Buxton went 2-for-5 with a solo home run and an additional run scored in Monday's 13-6 victory over Boston.

Buxton launched his first homer of the campaign with a 420-foot shot to straightaway center field in the fifth inning. In addition to being his first of the season, the blast marked his 85th career homer at Target Field, the most in ballpark history. It's been a slow start to 2026 for Buxton, who entered Monday's contest with a .531 OPS and just one RBI through his first 14 games, so he'll look to build on this performance and find his stride at the plate.

Caratini went 1-for-2 with a three-run home run, an additional run scored and two walks in Monday's 13-6 victory over the Red Sox.

Caratini's lone hit was a loud one, as he crushed a Garrett Crochet cutter into the second deck for a three-run homer to extend the Twins' lead to double digits in the second inning. The veteran switch hitter has seen ample playing time between catcher and first base to open the 2026 campaign, appearing in 14 games while hitting .271/.373/.354 with a homer, a double, five runs and eight RBI.

Jeffers went 3-for-4 with a solo home run, two additional RBI, two additional runs scored and a walk in Monday's 13-6 victory over Boston.

Jeffers had a big day at the plate, driving in three runs, highlighted by a 108.2 mph solo homer in the fifth inning. It's been a strong start to the season for the 28-year-old backstop, who is now slashing .317/.440/.512 with two homers, two doubles, 10 runs and 10 RBI through 12 appearances.

Muncy was removed from Monday's game against the Rangers due to a bruised left hand, Jeremiah Salmonson of Section 105 Pod reports.

Muncy was hit by a pitch on the hand during the bottom of the fifth inning but was able to remain in the game until the top of the seventh. He was later diagnosed with a bruise, which is a positive sign considering the location of the injury. Muncy should be considered day-to-day until the Athletics have another update to share. Andy Ibanez or Darell Hernaiz could draw the start at the hot corner Tuesday if Muncy is unable to go.

Ober (2-0) earned the win Monday, allowing four runs on seven hits and a walk over six innings against the Red Sox. He struck out seven.

Ober wasn't at his best but picked up his second win of the campaign, backed by a strong showing from the Twins' offense. While four earned runs isn't ideal, the right-hander's seven strikeouts matched his combined total from his first three outings of the season, a positive development. Through four starts in 2026, Ober owns a 5.49 ERA and 1.27 WHIP with a 14:5 K:BB across 19.2 innings.

Crochet (2-2) took the loss Monday, allowing 11 runs (10 earned) on nine hits and three walks over 1.2 innings against the Twins. He did not record a strikeout.

Crochet was ambushed by the Twins' offense, allowing double-digit runs and being pulled before completing two full innings. The southpaw entered Monday's contest with a 3.12 ERA and 1.04 WHIP through his first three starts, but those marks have since jumped to a 7.58 ERA and 1.58 WHIP across 19 innings. He'll look to bounce back in his next outing, which is lined up to come Sunday against the Tigers.

Rocchio went 2-for-3 with a two-run home run, an additional run scored and a walk against St. Louis in a 9-3 win Monday.

Rocchio gave the Guardians a 6-1 lead with a two-run blast to left field in the sixth inning. He reached base a season-high three times and finished with his first multi-hit game since Opening Day. Rocchio had been in a 3-for-25 slump over his past eight games entering Monday, so he'll look to ride the big performance to a turnaround.

Bird was optioned to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre following Monday's game against the Angels.

Bird was touched up for three runs on four hits over one inning Monday night, which marks the second time in his last four appearances that he's surrendered three runs. The Yankees have yet to announce a corresponding move but will likely bring up a fresh arm ahead of Tuesday's clash.

Ramirez went 2-for-4 with a double, a walk, a run and two stolen bases Monday in a 9-3 win against the Cardinals.

Ramirez helped generate a run in the fourth inning when he walked, stole second base and came home on a single. The star third baseman added another theft following a single in the fifth. Ramirez began the campaign hitting .133 through his first 12 games, but he seems to be turning things around. Over his past five contests, he has gone 7-for-20 (.350 batting average) with two doubles, a homer, two RBI, four walks and five steals.

Jackson went 3-for-4 with two home runs, five RBI and an additional run scored in Monday's win over the Diamondbacks.

Jackson established a career high in RBI on Monday, also turning his first career multi-homer performance. The expectation is that Jackson Holliday (hand) won't be activated from the 10-day injured list this week, likely extending Jackson's runway as Baltimore's top second baseman for the time being. Through 44 at-bats, Jackson is batting .318 with four extra-base hits, 11 RBI and four runs scored.
