Swanson went 2-for-5 with a walk, a double, a home run, three runs scored and four RBI in Saturday's 13-9 win over the Nationals.

His three-run shot off Joe Ross in the eighth inning broke a 9-9 tie and proved to be the winning hit on a wild night. Swanson has now tied his career high with 14 home runs, reaching the mark in 59 fewer games than he did last year.

Anderson went 3-for-4 with a double, a home run, four RBI and two runs scored in Saturday's 6-5 loss to the Rangers.

Anderson's three-run double in the first inning and later his sixth-inning homer gave the White Sox leads that they would squander. It was the eighth straight game in which Anderson has hit safely, as he's gone 13-for-36 (.361) with five extra-base hits and seven RBI during the run. His dominant April was impossible to sustain, but Anderson has kept up his average and is batting .320 through 67 games.

Herrera cleared waivers and was outrighted to Triple-A New Orleans on Saturday, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports.

Herrera's .200/.288/.314 slash line understandably didn't stir up a ton of interest on the waiver wire. He'll remain as organizational depth for the Marlins.

At least for the time being, Rojas looks to be the Marlins' top option in the table-setting role, as he'll lead off for a fifth consecutive game. With no home runs in 275 plate appearances, Rojas brings little to no power to the table but has at least been somewhat useful in deeper mixed leagues and NL-only formats thanks to his five stolen bases and .274 batting average.

Adames went 3-for-4 with a solo home run and a second run scored in Friday's 5-3 win over the A's.

The shortstop also came up big in the field, throwing out Khris Davis at home in the sixth inning with a strong relay when the Oakland slugger attempted to score from first on a Jurickson Profar double. Adames is now slashing .254/.317/.387 on the year with seven homers, three steals, 21 RBI and 31 runs through 70 games.

Ahmed went 1-for-4 with a two-run homer in an 11-5 loss to the Giants on Friday.

Ahmed, who left Thursday's game after getting hit by a pitch on his hand, was back in the lineup Friday and showed no ill effects from the hand contusion. The homer was Ahmed's sixth in 75 games.

Arcia went 2-for-5 with a solo home run in Friday's 11-7 loss to the Reds.

The long ball ended a 16-game power drought for Arcia, during which he slashed a miserable .143/.183/.196. The slump dragged his line on the season down to .240/.304/.391, but the shortstop has already matched last year's RBI total with 30 in 44 fewer games, and his nine homers puts him on pace to top the career-high 15 he launched in 2017.

Crawford went 3-for-4 with a pair of RBI singles and a run scored in Friday's 10-9 win over the Orioles.

Crawford knocked in outfielder Mallex Smith with both of his run-scoring hits, and also scored on a Domingo Santana double in the third inning. The three-hit night brings Crawford to a slash line of .286/.375/.418 in 25 games this season. The shortstop has hit .300 with seven RBI and five runs scored in eight games since his return from an ankle injury.

Seager (hamstring) is expected to begin a rehab assignment by the All-Star break, Ken Gurnick of MLB.com reports.

The 25-year-old shortstop has been spotted playing light catch on the field in the past week, and the Dodgers are confident that both Seager and A.J. Pollock (elbow) will begin a rehab stint by the break.

Ahmed (hand) is starting at shortstop and batting seventh Friday against the Giants.

Ahmed left Thursday's game with a bruised left hand, but he won't be forced to miss any additional time because of the injury. He's 5-for-17 with three RBI over his last five contests.
