Reyes was recalled from Triple-A El Paso on Tuesday.

Reyes has struggled mightily in the big leagues this season, accruing an 11.25 ERA and 1.75 WHIP over 16 frames, but the Padres will give him another shot down the stretch. He figures to slot into a low-leverage role.

The Pirates announced Tuesday that Wang has joined the major-league team.

Wang was claimed off waivers from the A's last weekend after being designated for assignment. His numbers with Oakland were actually pretty good (3.33 ERA, 1.22 WHIP in 20 appearances), but the peripherals were far less glowing, and he had a lot of trouble with the long ball at Triple-A. The lefty will likely work in mop-up duty for Pittsburgh.

Pivetta was recalled from Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Tuesday, Scott Lauber of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Pivetta was optioned to Triple-A on Aug. 24, but he'll be eligible to return to the majors after spending the last 10 days with the IronPigs. The right-hander owns a 5.38 ERA and 1.52 WHIP with an 83:35 K:BB over 88.2 innings this season with the Phillies.

Wilson was recalled from Triple-A Gwinnett on Tuesday.

Wilson owns a 6.75 ERA and 1.71 WHIP with 16 strikeouts over 18.2 innings with the big-league club this season, and he'll get another chance to pitch for Atlanta after rosters expanded to 40 on Sunday.

Minter was recalled from Triple-A Gwinnett on Tuesday.

Minter has struggled to a 7.24 ERA and 1.98 WHIP with a 33:23 K:BB over 27.1 innings this season in the majors, but after rosters expanded Sunday, he'll get another shot with Atlanta. He began the year in the closer's role, but he's unlikely to see many chances over Mark Melancon over the final weeks of the regular season.

Guerra pitched two-thirds of an inning against Arizona on Monday and gave up four runs on five hits while striking out one.

Guerra had previously spent time in the majors as a hitter but was making his big-league debut as a pitcher after switching positions at the start of the season. He came on in the sixth inning and struck out the first batter he faced but then gave up a long home run to Josh Rojas. After retiring Ketel Marte, the next two batters also went deep, and Guerra was pulled after giving up another pair of hits. Despite the rough outing, the 23-year-old should get additional opportunities after showing well in the minors this season.

Jansen is still considered the Dodgers' closer but will continue to pitch in non-save situations while occasionally yielding chances to others, Ken Gurnick of MLB.com reports.

Questions about Jansen's job security have increased as his late-season struggles have mounted, though manager Dave Roberts has consistently stated his commitment to sticking with the closer. Jansen's last two outings have come in non-save situations as the team looks to provide him with more opportunities to work out of his funk before the end of the regular season. Jansen is on pace for his fewest innings pitched in four years but has already tied his career high with seven blown saves while posting a career-worst 3.76 ERA. He has converted only four of eight save opportunities while giving up nine earned runs in 16 innings since the All-Star break.

Bolanos will make his major-league debut as a starter against Arizona on Tuesday, Kevin Acee of The San Diego Union-Tribune reports.

Bolanos was called up from Double-A Amarillo on Monday and will take a turn in the rotation when he debuts Tuesday. The 23-year-old has been used as a starter in 57 of 66 career minor-league appearances, compiling a 21-18 record in that role. Luis Perdomo had previously been projected to start what would have been a bullpen game but will now shift back to a standard relief role.

Lambert (2-6) was hit with the loss against the Dodgers on Monday, giving up six earned runs on eight hits over 1.2 innings, striking out two and walking two as the Rockies eventually fell 16-9.

The rookie continues to struggle, as he's now given up 11 earned runs and 14 hits over his last two starts. Lambert hasn't been able to find any consistency since his June callup, as he now sports an ugly 7.19 ERA, 1.73 WHIP and 50:29 K:BB over 76.1 innings.

Melancon struck out the side in the ninth to nail down a 6-3 victory and earn his ninth save against the Blue Jays.

The 34-year-old's ERA isn't where owners would like to see it from a closer, but since joining the Braves, he's converted eight straight save opportunities. His strikeout stuff has returned too, as he has 18 punchouts in his last 11.2 frames. Melancon is 5-2 with nine saves, no blown opportunities, a 3.81 ERA, a 1.37 WHIP and 62 strikeouts in 59 innings with the Giants and Braves this season.
