The Phillies reinstated Anderson (COVID-19) from the COVID-19 restricted list Tuesday, Scott Lauber of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Anderson appears to have avoided a bout with the virus, as he returns just two days after landing on the COVID-19 list. The righty is back with the Phillies for now, but he may not continue receiving opportunities if he can't improve upon his alarming 7.34 ERA.

Sanchez (shoulder) resumed his throwing program Tuesday, Christina De Nicola of MLB.com reports.

Sanchez has been dealing with shoulder inflammation since early April but was able to start a throwing program later that month. He's continued to slowly work his way back from the injury, only to hit a snag last week when he was forced to pause his throwing program because of shoulder soreness. Fortunately, he was able to resume flat-ground work Tuesday, and if all goes well in coming weeks, he should remain on track for a return to game action sometime in the first half of July.

Flaherty's oblique strain is expected to keep him out through the All-Star break, Jon Heyman of MLB Network reports.

Previous reports indicated that Flaherty's strain was a significant one, with Katie Woo of The Athletic relaying that the Cardinals were prepared to be without their ace until early August. Heyman's report doesn't offer an official timeline, but it essentially supports the notion that the Cardinals don't anticipate Flaherty returning to the rotation within the next month. Before straining his left oblique, Flaherty had paid off handsomely for those who spent an early round draft pick on him. Through his first 11 starts, Flaherty went 8-1 with a 2.90 ERA, 1.03 WHIP and 67 strikeouts in 62 innings.

Lopez was scratched from his scheduled start Monday against the Red Sox and will instead pitch Tuesday against the Rockies in Miami, with the Marlins wanting to give him an extra day to rest, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports.

Lopez threw just four innings in his previous start June 2 against the Blue Jays, allowing two runs and striking out nine batters on 90 pitches. He's having quite a strong season, posting career lows in both ERA (2.82) and WHIP (1.15), but the Marlins will give him a bit of a rest to ensure his performance remains at that level. The move back in the schedule may actually be a positive development for fantasy managers; he'll skip out on a road matchup against one of the majors' best offenses with a home one against a Rockies offense that is far less potent away from Coors Field. Meanwhile, Lopez will still line up for a two-start week, with his second turn coming in Sunday's series finale in Miami versus Atlanta rather than Saturday.

Atlanta doesn't anticipate Ynoa (hand) to return from the 60-day injured list until the second half of August, MLB.com reports.

Though Ynoa avoided surgery after fracturing his right (throwing) hand in mid-May, he'll need to wait at least six weeks to fully heal before he can even begin a throwing program. Once he's ready to throw, Ynoa will likely require an additional month to fully build up for a starting role, so he's projected to spend well beyond the minimum 60 days on the shelf. The injury interrupted what was shaping up to be an impressive season for the 23-year-old, who supplied a 3.02 ERA, 1.05 WHIP and 50:11 K:BB in 44.2 innings over his first nine outings.

Marquez (4-5) earned the win Sunday against the Athletics after tossing six innings of one-run ball, allowing four hits and a walk while fanning six.

Marquez notched his fourth straight quality start and has been pitching very well of late, allowing three earned runs and posting a 27:7 K:BB across 26 innings during that four-game span. The right-hander is scheduled to make his next start on the road against the Reds next weekend.

Cueto (4-2) allowed four runs (three earned) on six hits and two walks on four strikeouts across 4.1 innings, taking the loss against the Cubs on Sunday.

Cueto surrendered a pair of long balls to Patrick Wisdom in the second and fourth innings. All three of his earned runs came off Wisdom's bat. The 35-year-old has previously done a great job limiting home runs, with just two through his first eight starts. He has a 3.70 ERA and a 1.25 WHIP with 40 strikeouts in 48.2 innings. His next start is scheduled for Saturday against the Nationals.

Hendricks (7-4) allowed three earned runs on seven hits and three walks while striking out five across 6.1 innings, taking the win over the Giants on Sunday.

Hendricks allowed a first-inning home run to LaMonte Wade to start the game. He allowed an additional two runs between the first two innings. However, he settled in to provide three scoreless frames before being relieved in the seventh inning. The 31-year-old had a slow start to the season but has won his last four starts. He carries a 4.59 ERA and a 1.41 WHIP in 68.2 innings. In addition, he has a 7.3 K/9 with more than six strikeouts in a single start just once this season.

Miley didn't factor into the decision Sunday against the Cardinals despite tossing five scoreless innings in which he allowed four hits and two walks while fanning eight.

This was Miley's first no-decision of the campaign, but the left-hander has been tossing the ball well of late -- he has given up one or fewer runs in four of his last five starts (27.2 innings). His next start is scheduled for next week at home against the Rockies.

Cabrera (biceps) pitched three scoreless innings in his 2021 debut Sunday for Low-A Jupiter, allowing two hits and no walks while striking out three over his 37-pitch outing.

Cabrera still resides on the 7-day injured list at Triple-A Jacksonville, but he may need to make only one or two more starts at a lower-level affiliate before he's formally added back to the active roster. The 23-year-old looked sharp in his first official game action of the season, pumping in 24 of his 37 pitches for strikes while permitting only a pair of singles on the day. Considered one of the top pitching prospects in the organization, Cabrera could get a look in the big leagues at some point after the All-Star break if he's able to string together a few quality outings at Triple-A once he completes his rehab assignment.
