Matthews has a 1.89 ERA with a 59:4 K:BB in 52.1 innings at Double-A Wichita.

Matthews was promoted to Double-A after just four starts at High-A Cedar Rapids. He's had outstanding control with just four walks in 75 innings between the two levels. He's becoming one of Minnesota's top pitching prospects and it wouldn't be surprising to see him finish the season at Triple-A.

Rogers allowed two runs on six hits and two walks while striking out five over 5.1 innings in a no-decision versus the Astros on Tuesday.

Rogers put in a decent effort, but he exited the game with the Marlins down 2-1. They were able to erase that deficit but couldn't find the lead in the late innings. Rogers has gone six starts without allowing more than three runs, though he's walked multiple batters in four of those outings. The southpaw is at a 4.82 ERA, 1.59 WHIP and 75:41 K:BB through 89.2 innings over 18 starts. Rogers remains in search of his second win of the year, and he's projected to make his next start on the road at hitter-friendly Cincinnati.

Blanco (9-3) allowed two runs on four hits and a walk while striking out seven over seven innings to earn the win over the Marlins on Tuesday.

Blanco gave up multiple home runs for the second time in three starts, but he got away with it since both were solo shots. He's allowed more than two runs just once over his last six outings, turning in a quality start in four of them. The 30-year-old continues to enjoy a breakout season with a 2.53 ERA, 0.99 WHIP and 95:40 K:BB across 103 innings through 17 starts. Blanco could make one more start before the All-Star break, a turn tentatively projected to be at home versus the Rangers on Sunday.

Rodon (9-7) took the loss Tuesday against the Rays, allowing four runs on five hits and two walks over four innings. He struck out five.

Rodon allowed four straight hits to open the bottom of the first inning, including an Isaac Paredes three-run homer that extended Tampa's lead to 4-1. While Rodon would blank the Rays over his final three innings, the Yankees couldn't climb out of the early hole in an eventual 5-3 loss. It's the fifth straight loss for the 31-year-old left-hander -- he's struggled to a 10.50 ERA in that span, allowing 27 earned runs across 23 innings. Overall, Rodon sports a 4.63 ERA across 19 starts (103 innings) this year with a 1.26 WHIP and 105:30 K:BB. He'll look to right the ship in his next outing, currently slated for this weekend on the road versus Baltimore.

Pepiot (5-5) earned the win Tuesday over the Yankees, allowing one run on four hits and three walks over 5.2 innings. He struck out seven.

After allowing a run in the first inning, Pepiot held New York scoreless over his final 4.2 frames, allowing just two additional hits before the Rays turned to the bullpen with two outs in the sixth. It's the first win since June 4 for the 26-year-old Pepiot -- he'd gone 0-3 with a 5.40 ERA in his previous five outings. Overall, his ERA sits at 4.20 with a 1.13 WHIP and 90:31 K:BB across 16 starts (81.1 innings) this season. Pepiot is currently lined up to face the Guardians at home this weekend in his next outing.

Miller (1-2) took the loss Tuesday against the Phillies, allowing nine runs on 10 hits and three walks across four innings. He struck out two.

Miller allowed three runs in the second inning before Philadelphia opened things up in the fourth, where it scored six more times on five hits, highlighted by a Trea Turner grand slam. The 25-year-old Miller has had a rough time since returning from the injured list in mid-June, allowing 19 runs over his last 17.1 innings. His ERA is up to an ugly 8.07 with a 1.83 WHIP and 27:18 K:BB across seven starts this season. Despite his struggles, Miller figures to stick in the rotation for now due to Tyler Glasnow (back) joining Yoshinobu Yamamoto (shoulder) and Walker Buehler (hip) on the IL. He's currently lined up for a road matchup this weekend in Detroit.

Wheeler was removed from his start Tuesday against the Dodgers due to left lower-back tightness, Todd Zolecki of MLB.com reports.

Wheeler was able to get through five innings in 76 pitches before leaving Tuesday's contest, allowing one run on three hits and two walks while striking out seven batters. He said after the game that he's not too concerned about his back but noted the tightness is something he's dealt with recently, so the Phillies will certainly keep a close eye on it leading up to the righty's next start -- tentatively scheduled for Sunday.

Manager Scott Servais said Tuesday that Woo (hamstring) will return from the 15-day injured list during Seattle's upcoming series against the Angels, Daniel Kramer of MLB.com reports.

Servais didn't specify exactly what day Woo will return to start, though his turn in the rotation would come up Friday. The 24-year-old had been dominant in eight starts prior to landing on the IL with a strained hamstring, posting a 1.77 ERA and 0.69 WHIP in 40.2 innings. However, he threw just 45 pitches in 2.2 frames during his lone rehab start with High-A Everett this past Saturday, so Woo will most likely be working under a relatively low pitch count in his return to a major-league mound.

Kelly (shoulder) completed a bullpen session Tuesday, Nick Piecoro of The Arizona Republic reports.

Kelly, along with teammates Jordan Montgomery (knee) and Eduardo Rodriguez (shoulder), all threw bullpen sessions Tuesday, and manager Torey Lovullo said all three pitchers "felt good" afterwards. Kelly hasn't pitched since being placed on the injured list April 23 with a right shoulder strain, and his mid-August return timeline gives him the furthest return date of the trio of injured starters.

Rodriguez (shoulder) threw a bullpen session with the Diamondbacks on Tuesday, Nick Piecoro of The Arizona Republic reports.

Rodriguez has been slowly working his way back from a left shoulder strain that he suffered in March, but Tuesday's session is a step in the right direction. The southpaw is eligible to return from the 60-day injured list July 26, and he'll look to advance more in his recovery in the coming weeks to attempt to meet that timeline.
