Winn (2-3) earned the win against the Mets on Monday, allowing one run on four hits and one walk while striking out six batters over six innings.

The only run Winn allowed came on a Pete Alonso solo homer in the fifth inning, which was also the Mets' lone extra-base hit in the contest. The right-handed hurler finished with his second straight quality start, and he's allowed just two runs over 12 frames during that two-game stretch. Winn appears to be finding a groove and has been a valuable component of San Francisco's pitching staff so far this season, posting a 3.54 ERA, 1.04 WHIP and 23:9 K:BB through 28 innings.

Gomber tossed five innings, allowing one run on four hits and three walks while striking out two batters in a no-decision against San Diego on Monday.

Gomber induced just seven swinging strikes among his 95 pitches and punched out only two Padres, but he kept Colorado in the game despite allowing at least one baserunner in each of his five frames. The southpaw got only one run of support from the Rockies' offense, though that was enough for him to avoid taking the loss. Gomber has given up three or fewer runs in each of his past four starts, but he remains stuck on zero wins this season.

Cease (3-1) earned the win over Colorado on Monday, allowing one run on one hit and no walks while striking out eight batters over seven innings.

Cease dominated the Rockies' lineup, yielding just one hit -- a fourth-inning Charlie Blackmon leadoff double that Colorado converted into its only run. The veteran hurler has notched a win in each of his past three starts, giving up just two earned runs and five hits while striking out 22 batters over 19 frames during that stretch. Cease's lack of free passes Monday was also a positive development after he had issued multiple walks in each of his first four starts of the campaign, including five in his previous outing. Cease's season ERA now sits at a sterling 1.82, which is tied for 10th in MLB among qualified starters.

Pfaadt yielded two runs on two hits and three walks over 5.1 innings in a no-decision Monday. He struck out four in the loss against the Cardinals.

Pfaadt stifled the Cardinals over five shutout innings before a two-run single by Lars Nootbaar knocked him out of the game in the sixth. Since earning a win in his season debut, Pfaadt has allowed 15 earned runs over his last 24 innings. Despite striking out only four batters, he forced 10 whiffs Monday, his second-highest total of the season. Pfaadt will carry a 4.97 ERA into his next outing, which is projected to be in Seattle this weekend.

Lynn allowed three runs on seven hits and three walks over five innings in a no-decision Monday. He struck out seven in the win over Arizona.

Lynn coughed up a pair of runs in the second inning and one more in the fifth. Despite producing only one quality start through five outings, he's sporting a strong 2.81 ERA through 25.2 frames. Lynn produced 12 whiffs Monday, including eight with his fastball. The veteran righty will carry a 26:10 K:BB into his next start, which is lined up to be on the road against the Mets this weekend.

Greene (0-2) suffered the loss Monday, allowing four runs on seven hits and two walks over seven innings against the Phillies. He struck out six.

Greene gave up three doubles and a triple among seven hits allowed but was able to limit the damage by allowing only one run in each of the second through fifth innings. The first three Phillies runs scored on two sacrifices and a fielder's choice, while they were limited to one run in the fifth thanks to an inning-ending double play with a runner in scoring position. While Greene effectively kept the Reds in the game, the offense couldn't muster a single run against Philly starter Ranger Suarez, saddling Greene with his second loss. The seven innings pitched were a season high for Greene, who will take a 4.55 ERA and 1.30 WHIP into his next start, tentatively scheduled to take place over the weekend in Arlington against the Rangers.

Suarez (4-0) earned the victory Monday, allowing two hits and one walk over seven scoreless innings against the Reds. He struck out five.

Suarez rang up nothing but zeroes for the third consecutive start, allowing only two singles and a walk in a dominating performance against the Reds. The Phillies' southpaw earned his league-leading fourth win while extending his scoreless inning streak to 25.1 innings. The outing dropped his ERA to 1.36 with a 0.70 WHIP through 33 innings with 32 strikeouts against just five bases on balls. Next up for Suarez is a road matchup, tentatively scheduled to take place this weekend in San Diego against the Padres.

Weathers did not factor into the decision Monday against Atlanta, allowing three runs on six hits and three walks over 5.2 innings. He struck out one.

Weathers was looking steady against the dynamic Atlanta offense until yielding a two-run blast to Travis d'Arnaud in the fourth inning. The Miami lefty has been surprisingly effective in his first five starts this year, pitching to a 3.16 ERA, 1.40 WHIP and 23:12 K:BB over 25.2 innings. Weathers is scheduled to make his next start against the Nationals at home.

Kelly (shoulder) is expected to require a stint on the 15-day injured list, Theo Mackie of The Arizona Republic reports.

The D-Backs were initially hopeful that Kelly would be able to avoid a 15-day shutdown, but skipper Torey Lovullo stated after Monday's matchup that the right-hander is "most likely" headed to the IL to rehab from a shoulder strain. Arizona will likely wait until Tuesday to make the move official.

Elder (1-0) earned the win Monday against the Marlins, allowing eight hits and no walks over 6.2 shutout innings. He struck out four.

Elder stymied the lowly Marlins on Monday night as he scattered eight hits (seven singles and one double), pounding the zone with his 89.5 mph sinker. The 2023 All-Star was pitching well in Triple-A before his call-up, tossing 16.1 innings with a 3.31 ERA, 1.16 WHIP and 18:5 K:BB. Should Elder stick in the Atlanta rotation, his next start would come against Cleveland at home.
