deGrom surrendered a pair of solo homers but was otherwise dominant, racking up 21 whiffs on 90 pitches. The 36-year-old has won three straight contests while yielding two earned runs or fewer in each of his past five starts. He'll carry a 2.72 ERA, 1.02 WHIP and 46:10 K:BB across 43 innings into a home matchup with the Astros next week.

Ryan (elbow) has resumed throwing off a mound but hasn't yet progressed to full bullpen sessions, per MLB.com.

Ryan is making gradual progress from the Tommy John surgery he underwent last August. A return to the big-league roster near the end of the regular season is a possibility if Ryan continues to proceed without any setbacks, but it's not a guarantee that he'll pitch for the Dodgers this season given the nature of his procedure.

Burnes (2-1) allowed five hits and two walks while striking out five over seven shutout innings to earn the win Saturday over the Dodgers.

Burnes had his previous start skipped while dealing with shoulder inflammation, but it appears the issue is behind him now. He threw 91 pitches (58 strikes) Saturday in his first start since April 30 versus the Mets, covering a valuable seven innings after the Diamondbacks had to dip into their bullpen early Friday. Burnes is now at a 2.95 ERA, 1.31 WHIP and 33:19 K:BB over 39.2 innings across seven starts. The lofty walk rate remains a concern, as his 4.3 BB/9 would be the highest of his career. Assuming he feels fine after this start, he's projected for a home outing versus the pitiful Rockies in his next turn.

Rogers (knee) made his fourth minor-league rehab start for Triple-A Norfolk on Saturday, allowing one run on three hits and a walk with four strikeouts in 4.1 innings.

Saturday was an improvement for Rogers, who had given up nine runs over the first 7.2 innings during his rehab assignment. The left-hander continues to work his way back from a right knee subluxation, and he's now built up to the 70-pitch mark. Rogers figures to be ready to return before the end of May following another rehab appearance or two, although it's unclear if he'll join the major-league roster at that point or be optioned to the minors.

Flaherty (1-5) took the loss against the Rangers on Saturday, allowing five runs on four hits and two walks with four strikeouts over three innings.

Flaherty endured his worst outing of the season and was pulled after throwing just 73 pitches. The 29-year-old has yielded four or more earned runs in each of his past three outings and has not recorded a win since April 4. He owns a 4.61 ERA, 1.24 WHIP and 50:14 K:BB across 41 innings and lines up for a road matchup with the Blue Jays next weekend.

Myers did not factor into the decision in Saturday's 3-2 loss to the Rays, allowing two runs on three hits and three walks with three strikeouts over four innings.

Myers allowed two runs in the fourth inning and was lifted after 75 pitches, 47 of which went for strikes. The 26-year-old has completed five innings just once through four starts, never exceeding 82 pitches. He owns a 3.86 ERA, 1.53 WHIP, and 11:10 K:BB across 16.1 innings and lines up for a home matchup with the Twins next weekend.

Bradley did not factor into the decision in Saturday's 3-2 win over the Brewers, allowing two runs on four hits and one walk with five strikeouts over six innings.

Bradley battled through a rain delay and worked around a pair of solo homers to earn his third quality start in his past four outings. The 24-year-old generated 11 whiffs on 84 pitches and has now allowed three earned runs or fewer in six of eight starts this season. He'll carry a 4.24 ERA, 1.26 WHIP and 35:19 K:BB across 46.2 innings into a favorable matchup with the Marlins next weekend.

Ragans (2-2) took the loss against the Red Sox on Saturday, allowing four runs on seven hits and two walks while striking out eight over five innings.

Ragans gave up one run through the first four innings, but he was tagged for three more in the fifth on three consecutive RBI singles. He generated 14 whiffs on 95 pitches (65 strikes), and while he's recorded at least eight strikeouts in six of eight starts this season, he has also yielded at least four earned runs in three of his last four outings. Ragans has a 4.20 ERA and 1.23 WHIP over 40.2 innings, and his 65 strikeouts is tied with Garrett Crochet for second most in the American League behind Carlos Rodon (67). Ragans is lined up to face the Cardinals at home next weekend.

Crochet (4-2) earned the win against the Royals on Saturday, allowing one run on seven hits and one walk while striking out nine over seven innings.

Crochet generated 18 whiffs on 106 pitches (75 strikes), and he capped his night off by striking out Bobby Witt to escape a bases-loaded situation in the seventh inning. It was Crochet's fifth quality start of the season, and his 65 strikeouts are second most in the American League behind Carlos Rodon (67), while his 1.93 ERA ranks fifth among qualified starters. Crochet's next start is slated for next weekend at home against Atlanta.

Manager Alex Cora said Saturday that Buehler (shoulder) will likely return during the Red Sox's home series against the Mets that begins May 19, Chris Cotillo of MassLive.com reports.

Buehler continues to rehab from right shoulder inflammation, which prompted his placement on the 15-day injured list May 2. With a timeline established for the 30-year-old's return, Hunter Dobbins -- who tossed six scoreless innings in a no-decision against the Royals on Friday -- will likely have one more start in the Red Sox's rotation next week. Buehler went 4-1 in six starts before landing on the IL, posting a 4.28 ERA, 1.22 WHIP and 29:9 K:BB across 33.2 innings.
