Astros' Dallas Keuchel: Not yet throwing
Keuchel (neck) has not thrown since being placed on the 10-day disabled list, Hunter Atkins of the Houston Chronicle reports.
An expected date for Keuchel to begin throwing has not yet been set, although the left-hander is presumed to be able to start when he's eligible to come off the disabled list Saturday.

Kyle Gibson SP | BAL
Twins' Kyle Gibson: Beats Orioles despite rough outing
Gibson (1-4) allowed six runs on seven hits and four walks across five innings during Monday's win over the Orioles. He struck out five.
Gibson was sent down to Triple-A Rochester earlier this month in hopes of turning things around after a rough start, but Monday's outing wasn't all that inspiring. He allowed five runs on five hits in the second inning, then another on an RBI double by Manny Machado in the fourth. Gibson struggled to throw strikes and was battered at times, but he was allowed to labor through five frames as his team remained competitive and ultimately earned him the win. He now owns a ghastly 8.62 ERA through 31.1 innings in 2017 and seems likely to be headed back to the minors.

Jake Odorizzi SP | TB
Rays' Jake Odorizzi: Fans eight Angels in Monday's no-decision
Odorizzi allowed just two runs on five hits and three walks while striking out eight batters over six innings during Monday's loss to the Angels. He didn't factor into the decision.
The eight punchouts were a season high for Odorizzi, and Monday's outing continued his strong run of starts to open the campaign. He sports a rock-solid 3.14 ERA, 0.95 WHIP and 7.7 K/9, and the righty is closing in on establishing himself as a matchup-proof fantasy option. Odorizzi next lines up for a road start against the Twins this weekend.

JC Ramirez SP | LAA
Angels' JC Ramirez: Earns fourth win Monday
Ramirez (4-3) allowed just two runs on six hits and a walk while striking out five batters over 6.2 innings during Monday's win over Tampa Bay.
Ramirez has allowed two runs or fewer in five of his eight starts and sports a respectable 3.81 ERA, 1.16 WHIP and 7.3 K/9 for the campaign. The converted reliever is proving to be a serviceable fantasy asset, but it's still not out of the question to avoid starting him against daunting opponents. Ramirez lines up to make his next start on the road against the Marlins this weekend.

Carlos Rodon SP | NYY
White Sox's Carlos Rodon: Making progress in Arizona
Rodon threw a fourth simulated game Monday, Dan Hayes of CSN Chicago reports.
Rodon, who started throwing off a mound earlier this month, threw 60 pitches and got up and down four times Monday. It was another sign of his pending return, though the White Sox refuse to put any timeline on the left-hander. General manager Rick Hahn said the next step for Rodon is to build up arm strength and endurance.

Corey Kluber SP | BOS
Indians' Corey Kluber: Cleared for Thursday rehab start
Kluber (back) will head out on a rehab assignment at Triple-A Columbus on Thursday, MLB.com reports.
Kluber is expected to throw 70 to 75 pitches in his first start for Columbus, and how he feels after that will determine his path going forward. If all goes well, look for Kluber to make a return to Cleveland's rotation in the first week of June.

Kyle Gibson SP | BAL
Twins' Kyle Gibson: Recalled from Triple-A for Monday's start
Gibson was recalled from Triple-A Rochester and will start Monday's game against the Orioles, Phil Miller of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.
As expected, Gibson was summoned to the big club ahead of his scheduled start Monday. Although the 29-year-old struggled across six starts with the Twins earlier in the season (8.20 ERA and 16:13 K:BB through 26.1 innings), he posted a 2.92 ERA and 18:5 K:BB through 12.1 innings with Rochester thereafter, so we'll see if his improvement translates.

Kyle Gibson SP | BAL
Twins' Kyle Gibson: Confirmed for Monday start
Manager Paul Molitor confirmed that Gibson will be recalled from Triple-A Rochester to start Monday against the Orioles, Mike Berardino of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports. "There's been some improvement on things we thought were affecting his ability to compete at a little higher level up here, Twins manager Paul Molitor said of Gibson. "Some of it's overall strike percentage, some of it's getting ahead of hitters. We have a tendency to be looking at those things a little bit differently than we have in the past and how they seem to measure up to your overall performance."
After failing to deliver a quality start and compiling a 8.20 ERA and 1.97 WHIP in six outings with the Twins earlier this season, Gibson seemed on track for an extended stay in the minors following his demotion to Rochester on May 4. However, after the right-hander notched 10 strikeouts in his most recent outing May 15 and turned in a 2.92 ERA over two starts at Triple-A, the Twins' brass felt that Gibson was ready for a second chance in the big leagues. Gibson will be formally recalled shortly before Monday's game and claim a 25-man roster spot from Phil Hughes (shoulder), who will be placed on the disabled list in a corresponding move.

Wade Miley SP | CIN
Orioles' Wade Miley: Let down by defense Sunday
Miley (1-2) was the tough-luck loser after allowing just three unearned runs on six hits and one walk while striking out three Blue Jays over seven innings Sunday.
Baltimore committed a season-high three errors, including second baseman Jonathan Schoop's costly first-inning miscue that led to a three-run homer. Through nine starts, Miley owns a career-best 2.59 ERA and 9.1 K/9. That's been offset by a career-worst 5.2 BB/9, but it's still been a successful start to 2017 for the left-hander. He'll toe the rubber for his next start Saturday against Houston.

Eduardo Rodriguez SP | ARI
Red Sox's Eduardo Rodriguez: Posts another quality start
Rodriguez (3-1) allowed three runs on six hits (one homer) while walking one and striking out eight over eight innings in Sunday's 12-3 win over the Athletics.
It was the young lefty's second straight victory and sixth straight quality start of 2017. Were it not for a five-run ninth inning by his own offense, there's a good chance Rodriguez would've had a shot at his first career complete game. Rodriguez also retired 14 of the final 15 hitters he faced to lower his ERA to 3.10. If he can go deeper into more starts like Sunday, his 10.0 K/9 will serve him and his fantasy owners very well.
