Fletcher went 3-for-5 with a home run, two runs scored and two RBI in Saturday's 8-4 win over the Astros.

After going 0-for-8 in the prior two games, Fletcher bounced back with his ninth multi-hit performance in 18 games this month. The 25-year-old is slashing .329/.388/.370 in September, although Saturday's solo shot was his first extra-base hit of the bunch, as he caps off a solid first full season in the majors.

Anderson went 1-for-4 with a solo home run and walk during a 5-3 victory against the Tigers on Saturday.

The White Sox shortstop is now on a nine-game hitting streak and has gone deep twice in the last four contests. During his streak, Anderson is 16-for-46 (.348) with four extra-base hits and five RBI. Overall, he is batting .335 with 18 home runs, 56 RBI, 78 runs and 17 steals in 477 at-bats this year.

Seager went 2-for-4 with an RBI triple and a run scored in Saturday's 4-2 loss to the Rockies.

After Cody Bellinger reached on an error in the fourth inning, Seager ripped his first triple of the year to bring the star home. Seager himself would score on Russell Martin's single for the Dodgers' last run in the contest. The shortstop has gone hot lately, going 13-for-28 over his last seven games with a homer, seven RBI and five runs scored in that span. He's hitting .271 on the year with 17 homers, 81 RBI and 78 runs scored in 128 games.

Crawford went 3-for-5 with a home run, four RBI and two runs scored Saturday against the Orioles.

Crawford enjoyed a productive game, highlighted by a three-run homer in the eighth inning to put the Mariners ahead. It's been a struggle at the plate for Crawford since the All-Star break, as his average has plummeted from .277 to .233. Still, it was a nice performance from the young shortstop and his first multi-RBI effort since July 31.

Correa's exit in the sixth inning Saturday against the Angels was part of the plan to limit his playing time to close the regular season, Jake Kaplan of The Athletic reports.

After the game, manager A.J. Hinch said that the team planned to play Correa only six or seven innings due to his lack of a rehab assignment. Even with a limited workload, Correa has been productive, collecting three hits and scoring three runs in his three games since being activated from the injured list.

Baez is hoping to return to the Cubs' lineup Tuesday against the Pirates, Patrick Mooney of The Athletic reports.

Baez made a surprise appearance as a pinch hitter Saturday, creating some optimism that he can return to the lineup before the close of the season. On the other hand, after the game, Baez told reporters that his hand still hurt but that he wanted to help the team reach the playoffs however he could, Jordan Bastian of MLB.com reports. That said, a potential return for Baez remains unclear.

Baez (thumb) took some swings Friday but catching throws is still an issue, Mark Gonzales of the Chicago Tribune reports.

Anthony Rizzo recently made a surprise return from an ankle sprain and Baez would surely like to follow suit and help the Cubs, who are now on the outside looking in at a wild-card spot. However, a return during the regular season still seems unlikely. Nico Hoerner continues to fill in at shortstop.

Diaz started at first base for Yuli Gurriel (illness) and went 3-for-4 with a double and a run scored in Friday's 6-4 win over the Angels.

Gurriel was a late scratch from the lineup due to a stomach illness, paving the way for Diaz to make his 20th start at first base. Diaz is slashing .259/.332/.430 over 64 games during what has been an injury-marred season.

Correa went 2-for-4 with two home runs and three RBI in Friday's 6-4 win over the Angels.

Correa had his first hits since being activated off the injured list. Swatting a couple of homers suggests the back injury that sidelined him for a month is not a major concern. The Astros are expected to limit his playing time initially, but assuming he comes out of Friday's game without issue, Correa's scheduled to start Saturday, per Chandler Rome of the Houston Chronicle.

Turner went 2-for-4 with two solo home runs in Friday's 6-4 win over the Marlins.

It was Turner's second multi-homer game of the year, with the other coming back in March. The shortstop is doing what he can to get the Nats to the postseason, slashing .289/.333/.474 with three homers, four steals, six RBI and 14 runs in 18 games this month.
