Bogaerts (personal) was unable to join the Red Sox in Detroit and won't be available for the team's series finale with the Tigers on Monday, Peter Abraham of The Boston Globe reports.

After missing the past four games while on the bereavement list, Bogaerts was scheduled to meet up with the team Monday and return to the lineup, but his flight to Detroit was ultimately cancelled. The Red Sox will return to Boston in advance of Tuesday's game against the Orioles, and it's expected that Bogaerts will take back his usual starting role at shortstop, pushing Marco Hernandez to the bench or minors. Since the Red Sox have a full slate of games this week, Bogaerts still looks like a safe fantasy activation, given that he'll likely be in line for five or six starts.

Owings went 3-for-4 with a solo home run, two stolen bases and two runs scored in Sunday's 3-2 win over the Indians.

Owings is off to a strong start, hitting .360 and recording just one hitless performance in his first first six games. His overall body of work in the majors isn't impressive, but he has showed signs that he could put it all together in 2017. Owings must show a better eye at the plate in order to do so, but his speed and multi-position eligibility is attractive to fantasy owners in deeper leagues.

Seager went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run and two runs scored in the 10-6 victory over the Rockies on Sunday.

It was Seager's second dinger of the season, and he's now hitting .308 in the early going. The soon-to-be 23-year-old is one of the best all-around young shortstops in baseball, and he proved why yet again Sunday.

Adrianza (oblique) was able to take some swings underwater Sunday, Mike Berardino of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.

Adrianza is expected to move on to hitting off a tee in the coming days, but it will still probably take a couple more weeks before he'd be ready to come off the 10-day disabled list. The utility infielder has no minor-league options remaining, so once he's deemed ready to go, the Twins would have to expose him to waivers if there isn't a spot for him on the major-league roster.

Rojas is starting at shortstop and batting eighth Sunday against the Mets, Andre Fernandez of the Miami Herald reports.

Due to Adeiny Hechavarria (oblique) recently being placed on the disabled list, Rojas will get the nod to start at shortstop. After playing in four games this season, Rojas has gone 2-for-11 and notched two RBI.

Diaz went 3-for-5 with four RBI from a solo home run and three-run shot in Saturday's 10-4 victory over the Reds.

Diaz has picked up right where he left off last season, as he's now hitting .304 and has racked up a trio of multi-hit efforts in his first five games. Diaz's pair of round-trippers Saturday generated his first RBI of the season, and he now has four extra-base hits over the first five contests.

Baez is out of the lineup Sunday against the Brewers.

Baez checked out fine after an outfield collision with Jason Heyward in the series opener Friday and was back in the lineup for Saturday's game, going 2-for-4 with two RBI and two runs scored in the win. It appears Baez will get Sunday off for little more than rest-related reasons, paving the way for Heyward to join the starting nine.

Arcia is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Cubs, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports.

Arcia is off to a slow start to begin the 2017 season and will be replaced by Hernan Perez at shortstop as he receives the day off Sunday against Jake Arrieta. The 22-year-old has three hits in his first 15 at-bats this season.

Turner (hamstring) is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Phillies, Mark Zuckerman of MASN Sports reports.

This comes as no surprise, as the speedy shortstop pulled his hamstring during Saturday's game. Turner isn't expected to miss extended time and will be replaced by veteran Stephen Drew on Sunday.

Baez went 2-for-4 with a pair of singles, a walk, two RBI and two runs against the Brewers on Saturday.

He opened the season only 1-for-10 with four strikeouts and had an injury scare Friday, but Baez has loads of power upside and a starting role in a stacked lineup. Although it'd be nice to see him build on this performance in the coming days, fantasy owners should exercise patience with the 24-year-old second baseman.
