Dodgers manager Dave Roberts confirmed after Tuesday's 6-5 loss to the Reds that White was placed on the injured list earlier in the day due to COVID-19 vaccine-related reasons, Jorge Castillo of the Los Angeles Times reports.

White and Victor Gonzalez both apparently weren't feeling 100 percent after recently receiving vaccine shots, prompting the Dodgers to place the two pitchers on the IL. Roberts indicated White could be activated from the IL as soon as Wednesday.

Gallegos notched his third hold of the season Tuesday against the Phillies with a clean outing in just two-thirds of an inning.

Gallegos relieved Carlos Martinez with one out and a runner on first in the eighth and got Brad Miller to ground into a 4-6-3 double play to end the frame. The 29-year-old has been solid overall to begin the year with a 2.77 ERA, 0.69 WHIP and a 16:4 K:BB over 13 innings.

Reyes picked up his sixth save of the year with a scoreless ninth inning against the Phillies, giving up one hit while recording a pair of strikeouts.

Reyes had a strong outing, as he struck out two batters and didn't surrender a walk for the first time in his last four appearances. The 26-year-old is third in MLB with six saves and somehow still sports an unblemished ERA despite posting an 11:10 K:BB and 1.55 WHIP over 10.1 innings.

Curtiss (2-1) took the loss Tuesday against the Brewers while allowing one run on two hits and striking out two over 1.2 innings.

Curtiss ended a 7.2 innings scoreless streak Tuesday after he allowed the Brewers to score and re-take the lead in the fifth off of a pair of extra-base hits from Keston Hiura and Luis Urias. The 28-year-old has still been very reliable overall this year with a 2.38 ERA and a 12:0 K:BB over 11.1 innings.

Estevez allowed one run (none earned) on one hit and also struck out one over one inning to earn the save Tuesday against the Giants.

Estevez entered the game in the 10th inning with a three-run lead after Daniel Bard blew a save chance one inning earlier. He surrendered a leadoff single to begin the frame -- allowing the runner starting on second to score -- but struck out the next batter he faced before inducing a double play to end the game. It's not clear that Estevez would be next in line for saves should Bard continue to struggle, as Robert Stephenson and Mychal Givens were both unavailable after being used earlier in the game.

Castano allowed three runs on six hits and a walk while striking out three over 3.1 innings and was not involved in the decision in a 5-4 loss to the Brewers on Tuesday.

Castano did give up six hits in just 3.1 innings Tuesday but most of his troubles came in the second, when he allowed back-to-back solo home runs to Adrian Houser and Tyrone Taylor. The 26-year-old has been extremely underwhelming to begin the year with a 4.72 ERA, 1.43 WHIP and 5:5 K:BB over 13.1 innings. He'll be in search of his first win of the season his next time out.

Bard (1-1) allowed one earned run on one hit and one walk without recording a strikeout over one inning to blow the save Tuesday against the Giants. He was credited with the win.

The Rockies took a one-run lead in the top of the ninth inning on a Garrett Hampson home run. However, Bard surrendered a solo homer of his own in the bottom of the inning to blow his second consecutive save chance. After starting the season with four scoreless outings, Bard has now allowed five earned runs across his last five appearances. This stumble likely isn't enough to cost him the closer job, but he'll need to right the ship quickly.

Hader pitched a perfect ninth inning while recording one strikeout en route to his fifth save of the season in a 5-4 over the Marlins on Tuesday.

Hader had a nice and easy 1-2-3 ninth inning on 13 pitches as he got the first two hitters to fly out before striking out Chad Wallach on a slider to end the game. The 27-year-old has been as dominant as ever to begin the year with one hit, zero runs allowed and a 14:4 K:BB over 7.2 innings.

Williams logged his fourth hold of the season Tuesday after throwing a scoreless eighth inning while allowing no hits, one walk and striking out two against the Marlins.

Williams has now successfully converted four straight holds over the last week after experiencing some early struggles to begin the year. The 2020 NL Rookie of the Year has a 1.80 ERA and an 8:2 K:BB over his last five innings. He's clearly starting to rediscover his form, and his ability to preserve a lead is a major reason why the Brewers are 7-3 over their last 10 games.

Hoffman allowed three earned runs on one hit and five walks while striking out three across four innings Tuesday against the Dodgers. He did not factor into the decision.

Hoffman threw only 38 of his 73 pitches for strikes and walked multiple batters in both the first and fourth innings. He managed to hold the Dodgers scoreless through three innings, but he led off his final frame with two walks and then surrendered a home run to Will Smith. Through 24.1 innings on the campaign, Hoffman has maintained a solid 3.33 ERA but only a 19:12 K:BB. He's projected to draw the White Sox on Monday for his next turn through the rotation.
