Lance McCullers SP | MIL
Astros' Lance McCullers: Tabbed as Game 4 starter
McCullers will start Game 4 of the ALCS on Tuesday in New York, Jane Lee of MLB.com reports.
He has only made one appearance this postseason -- a three-inning effort in mop-up duty against the Red Sox in the ALDS. Brad Peacock, who was the other option for this start, will be available out of the bullpen, likely piggybacking McCullers' start before the game gets turned over to Houston's top relievers. With that in mind, it is unlikely that McCullers will be asked to face the Yankees' lineup a third time in this outing.

Luis Severino SP | ATH
Yankees' Luis Severino: Listed as Game 6 starter
Severino (arm) is expected to pitch Game 6 of the ALCS against the Astros on Friday if necessary, Pete Caldera of The Bergen Record reports.
Severino was removed from his previous start after being hit on the wrist by a comebacker. While there was some initial concern regarding the injury, Severino said he felt great afterwards and ultimately wasn't sent for additional testing. He's set to play catch prior to Monday's game, and if everything checks out fine, he should be available to pitch Game 6 -- assuming the Yankees are able to extend the series.

Yankees' Luis Severino: Says arm is 'great'
Severino (arm) said after Saturday's game, "I feel great. I feel 100 percent great," and noted he could have kept pitching, Bryan Hoch of MLB.com reports.
It seems like the Yankees just wanted to play it safe with Severino after he was hit by a comebacker. He should still be considered day-to-day for the time being, but apparently feels 100 percent.

Yankees' Luis Severino: Leaves after being hit by comebacker
Severino was removed from Saturday's start after four innings after being hit on the left wrist by a comebacker, Bryan Hoch of MLB.com reports.
A Yulieski Gurriel liner hit Severino on the final play of the fourth inning and manager Joe Girardi ultimately opted to pull the young ace. Tommy Kahnle has entered the game in relief and a further update on Severino figures to be made available later Saturday.

Astros' Charlie Morton: Will start Game 3 on Monday
Morton will take the hill for Game 3 of the ALCS in Yankee Stadium on Monday, Richard Justice of MLB.com reports.
Morton will follow Dallas Keuchel and Justin Verlander, respectively, in the Astros' rotation for the series against New York. He will be coming off six days of rest after starting in Boston on Monday. During that game, Morton allowed two earned runs off seven hits and two walks over 4.1 innings.

Sonny Gray SP | BOS
Yankees' Sonny Gray: Tabbed as Game 4 starter
Gray will start Game 4 of the ALCS against the Astros on Tuesday.
Gray will be more than well rested for his second start of the postseason, as the 27-year-old last toed the rubber for Game 1 of the ALDS on Oct. 5. He allowed three runs on three hits and four walks while striking out two over 3.1 innings during that outing.

Yankees' Luis Severino: Will start Game 2 of ALCS
Severino will start Game 2 of the ALCS against the Astros on Saturday.
Severino will face Justin Verlander in Game 2, with Dallas Keuchel and Masahiro Tanaka toeing the rubber against one another in the opening game of the series. While the 23-year-old struggled in his first career postseason start, he was able to bounce back and earn the win in his next outing -- a seven-inning gem against the Indians in which he struck out nine and allowed three runs on four hits to keep the Yankees' season alive.

Justin Verlander SP | DET
Astros' Justin Verlander: Set for Game 2 of ALCS
Verlander was named the starter for Game 2 of the ALCS on Saturday, MLB.com's Brian McTaggart reports.
Dallas Keuchel will take the mound for Game 1 as the two pitchers switch spots in the order for this series, following Verlander's relief appearance during Game 4 of the ALDS against the Red Sox on Monday. The right-hander should be well-rested and ready to go, and will likely be in line for a Game 6 start on Oct. 20, if the series lasts that long.

Dallas Keuchel SP | MIL
Astros' Dallas Keuchel: Tabbed as Game 1 starter
Keuchel will start Game 1 of the ALCS on Friday, Brian McTaggart of MLB.com reports.
Although manager A.J. Hinch doesn't know which team the Astros will be facing, he confirmed Keuchel as the Game 1 starter while also stating that Justin Verlander will take the hill for Game 2. This comes as no surprise, and likely lines Keuchel up for a Game 5 start next Wednesday, if it's necessary. He could also wind up going Tuesday on short rest depending on the position Houston is in.

Dallas Keuchel SP | MIL
Astros' Dallas Keuchel: Will likely start Game 1 of ALCS
Astros manager A.J. Hinch said Keuchel will most likely start Game 1 of the ALCS against either the Indians or Yankees, Jake Kaplan of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Hinch wouldn't confirm anything, but Keuchel seems to be the obvious choice seeing as he'll be on normal rest and Justin Verlander was used in relief during Monday's series-clinching win over the Red Sox. Keuchel allowed one run on three hits and three walks while striking out seven batters over 5.2 innings in his first start of the postseason.
