Rojas isn't in the lineup for Monday's game against the Nationals.

Rojas has gone 3-for-13 with two RBI and two strikeouts across his last three appearances, and he'll be out of the lineup for a second straight game. Jazz Chisholm will shift to shortstop while Joe Panik starts at second base.

Manager Kevin Cash said Franco (hamstring) could return from the 10-day injured list Friday ahead of the Rays' series opener with the Marlins, Neil Solondz of the Rays Radio Network reports.

Franco is slated to report to Triple-A Durham for a workout Tuesday before entering the Bulls' lineup Wednesday and Thursday. If Franco's strained right hamstring checks out fine following the back-to-back appearances, the Rays likely won't have much hesitation about activating him for the weekend. Before landing on the shelf, Franco pieced together a 39-game on-base streak, during which he hit .325 with 20 extra-base hits, 37 runs and 26 RBI.

Chang is out of the lineup for the first game of Monday's doubleheader with the Royals.

After starting in four of the past five games while going 5-for-19 with a home run and a double, Chang will cede his spot in the Cleveland infield to Owen Miller. Chang should continue to play regularly versus left-handed pitching over the final two weeks of the season, but his path to steady at-bats versus right-handers will become more muddled when or if Amed Rosario (personal) returns from the bereavement list.

Correa went 2-for-4 with a three-run home run, a double, and two additional runs scored Sunday against Arizona.

Correa has hit safely in all but one of his last six games, posting two multi-hit games in that span and also going yard twice during that stretch. The star shortstop is enjoying a strong finish to the regular season, hitting .297 with a .880 OPS, four homers, 16 RBI and 10 runs scored across 68 at-bats in September.

Mondesi went 0-for-3 with a stolen base in Sunday's 7-1 loss to the Mariners.

Mondesi reached base in the seventh on a fielder's choice and ended up stealing second before the inning concluded. The 25-year-old speedster now has four steals over his last five games and 11 overall in just 24 games this season. He's slashing .264/.297/.540 with 12 extra-base hits, 16 RBI, 14 runs scored and 3:31 BB:K over 93 plate appearances.

Seager went 2-for-3 with a home run, three RBI and two walks in Sunday's 8-5 win over Cincinnati.

Seager drilled a two-run shot in the third inning and later drew a bases-loaded walk in the ninth. Over the last seven games, he's gone 9-for-27 (.333) with two home runs and five RBI. For the year, Seager is slashing .285/.379/.459 with 31 extra-base hits and 46 RBI through 356 plate appearances.

Chang went 3-for-5 with an RBI and a run scored in Sunday's 11-1 win over the Yankees.

The infielder has hit safely in just six of 14 games in September, but he's produced multiple hits in five of those contests. Chang had not recorded a three-hit effort this season prior to Sunday. He's posted a .224/.256/.420 slash line with eight home runs, 32 RBI, 29 runs scored and a stolen base in 215 plate appearances as a versatile utility option for Cleveland.

Story went 2-for-4 with a stolen base in Sunday's 3-0 loss to Washington.

The shortstop recorded his 19th steal of the season after reaching on a two-out single in the eighth inning. Story is now one shy of his third 20-steal campaign, and he had an impressive 15 in 59 contests during the abbreviated 2020 season. The 28-year-old owns a .249/.325/.479 slash line with 23 home runs, 72 RBI, 80 runs scored, five triples and 33 doubles in 548 plate appearances this year.

Cruz is expected to be called up to Triple-A Indianapolis to close out the season, Jarrod Prugar of DK Pittsburgh Sports reports.

Cruz missed a month and a half with a forearm strain earlier in the season and will advance to Indianapolis for the first time. The 22-year-old appeared in 62 games at Double-A Altoona this year and slashed .292/.346/.536 with 12 homers, 51 runs, 40 RBI and 18 stolen bases.

Bichette went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Sunday's 5-3 win over Minnesota.

All of Toronto's runs came in the first inning, including a two-run blast from Bichette. It's his fifth homer in his last 11 games, and he's now gone deep 26 times this year. Overall, the 23-year-old shortstop is slashing .294/.341/.472 with 97 RBI, 113 runs scored and 22 stolen bases across 636 plate appearances.
