion of his humerus in early May, and he'll now be sidelined until at least early July. The 32-year-old will remain without a clear timeline for his return until he's able to begin a throwing program.

Holderman had his contract selected by the Mets on Sunday.

The 26-year-old had a strong showing during spring training and will now receive his first look in the big leagues with Tylor Megill (biceps) headed to the injured list. Holderman has a 2.92 ERA, 0.99 WHIP and 13:3 K:BB across 12.1 innings for Triple-A Syracuse this season and should fill a low-leverage role out of the bullpen for New York.

Kilian is expected to join the Cubs' rotation for good at some point this summer, Sahadev Sharma and Patrick Mooney of The Athletic report.

His surface numbers at Triple-A Iowa are excellent, but his 10.1 BB% is a career-worst mark and he only recently started touching the upper-90s with his fastball, which is where that pitch was touching last year in the Arizona Fall League. Kilian has a 1.57 ERA, 1.22 WHIP and career-best 60.8 GB% through seven starts.

Treinen (shoulder) said Saturday that he hasn't picked up a baseball since going on the injured list, Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic reports.

Treinen's last mound appearance came over a month ago, so the fact that he isn't doing any sort of throwing supports the Dodgers' notion that he won't be able to return until sometime after the All-Star break. Per Ardaya, the right-hander isn't experiencing discomfort in day-to-day activities, and he believes the injury will "work itself out." Daniel Hudson has worked as the primary bridge to closer Craig Kimbrel while Treinen has been out.

Diaz earned the save against the Mariners on Saturday, striking out all three batters he faced in a perfect ninth inning.

Diaz was tasked with protecting a one-run lead in the ninth inning and did so in dominant fashion, striking out a trio of batters on 18 pitches. The right-hander has worked exactly one inning in all 15 of his appearances on the season, and this was the third time that he struck out the side. Diaz has been one of the game's best closers again in 2022, tallying eight saves in nine chances while posting a 1.80 ERA, 0.80 WHIP and 27:5 K:BB.

Melancon (0-5) took the loss during Saturday's 4-2 defeat at the hands of the Cubs, allowing three runs on two hits and two walks while failing to record an out.

Melancon was brought into a tie game in the ninth inning and permitted the first four Cubs to reach base before being pulled. That's now two poor outings in his last three appearances for the 37-year-old, whose ERA jumped to 8.49, and his days as the closer may be numbered.

Jansen (2-0) picked up the win Saturday against San Diego, striking out two batters across 1.2 scoreless, hitless innings.

Jansen hasn't recorded a save since last Saturday but has now chipped in with two wins this week. He was called on with one out in a tie game in the top of the eighth inning and allowed all three of his inherited runners to score, but his teammates would rally back for four runs of their own in the bottom of the frame. He then retired the side in order in the top of the ninth to seal the deal. The outing marked the first time Jansen recorded more than three outs in an appearance this season.
