Astros shuffle lineup before facing Mariners
The Astros will put a shuffled lineup up against the Mariners on Saturday, the team announced.
Right fielder George Springer will return to the leadoff role after teammate Jose Altuve, who hit leadoff in Friday's game, hurt his hamstring. Rookie shortstop Carlos Correa will bat second, despite not hitting any higher than fifth in the lineup since being called up to the majors.
Jake Marisnik will make his first start in left field, giving Preston Tucker a day off. He will bat sixth in the lineup.
First baseman Chris Carter, who hit a home run out of the ninth spot on Friday, will bat in the cleanup spot on Saturday.
Marwin Gonzalez will fill Altuve's void at second base and bat eighth.

SS Xander Bogaerts moves up to third in Red Sox lineup
Shortstop Xander Bogaerts will hit in the No. 3 position in the starting lineup for the first time this season Friday as the Red Sox try to get back on track against the Blue Jays.
Along with the injury to Hanley Ramirez, a big reason why Bogaerts was slotted in the third hole has been a history of success against Toronto starter Drew Hutchison. Bogaerts is hitting .500 (6-for-12) against Hutchison, one of several Red Sox players with gaudy numbers against the Jays hurler.
For the season, Bogaerts is hitting a respectable .295, and he is even better at Fenway, hitting .333 in his home park.

Astros designate 3B Matt Dominguez
General manager Jeff Luhnow has announced that the Astros have designated for assignment third baseman Matt Dominguez to make room on the 40-man roster for Carlos Correa, per Sportstalk 790.
