Manager Kevin Cash said Glasnow (forearm) will make his next rehab appearance with Triple-A Durham on Monday, Neil Solondz of the Rays Radio Network reports.

Glasnow is scheduled to pitch two innings for Durham after breezing through an inning of work during his first outing with the Bulls on Friday. It sounds like the right-hander could rejoin the Rays as early as next weekend, depending on how he emerges from his upcoming rehab appearance. Once healthy, Glasnow is expected to work as a starter, though likely in shorter stints given he won't be fully stretched out.

Luzardo struck out 10 and allowed one earned run on six hits over six innings in Triple-A Las Vegas' win over Tacoma on Friday.

Luzardo worked up to 93 pitches overall, so Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle reports he's not expected to be included in the first wave of callups upon roster expansion Sunday. However, the promising southpaw appears to be completely over the lat injury that previously plagued him, and his dominant outing Friday corroborates that he's regained his stride at the Triple-A level following a rocky return to action with the Aviators four starts ago.

Montgomery (shoulder) pitched 1.2 innings for Triple-A Scranton Wilkes-Barre on Friday, giving up one unearned run on two hits while striking out three.

Montgomery threw 35 pitches in the appearance, 24 of which were strikes, and touched 92 mph on the radar gun, per Randy Miller of NJ.com. The outing was Montgomery's second at the minor-league level as he rehabs from last season's Tommy John surgery and shoulder inflammation that crept up in June. The Yankees have left the door open for Montgomery's possible return to the big club in September.

Urquidy was recalled from Triple-A Round Rock on Saturday, Chandler Rome of the Houston Chronicle reports.

With Collin McHugh (undisclosed) heading to the injured list in a corresponding move, Urquidy will rejoin the Astros for the stretch run. It remains to be seen whether the 24-year-old will be given a chance to start with the big club down the stretch or if he'll transition to a long-relief role. Urquidy has made five big-league appearances this season (all starts), compiling a 5.87 ERA, 1.39 WHIP and 24:4 K:BB across 23 innings.

Glasnow (forearm) fired a scoreless first inning in Triple-A Durham's win over Gwinnett on Friday, allowing no hits and one walk.

Glasnow needed a scant eight pitches to get through the one frame, so his first rehab appearance wasn't much of a litmus test. However, an uneventful return to the mound is certainly a positive after such a long layoff, and Glasnow will continue to build his arm up in subsequent appearances until he's ready to return to the majors as a reliever for the balance of the campaign.

Means (10-9) picked up the win Friday, allowing two runs on five hits over seven innings while striking out four in a 14-2 rout of the Royals.

Kansas City got on the board first, but Means settled down after serving up a solo shot to Jorge Soler in the first inning. The lefty will take a 3.55 ERA and 99:32 K:BB through 124.1 innings into his next start, which is currently undetermined.

Allard (3-0) struck out four and picked up the win in Friday's 6-3 victory over the Mariners, allowing two runs on seven hits and a walk over 5.2 innings.

The rookie pounded the strike zone, firing 70 of his 99 pitches for strikes while coming up one out shy of his second straight quality start. Allard sports a 4.33 ERA and 27:9 K:BB through 27 innings since joining the Texas rotation and has only served up one home run, but his ability to keep the ball in the yard will be put to the test in his next outing Wednesday, on the road against the Yankees.

Gonzales (14-11) took the loss Friday, coughing up six runs (five earned) on seven hits and two walks over 5.2 innings while striking out two as the Mariners fell 6-3 to the Rangers.

Five of the seven hits off the southpaw went for extra bases, including a sixth-inning solo shot by Danny Santana, and Gonzales got tagged for runs in four of the six frames in which he worked. He'll carry a 4.30 ERA and 128:44 K:BB through 169.2 innings into his next start Thursday in Houston.

Suarez allowed four runs on four hits and a walk while striking out two over five innings in a no-decision against the Red Sox on Friday.

Two of the four hits left the yard, as Mookie Betts and J.D. Martinez both took Suarez deep. Suarez was removed after throwing 76 pitches (50 strikes), continuing a trend of the 21-year-old not pitching deep into games. He's now allowed 18 homers in 63 innings this year, while adding a 6.71 ERA and 1.65 WHIP with 58 strikeouts. Should he remain in the rotation after roster expansion, he'd likely take on the White Sox next Saturday.

Eovaldi allowed one run on three hits and a walk while striking out eight over four innings. He did not factor into the decision Friday versus the Angels.

Eovaldi pitched well for the second straight start, but he was long gone by the time the Red Sox secured a 7-6 win after 15 innings. He threw 81 pitches (54 strikes), working a little deeper into the game as he gradually returns to form after an elbow injury. The right-hander carries a 6.23 ERA and 1.57 WHIP over 43.1 innings this year, and he is scheduled to face the Twins on Thursday for his next start.
