Arcia (shoulder) is in the lineup for Friday's game against the Giants.

Arcia was carted off the field last weekend after a collision with second baseman Keston Hiura, but he managed to avoid a serious injury and is back for the first game of the second half. While the shortstop appeared to be falling out of favor after a series of absences in late June, he started three straight and four of five before the collision, so he should still be considered the primary option for now.

Correa (ribs) was transferred to the 60-day injured list Friday, Brian McTaggart of MLB.com reports.

Correa has been on the IL with a cracked rib since late May, and he'll now be unable to be activated until July 26. The 24-year-old is expected to begin a rehab assignment within the next week, so if he avoids any setbacks he could seemingly return to the Astros when first eligible.

Correa has been out with a cracked rib since late May. The Astros haven't revealed how long he's expected to remain on a rehab assignment, but it seems likely that he'll be back at some point in late July.

Diaz reportedly has been participating in baseball activities since June 4, but he's finally been given the green light to head out on a rehab stint. Given his lengthy absence, he figures to require at least a few games in the minors in order to get back up to speed.

Seager (hamstring) was activated from the 10-day injured list Wednesday.

Seager will wind up missing a month with a hamstring strain. He recorded a solid .278/.359/.468 slash line with eight homers in 66 games during the first half of the season. He'll return to an everyday role at shortstop after the All-Star break, sending Chris Taylor back into a utility role. Matt Beaty was optioned in a corresponding move.

Cordoba went 12-for-29 with two doubles, a triple, six runs, three RBI and five stolen bases for High-A Lake Elsinore last week.

The 23-year-old had a torrid week for the Storm, as he continues to rebound nicely after missing extended time last season due to a concussion suffered in a car accident. After hitting just .206 over 164 plate appearances in the California League last season, Cordoba is slashing a respectable .303/.351/.407 through 248 plate appearances so far in 2019.

Seager (hamstring) went 0-for-2 with a strikeout Sunday in his rehab game with High-A Rancho Cucamonga.

In the second game of his rehab assignment, Seager started at shortstop and played two innings in the field before he was removed as part of a planned defensive substitution. He'll likely log at least a few more innings in the field in the final game of his assignment this week before returning from the 10-day injured list when the Dodgers begin their second-half schedule Friday in Boston. Chris Taylor will be most in danger of losing out on regular work once Seager is formally reinstated.

Fletcher went 3-for-5 with two doubles, a walk and two runs Sunday in the Angels' 11-10 loss to the Astros in 10 innings.

Fletcher will carry a five-game hitting streak into the All-Star break and boosted his season line to an impressive .295/.359/.409 after reaching base four times in the series finale in Houston. With Tommy La Stella (lower leg) likely on the shelf until September, Fletcher, who led off the past two days, may be on track to serve as the Angels' full-time table setter for the foreseeable future.

Ahmed went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run in a victory over Colorado on Sunday.

Ahmed broke the game open with his 427-foot blast to left field in the sixth inning, extending Arizona's lead to five runs. After struggling with a .216 average in June, Ahmed has had a productive start to July, hitting .316 (6-for-19) with two homers and four RBI in five games. He carries a .262/.311/.429 slash line along with nine homers and 39 RBI into the break.

Story went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Sunday's loss to Arizona.

After Colorado was held hitless through six innings, Story notched the team's first hit with an infield single leading off the seventh. He later plated the team's final run with a solo homer off Greg Holland in the ninth. The 26-year-old has enjoyed a fine first half, entering the All-Star break with a .292/.358/.549 slash line to go along with 19 homers, 50 runs batted in and 12 stolen bases.
