Romero (6-2) allowed a hit and a walk while striking out three over 1.1 scoreless innings to earn the win over the Yankees on Sunday.

Romero became the pitcher of record after the Cardinals rallied for five runs in the top of the seventh inning. He allowed four runs over 9.1 innings in August, adding four holds and two blown saves in a setup role. For the year, Romero has a 2.67 ERA, 1.06 WHIP and 49:13 K:BB with 30 holds over 54 innings as the Cardinals' top lefty reliever.

Vodnik (biceps) has an "aggressive" side session scheduled for Tuesday, MLB.com reports.

Vodnik threw for the first time since landing on the injured list Saturday and should be throwing at full strength Tuesday. Depending on how that session goes, Vodnik could either be activated or be sent on a brief rehab assignment.

Miller (leg) allowed a hit and struck out two over a scoreless inning, earning his first hold in Sunday's 3-2 win over the Mariners.

Miller was hit in the left leg by a comebacker in Friday's game, but it appears he's no worse for wear after just a one-day absence. The 28-year-old has allowed one run and posted a 4:1 K:BB over his first 2.1 innings in the majors since his call-up Tuesday. He's likely to see mostly low-leverage work as long as he stays with the big club.

Joyce allowed a hit and struck out one over a scoreless inning to earn the save in Sunday's 3-2 win over the Mariners.

Joyce's scoreless streak is up to seven innings over his last six appearances. In that span, he has three saves, a hold and a win while striking out eight and walking none. The flame-throwing right-hander is up to four saves and eight holds while pitching to a 2.14 ERA, 1.19 WHIP and 31:14 K:BB through 33.2 innings in the majors this season.

Miller (1-2) allowed four runs (three earned) on three hits and a walk over 1.2 innings Sunday, striking out one and taking a loss against the Rangers.

Miller threw a scoreless ninth inning and recorded two outs to begin the 10th before falling apart. He gave up an RBI single to Adolis Garcia before Josh Jung ripped a three-run, walk-off homer. Miller had thrown 12.1 straight scoreless frames through most of July and August but has been tagged with five earned runs over his last three appearances. He's now sporting a 2.52 ERA with an 87:19 K:BB and 23 saves through 53.2 innings.

Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said that Graterol (hamstring) could return from the 15-day injured list as soon as Friday, David Vassegh of AM 570 LA Sports reports.

Graterol will begin a rehab assignment with Triple-A Oklahoma City on Tuesday, and he may require only a couple of appearances with the affiliate before getting the green light to rejoin the Dodgers. The right-hander opened the season on the IL due to right shoulder inflammation before being activated Aug. 5, only to strain his right hamstring in his first appearance of the season for Los Angeles.

Suarez picked up a save Sunday, allowing one hit and one walk during a scoreless ninth inning against the Rays. He struck out one.

Suarez managed to cling onto a one-run lead, allowing a couple of baserunners with one out in the ninth before retiring the final two batters to slam the door on his 30th save. Suarez had allowed runs during each of his previous two appearances and, even with Sunday's scoreless effort, has allowed seven batters to reach base over his last 2.2 innings stretched across three outings.

Junis covered 3.2 innings in relief in Sunday's 4-3 win over the Brewers in 11 innings, giving up one earned run on two hits and no walks. He struck out one batter.

Junis tossed four scoreless innings in his first start as a member of the Reds his last time out Tuesday against the Athletics, but he shifted back to the bullpen Sunday while the Reds added Brandon Williamson (shoulder) to the rotation. Since Williamson (66 pitches, 3.1 innings) wasn't fully stretched out in his return from the 60-day injured list, Junis (62) ended up taking on a similar workload while piggybacking him. Even with Williamson's return, the Reds still have only four healthy starters at the moment, so Junis could be needed for a spot start or bulk-relief appearance during next weekend's series with the Mets.

The Reds returned Zulueta to Triple-A Louisville on Saturday.

Zulueta was sent back to Louisville one day after serving as the Reds' 27th man for a doubleheader with the Brewers. The right-handed reliever appeared in the Reds' 14-0 loss in the second game of the twin bill, punching out three batters in 1.1 innings but giving up four earned runs on four hits and one walk.

Urena gave up one run on eight hits and one walk while striking out two across 4.2 innings of relief in Sunday's 6-4 extra-inning win over the Athletics.

For the sixth appearance in a row, Urena covered at least four innings, with each of the latter three outings coming out of the bullpen. With Walter Pennington serving as the Rangers' opening pitcher and recording the first five outs, Urena came on to spell him as a bulk reliever. Urena was on track for a win after departing with a 2-1 lead following the sixth inning, but the Athletics rallied for the tying run in the top of the eighth to deny him the victory.
