Bruihl (arm) is listed among the Dodgers relievers scheduled to pitch in Wednesday's Cactus League game against the Guardians, Juan Toribio of MLB.com reports.

Bruihl will be making his second appearance of the spring after he struck out two over a scoreless frame Sunday against the Cubs. The 24-year-old southpaw looks like he's made a full recovery from the left arm injury that kept him sidelined late in the Dodgers' National League Championship Series loss to Atlanta last October.

Ferguson (elbow) signed a one-year, $762,500 contract with the Dodgers on Tuesday to avoid arbitration, Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic reports.

Ferguson missed the 2021 campaign while recovering from Tommy John surgery and will make little more than the minimum salary for this season. The 25-year-old isn't expected to be ready for Opening Day as he finishes his ramp up, but he could be a major bullpen piece for Los Angeles once healthy.

Leone signed a one-year, $2.25 million contract with the Giants on Tuesday to avoid arbitration, Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Leone was a dominant reliever for the Giants in 2021, as he posted a 1.51 ERA, 1.10 WHIP and 50:22 K:BB with two saves and 15 holds over 53.2 innings. The right-hander may not receive many closing opportunities in 2022, but he should still be a key bullpen piece for San Francisco.

Reyes (shoulder) agreed to a one-year, $2.85 million contract with the Cardinals on Tuesday to avoid arbitration, Katie Woo of The Athletic reports.

Reyes and the Cardinals were able to agree on a salary for 2022 without requiring an arbiter. The 27-year-old has been shut down from throwing for the next four weeks after receiving a stem-cell injection for a frayed labrum in his throwing shoulder, and he isn't expected to be cleared for game action until at least late May.

Gallegos signed a one-year, $2.41 million contract with the Cardinals on Tuesday to avoid arbitration, Katie Woo of The Athletic reports.

Gallegos had 14 saves in 22 chances and 24 holds with 3.02 ERA, 0.88 WHIP and 95:20 K:BB over 80.1 innings last season, leading to a strong salary number in his first year of arbitration eligibility. The 30-year-old was a dominant closer down the stretch in 2021, but he may open this season in a closing committee with Genesis Cabrera.

Alvarado and the Phillies agreed Tuesday to a one-year, $1.9 million contract to avoid arbitration, Alex Coffey of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Along with first baseman Rhys Hoskins ($7.7 million), Alvarado was one of two of the Phillies' three arbitration-eligible players who finalized a one-year deal with the team prior to Tuesday's filing deadline. The reliever will be back with the Phillies for a second season after turning in a 4.20 ERA and 1.60 WHIP while striking out 68 batters and gathering five saves over 55.2 innings in 2021.

Hoffman agreed to a one-year, $925,000 contract with the Reds on Tuesday to avoid arbitration, Kiley McDaniel of ESPN.com reports.

Hoffman posted a 4.56 ERA, 1.58 WHIP and 79:45 K:BB over 73 innings for Cincinnati last season, and he's now officially under contract for 2022. The 29-year-old struggled as a starter but pitched better out of the bullpen, and he figures to remain as a reliever this season.

Gilbert allowed two hits over three scoreless innings in Tuesday's spring training game against the Rangers.

Gilbert, who is vying for the final spot in the rotation, entered the game in the fifth inning and turned in a strong outing. He needed just 33 pitches to get those nine outs. "He gets very quick, easy outs, looks like he controls counts, a lot of weak contact," manager Torey Lovullo told Nick Piecoro of the Arizona Republic. "He's out of the middle of the zone and missing barrels. I thought he threw the ball really well." The left-hander made his MLB debut in 2021 and threw a no-hitter against the Padres in his first major-league start. Gilbert pitched well over the final six weeks, posting a 3.47 ERA and 1.018 WHIP but had just 5.0 K/9.

Devenski (elbow) threw a bullpen session Tuesday, Nick Piecoro of the Arizona Republic reports.

This marked the first time Devenski has thrown off a mound since he underwent Tommy John surgery in June 2021. The 31-year-old righty is targeting a midseason or second-half return.

Rainey and the Nationals agreed to terms Tuesday on a one-year contract to avoid arbitration, Jesse Dougherty of The Washington Post reports.

Rainey endured a turbulent 2021 campaign in which he struggled from both a performance and health standpoint, but he at least closed the season on a high note. Following a call-up from Triple-A Rochester for the final two weeks, Rainey made six appearances out of the bullpen and turned in a 1.41 FIP over that stretch while notching two saves. Rainey's strong finish to the season along with an impressive 20.1-inning sample in 2020 looks like it'll be enough to keep him in the closer mix heading into 2022, as manager Dave Martinez said early in spring training that he was hopeful the right-hander would seize hold of the job. The skipper may not formally name a closer heading into Opening Day, but Rainey should be in the mix for the gig if he turns in a productive spring.
