The Orioles will recall Rodriguez from Triple-A Norfolk on Monday to start against the Dodgers, Steve Melewski of MASNSports.com reports.

Rodriguez was sent down to the minors in late May after accumulating a 7.35 ERA and 1.74 WHIP through 45.1 innings across 10 starts to begin his MLB career. Since then, he's put up a 1.69 ERA and 0.99 WHIP through 37.1 frames in Triple-A -- good enough to reclaim a spot in Baltimore's rotation. A corresponding move has yet to be announced.

Battenfield (shoulder) struck out two over 4.2 innings while allowing an earned run on three hits and no walks in his most recent rehab start July 9 for Double-A Akron.

Battenfield built up to 67 pitches (40 strikes) in the rehab outing, his second since he landed on the 15-day injured list May 19 with right shoulder inflammation. Because he was later transferred to the 60-day IL, Battenfield won't be eligible for activation until Tuesday, but the Guardians may want the right-hander to make one more rehab start before rejoining the big club. Once activated, Battenfield could step into the rotation spot vacated by Shane Bieber (elbow), who was placed on the 15-day IL on Saturday.

Williams (1-2) took the loss Saturday, allowing two runs on four hits and four walks over five innings against the Rangers. He struck out four.

Williams got himself into trouble right away, surrendering a leadoff single to Marcus Semien in the bottom of the first, followed by a double to Corey Seager and a walk to Nathaniel Lowe. The rookie right-hander managed to escape the inning with only one run allowed before once again allowing hits to each of the first two batters in the second, leading to the Rangers' second run of the afternoon. Williams was able to settle in over the next three innings, retiring nine of the 10 hitters he faced over that stretch, though the Guardians would fail to back him with any run support as he went on to take his second loss of the season. He's now allowed at least two runs in each of his last three starts, though he's also managed to go at least five innings in all five of his starts to begin his rookie campaign.

Heaney (6-6) earned the win Saturday, allowing six hits and one walk over 5.1 scoreless innings against Cleveland. He struck out four.

Heaney was able to keep the Guardians at bay for 5.1 innings despite allowing six hits, doing most of the damage with his four-seamer. It was the lefty's fourth time this season in which he did not allow a run over five or more innings of work. It was also a nice rebound start after he allowed eight runs (seven earned) in his previous outing before the All-Star break. On the downside, Heaney still has not made it through six innings in a start since May 21 against the Rockies.

Gibson didn't factor into the decision in Saturday's 6-5 win over the Marlins, coughing up five runs on nine hits and two walks over 5.1 innings. He struck out one.

It was a shaky outing for the veteran right-hander, who tossed 52 of 84 pitches for strikes, but Gibson was taken off the hook for his seventh loss of the year when the O's staged a comeback in the seventh inning. Gibson has been tagged for at least four runs in four of his last five starts, posting a 7.62 ERA, 1.62 WHIP and 25:11 K:BB in 26 innings over that stretch, and those struggles seem to have followed him into the second half.

Bassitt (9-5) earned the win Saturday, allowing two runs on seven hits over six innings against the Diamondbacks. He struck out five.

Bassitt was able to pitch his way out of jams for most of the afternoon while filling in for Kevin Gausman (left side discomfort) on short notice, with the exception of the fourth inning, when he allowed four consecutive hits with two outs, which led to two runs coming across for Arizona. Those would be the only two runs he'd allow in the contest, as the right-hander went on to secure his ninth win of the season. The 6-foot-5 veteran has won his last two decisions (spanning four starts) despite allowing at least six hits in each of his last three starts and currently holds a 14:1 K:BB in July. Bassitt has also gone at least six innings in three of his last four outings.

Paxton (5-2) took the loss Saturday, allowing six runs on three hits and three walks over three innings against the Cubs. He struck out four.

Paxton struck out two of the first three batters he faced and cruised through the first two innings without allowing any base runners. He fell apart in the third, however, walking Christopher Morel to open the frame before hitting Miguel Amaya in the next at-bat. The lefty would go on to allow six runs in the inning, topped off by a grand slam from Cody Bellinger, and was relieved by Tayler Scott to open the fourth. The six runs allowed marked a season high for Paxton after the veteran came into the contest having won his last four decisions (spanning six starts).

Lynn (6-8) earned the win over Atlanta on Saturday, allowing four runs on six hits and three walks while striking out six batters over 5.1 innings.

Lynn gave up a pair of homers and needed 97 pitches to get through 5.1 frames, but he got just enough run support to pick up the win. The right-hander was coming off a one-hit, 11-strikeout, seven-inning gem in his final start before the All-Star break, and while Saturday's performance was certainly not at that level, it's promising that he was at least able to depart with the lead against one of the league's top offenses. Lynn's season ERA remains unappealing at 6.06, but he's racked up at least six punchouts in each of his past six starts and has shown some improvement with a 4.75 ERA, 1.17 WHIP and 53:11 K:BB across 36 innings over that stretch.

Marsh (0-3) took the loss against Tampa Bay in the first game of Saturday's doubleheader, allowing two runs on five hits and one walk while striking out 11 batters over six innings.

Though he ended up with the loss, Marsh enjoyed easily the best start of his big-league career thus far. The rookie right-hander racked up 16 swinging strikes and 11 punchouts after fanning 10 batters across his first two starts combined. Marsh served up a pair of solo homers but otherwise kept the Rays at bay to record his first career quality start. Given the impressive effort against one of the league's top offenses, it seems likely that Marsh will get at least one more turn in the rotation, and he could stick around permanently if he is able to build upon Saturday's strong performance.

Glasnow (3-3) earned the win over Kansas City in Game 1 of Saturday's doubleheader, allowing one run on six hits and two walks while striking out seven batters over six innings.

Glasnow was originally slated to start Friday but had his outing pushed back a day due to inclement weather. The adjustment didn't appear to bother the veteran hurler, as he notched his second quality start of the season and picked up his first victory since mid-June. Glasnow departed his previous start against Atlanta early due to cramping in his hands and legs, so it was reassuring for those who roster him in fantasy to see him go a full six frames and toss 95 pitches. The right-hander has been a valuable asset since making his season debut May 27, compiling a 3.78 ERA, 1.24 WHIP and 71:18 K:BB over 47.2 innings.
