Fletcher went 4-for-4 with a double and a walk while scoring three times in a loss to Pittsburgh on Tuesday.

Fletcher doubled to lead off the game and came around to score the Angels' first run, then went on to produce three singles and a walk while scoring twice more in the contest. The performance snapped a cold spell in which Fletcher hit .132 (7-for-53) over 13 games. The 25-year-old is slashing .284/.343/.392 in 463 plate appearances this season.

Lindor went 3-for-5 with two doubles, three RBI and a caught stealing in Tuesday's 7-6 loss to the Red Sox.

Lindor came through with a clutch game-tying double during the ninth inning, but he took himself out of scoring position as he was thrown out trying to steal third base. The 25-year-old has a modest seven-game hit streak in which he is 9-for-27 with five doubles and seven walks.

Franco has gone 11-for-41 (.268 average) with a 4:4 BB:K across his last 10 games with High-A Charlotte.

Franco's recent performance represents a relative downturn, which serves as a testament to the 18-year-old's immense talent. Since moving up to High-A a little less than two months ago, Franco has continued to display a highly polished hit tool, striking out just 11 times in 168 plate appearances (6.5 percent). The shortstop should gradually tap into more power as his body matures, but his .333/.405/.486 slash line (161 wRC+) is still good enough to make him a star player in the Florida State League. He's the undisputed No. 1 prospect in baseball, and that seems unlikely to change until he ultimately reaches the majors.

Bichette went 4-for-6 with two doubles, three runs scored, an RBI and a stolen base in Monday's win over the Rangers.

The hits, and extra-base hits, just keep on coming for the rookie. Bichette has now played 15 games since his promotion and has collected multiple knocks in nine of them en route to a stunning .394/.444/.742 slash line. It hasn't been entirely smooth sailing for the 21-year-old -- he's just 2-for-5 on steal attempts -- but for the most part, Bichette looks just as much like a future star as teammate Vlad GUerrero Jr.

Fletcher is not in the lineup Monday against the Pirates.

Fletcher has started all 28 games since the All-Star break, slashing .231/.279/.322 with zero home runs, three stolen bases and nine RBI during that stretch. He'll give way to Luis Rengifo at second base in this one, while Wilfredo Tovar starts at shortstop.

Diaz started at first base and went 1-for-4 with a walk in Sunday's 8-7 loss to Baltimore.

Diaz started at first while Yuli Gurriel received an off day. Since returning from a hamstring injury in July, Diaz is batting .241 (7-for-29) over nine games while playing every infield position and left field.

Anderson went 1-for-4 with a double in Sunday's 2-0 loss to the Athletics.

Anderson has hit safely in 10 straight games, going 18-for-43 (.419) with a 1.026 OPS. It would be nice to see that hitting produce runs, but it hasn't as Anderson has just one RBI (a home run) during his streak. Most of his plate appearances this season have come from the second and seventh spots in the order, which are not traditionally run-producing slots.

Correa went 2-for-5 with a three-run home run in Sunday's loss to Baltimore.

Correa launched a three-run homer in the second inning, but the Astros would fall in the series finale. The 24-year-old finished out his team's weekend series on a high note, going 5-for-11 with two homers and five RBI over his last two contests.

Bichette went 2-for-4 in Sunday's loss to the Yankees.

Bichette went 0-for-7 to begin Toronto's weekend series with New York, but he managed to scratch across a pair of base knocks Sunday in a 1-0 loss. The 21-year-old rookie continues to rack up hits in the big leagues, slashing .367/.424/.717 with 13 extra-base hits and seven RBI over 14 games.

Owings' contract was selected from Triple-A Pawtucket, and he is leading off and starting at second base Sunday against the Angels, Christopher Smith of MassLive.com reports.

He played second base, third base, shortstop and all three outfield spots while at Pawtucket, so Owings is seemingly prepared for a utility role with Boston. He hit .133 in 145 plate appearances with the Royals earlier this season and batted .325/.385/.595 with 11 home runs in 44 games with Pawtucket.
