The Blue Jays selected Andrews' contract from Triple-A Buffalo on Monday.

Andrews has operated out of Buffalo's bullpen for the entire 2026 season and has a 1.35 ERA, 1.25 WHIP, five saves and a 22:14 K:BB across 20 innings in Triple-A. He'll be available out of the Blue Jays' bullpen for Monday's series opener against the Marlins, and Andrews' first call to the mound will officially mark his major-league debut. The move corresponds with Dylan Cease (hamstring) being placed on the 15-day injured list.

The Rockies recalled Herrera from Triple-A Albuquerque on Monday.

The move corresponds with the Rockies placing southpaw Jose Quintana on the 15-day injured list due to a left elbow sprain. Herrera has spent the entire 2026 season in Triple-A, where he has a 5.16 ERA, 1.76 WHIP and 34:14 K:BB across 22.2 innings. Herrera's first appearance out of the Rockies' bullpen will also be his official major-league debut.

Mantiply (knee) is expected to resume throwing within the next couple of days, Ben Nicholson-Smith of Sportsnet.ca reports.

Mantiply landed on the 15-day injured list this past Tuesday due to left knee inflammation. He's ready to take the next step in his recovery program, and once he gets a couple of bullpen sessions under his belt, the Blue Jays will have a better sense of when Mantiply can returned from the IL.

Fernandez will be recalled from Triple-A Memphis prior to Tuesday's game in Milwaukee, Derrick Goold of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.

Fernandez was technically optioned after serving as the 27th man during Saturday's doubleheader in Cincinnati, but he remained with the club and will now rejoin the bullpen. The right-hander has pitched well out of the Cardinals' bullpen this season, posting a 1.17 ERA and 13:2 K:BB over 7.2 innings.

The Cardinals optioned Mautz to Triple-A Memphis on Monday, Derrick Goold of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.

Mautz made his major-league debut out of the bullpen during Monday's 5-1 loss to Milwaukee, getting charged with two runs over three innings. The left-hander helped keep the rest of St. Louis' bullpen arms fresh and will now rejoin the rotation at Memphis.

The Nationals transferred Kranick (elbow) to the 60-day injured list Monday.

The move opens up a spot on the 40-man roster for Carson Palmquist, whom the Nationals optioned to Triple-A after acquiring him from the Rockies on Monday. Kranick signed a one-year deal with the Nationals in early May and continues to recover from flexor tendon surgery that he underwent in July of 2025. His move means the earliest he can be activated off the IL is early July, but it's unclear whether he'll be ready for big-league action at that time.

Diamondbacks manager Torey Lovullo revealed Monday that Loasiga has been dealing with right shoulder fatigue, Alex Weiner of ArizonaSports.com reports.

Loasiga has not pitched since late Tuesday and it's unclear whether he's available out of the bullpen Monday in San Francisco, but Lovullo said he had "no concern" about the reliever. The 31-year-old is unscored upon in six outings this month, lowering his season ERA to 2.79.

Soto secured the save Monday against the Cubs, striking out one in a clean ninth inning.

Soto submitted his third consecutive scoreless appearance Monday, continuing to rebound after giving up three runs in his prior two outings to that stretch. Dennis Santana has coughed up 12 earned runs over his last 8.1 innings, opening the door for Soto to seize a larger share of Pittsburgh's save opportunities going forward. Through 25.1 innings, Soto has a 2.13 ERA, 0.79 WHIP and 31:10 K:BB while converting six of his eight save chances.

Brown took a no-decision Monday against the Pirates, allowing one run on four hits and two walks in six innings. He struck out seven.

After opening the season exclusively as a multi-inning reliever, Brown has fared well overall in his transition to Chicago's rotation. The 26-year-old right-hander turned in his longest outing of the year Monday, also tying a season high in punchouts. Brown has given up only four runs over his first four starts (19 innings) en route to producing a 2.01 ERA, 0.99 WHIP and 47:14 K:BB across 44.2 frames in 2026, and he'll be looking to continue his success as a starter this weekend in St. Louis against the division-rival Cardinals.

Thornton (2-1) allowed a run on two hits in an inning of relief to take the loss Monday against the Pirates.

Thornton served up a solo home run to Henry Davis in the bottom of the seventh inning to break a 1-1 tie, and Pittsburgh would hold on for the 2-1 win. The Cubs are spiraling with nine straight losses, but Thornton has been mostly good this year with a 2.79 ERA and 1.03 WHIP across 9.2 innings in eight appearances. The veteran righty should stick in a middle relief role for Chicago with limited fantasy upside at the moment.
