Crawford allowed a run on six hits and two walks while striking out five over 5.2 innings in a no-decision versus the Cardinals on Saturday.

Nolan Gorman's second-inning solo shot was the only run on Crawford's line, but he was an out short of a quality start. It was still a good showing from the 28-year-old, who allowed a season-high four earned runs in his previous start versus the Rays. Crawford has given up one run or fewer in six of his 10 starts this season, pitching to a 2.17 ERA, 1.14 WHIP and 57:18 K:BB over 58 innings this season. His next start is projected to be at home versus the Brewers.

Mikolas allowed one run on two hits and a walk while striking out four over five innings in a no-decision versus the Red Sox on Saturday.

Mikolas threw just 79 pitches (54 strikes) -- it's possible manager Oliver Marmol didn't want the right-hander to go through the order a third time in a close game. The lone run on Mikolas' line was a solo home run by Rafael Devers in the fourth inning. Mikolas has allowed three runs or fewer in six of his outings this season, but he's given up five or more runs in his other four starts. He's at a 5.77 ERA, 1.40 WHIP and 39:11 K:BB through 53 innings overall. The veteran is projected for a home start versus the rival Cubs his next time out.

Boyle (back) is slated to throw a "two-up" bullpen session Sunday, MLB.com reports.

The right-hander will take an important step in his recovery with Sunday's activity, which will see Boyle participate in separate throwing sessions with rest periods in between. If Boyle proves capable of tolerating the activity well, he could potentially be activated when first eligible Tuesday.

Stripling (1-8) allowed four runs on nine hits and struck out two without walking a batter over five-plus innings, taking the loss Saturday versus the Royals.

Stripling has lost three straight starts, though he kept the ball in the yard and didn't walk a batter for the first time in that span. The veteran right-hander gave up two runs in the first inning and then ran into trouble again in the fifth and sixth. Stripling has a 5.19 ERA, 1.56 WHIP and 32:12 K:BB over 52 innings across 10 starts this season. The Athletics' rotation has been hammered with injuries, so he's at little risk of slipping out of a starting role any time soon. Stripling is projected to make his next start at home versus the Astros.

Lugo (7-1) earned the win Saturday over the Athletics, allowing two runs on six hits and a walk while striking out 10 over 5.2 innings.

Lugo was able to limit the damage to a two-run home run by Seth Brown in the second inning. This was Lugo's second straight start with double-digit strikeouts, though he came up one out short of a fifth straight quality start. The right-hander is now at a 1.79 ERA, 0.98 WHIP and 58:13 K:BB through 65.1 innings over 10 starts this season. He's projected to make his next start on the road against the Rays.

Ober (4-2) took the loss against Cleveland on Saturday, allowing five runs on eight hits and one walk while striking out four batters over four innings.

A first-inning, two-run home run by Jose Ramirez set the tone for Cleveland's offense, which ended up scoring in all but one of the four frames during which Ober toed the rubber. The right-handed hurler needed 91 pitches to get 12 outs and finished with his shortest outing since his disastrous eight-run, 1.1-inning loss in his first start of the campaign. Ober had rebounded impressively from that blowup prior to Saturday, posting a 2.16 ERA and 0.67 WHIP over his subsequent seven starts.

Allen (5-2) earned the win over Minnesota on Saturday, pitching six scoreless innings during which he allowed five hits and one walk while striking out seven batters.

Cleveland went up 2-0 in the first inning, and Allen never allowed Minnesota a sniff at the game, as he allowed just a handful of singles across six scoreless frames. It was the second straight start in which the left-hander tossed exactly six innings without giving up a run on the heels of an ugly seven-run, 2.1-inning defeat against Detroit on May 7. That outing is a big reason why his season ERA sits at 4.91 -- it's a much more palatable 3.86 minus the blowup.

Gallen revealed after Saturday's start against the Tigers that his right hamstring tightened up on him during the fourth inning, Jesse Friedman of GoPHNX.com reports.

It's the same hamstring that he had issues with earlier this season, which resulted in an early removal from one start and having another pushed back. Gallen wound up pitching into the seventh inning Saturday, ultimately getting charged with three runs on seven hits while striking out 10 over 6.2 frames. The right-hander said after the outing that his hamstring feels fine and he's unconcerned. Still, given that it's been a recurring problem, it's something to keep in mind.

Gore allowed two runs on three hits and three walks while striking out three batters over 6.1 innings in a no-decision against Philadelphia on Saturday.

Gore carried a one-run lead into the seventh inning but was pulled after Bryson Stott tagged him for a one-out, game-tying solo homer. Despite that disappointing exit, this was a positive overall outing for the lefty hurler, and he's now fired back-to-back quality starts for the first time this season. Gore didn't have the strikeout stuff Saturday that he had his previous time out when he fanned nine Red Sox batters over six frames, but Gore did established a season-high mark with his 6.1 frames. He'll look to keep rolling in his next start, which is tentatively scheduled to come at home against Seattle.

Sanchez allowed two runs on eight hits and no walks while striking out eight batters over seven innings in a no-decision against Washington on Saturday.

Sanchez fell behind when he gave up a first-inning run, but he allowed only one more score the rest of the way. The left-hander fanned eight batters -- his highest mark over his past five outings -- and finished with his fourth quality start of the campaign. Sanchez has been a solid fifth starter for the Phillies this season, registering a 3.31 ERA, 1.45 WHIP and 47:18 K:BB over 49 innings.
