Trevor Story SS | BOS
Rockies' Trevor Story: Out of Sunday's lineup
Story is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Blue Jays.
Story started the first 51 games of the season at shortstop for the Rockies, but he'll give way to Brendan Rodgers on Sunday for the second time in the last seven contests. Story has broken out over the last four games by going 11-for-18 with three doubles, a triple, two home runs and seven RBI.

Javier Baez SS | DET
Cubs' Javier Baez: Returns to action Sunday
Baez (heel) is starting at shortstop and batting cleanup Sunday at St. Louis.
Baez was scratched from Saturday's lineup with a bruised right heel and did not make an appearance in the contest. The 26-year-old has battled the heel issue over the last couple weeks, but he is apparently good to go for the series finale after taking a day to rest. Baez was 7-for-35 with two homers and 18 strikeouts in the nine games since the heel previously kept him out of the lineup.

Orlando Arcia SS | MIN
Brewers' Orlando Arcia: Smashes pair of homers
Arcia went 2-for-6 with two home runs, four RBI, three runs and a walk during a 12-10 extra-innings victory against the Pirates on Saturday.
The Brewers shortstop helped Milwaukee take a five-run lead in the first three innings with his first two-run shot. Then in the 13th, he went deep again. This was Arcia's first two-homer game of the season, and actually, he only had two long balls in the entire month of May. Clearly, he's off to a strong start in June. Arcia is batting .264 with eight homers, 25 RBI, 26 runs and two steals in 197 at-bats this year.

Dansby Swanson SS | CHC
Braves' Dansby Swanson: Drives in two runs
Swanson went 2-for-5 with a solo home run, two runs scored and two RBI in Saturday's 10-5 win over the Tigers.
Swanson collected his first RBI on a fielder's choice in the fifth inning before belting the homer in the seventh. The 25-year-old has a .258/.312/.474 slash line with 11 home runs and 38 RBI this season.

Javier Baez SS | DET
Cubs' Javier Baez: Scratched with heel bruise
Baez was scratched from the lineup for Saturday's game against the Cardinals with a bruised right heel, Mark Gonzales of the Chicago Tribune reports.
Baez's heel issues date back nearly two weeks to when he was forced to exit a game May 19 after making a defensive play. He missed the next two games but had since been in the lineup for nine straight contests prior to Saturday's scratch. Addison Russell will replace him at shortstop.

Rosell Herrera SS | KC
Marlins' Rosell Herrera: Launches second homer
Herrera went 1-for-2 with a solo home run in Friday's 5-2 loss to the Padres.
For the second time this week, Herrera entered the game as a pinch hitter and went yard, this time stepping to the plate for Caleb Smith in the sixth inning and spoiling a potential shutout bid for San Diego pitcher Joey Lucchesi. Those are his only two homers of the year, however, and Herrera's .222/.293/.344 slash line will likely keep him in a bench role.

Corey Seager SS | TEX
Dodgers' Corey Seager: Provides insurance homer
Seager went 1-for-4 with a two run homer in Friday's 6-3 win over the Phillies.
Seager's two-run blast was enough to put the Dodgers ahead for good, capping a three-run fifth inning. It's the shortstop's seventh homer of the year, but also his third in the last six games. Seager has 36 runs and 29 RBI in 56 games this season.

Trevor Story SS | BOS
Rockies' Trevor Story: Career night in win over Jays
Story went 3-for-4 with a walk, a double, two home runs, four runs scored and seven RBI in Friday's 13-6 rout of the Blue Jays.
A pair of two-run homers and a bases-loaded double accounted for the damage as Story set a new career single-game high in RBI. The shortstop closes the books on May slashing .309/.382/.609 through 26 games with eight homers and 23 RBI, and he's banged out at least three hits in each of the last three contests.

Paul DeJong SS | DET
Cardinals' Paul DeJong: Subject of lineup switch
DeJong, who went 0-for-4 with two strikeouts in a win over the Phillies on Thursday, was deployed out of the two hole in the lineup for the first time this season, Paul Casella of MLB.com reports.
DeJong, who's mired in a 1-for-26 slump over the last eight games, ceded his usual No. 3 role to Paul Goldschmidt. Manager Mike Shildt stated his primary goal with the move was to afford Goldschmidt a bump in RBI opportunities, implying that the arrangement might stick for the foreseeable future. Meanwhile, DeJong's average has already dropped 36 points to .284 during his aforementioned funk, and it remains to be seen if a different spot in the order might help break him out of the doldrums.

Brandon Crawford SS | STL
Giants' Brandon Crawford: Collects another two hits
Crawford went 2-for-4 with two doubles, two RBI and a run scored Thursday against the Marlins.
Crawford supplied the majority of the Giants' offense, doubling in the go-ahead runs in the eighth inning. Even with this effort, he has just 10 extra-base hits on the season and a .309 slugging percentage across 201 plate appearances. He'll have a chance to keep his performance at the plate going for the team's weekend series at hitter-friendly Camden Yards.
