Pena (knee) is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Mariners, Chandler Rome of The Athletic reports.

The 28-year-old shortstop departed Saturday's 8-7 loss due to right posterior knee tightness. According to Matt Kawahara of the Houston Chronicle, manager Joe Espada said Sunday that he didn't have an update available for Pena, who should be considered day-to-day as he continues to be evaluated. Nick Allen will step in at shortstop Sunday for the Astros.

Correa is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Mariners, Brian McTaggart of MLB.com reports.

Though Correa returned from a recent two-game absence due to an illness and proceeded to go 4-for-9 with a double and three runs, manager Joe Espada indicated that the veteran infielder isn't yet 100 percent, per Matt Kawahara of the Houston Chronicle. The expectation is that Correa will be back in the lineup for Monday's series finale.

Donovan (illness) will start at third base and bat leadoff Sunday against the Astros.

Donovan has been out of the lineup since Wednesday due to the illness, though he also made an appearance off the bench in Saturday's 8-7 win, drawing a walk as a pinch hitter. The 29-year-old's Mariners career is off to a scorching start, as he has three home runs and a 1.040 OPS though 46 plate appearances.

Langford (quadriceps) is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Dodgers.

The 24-year-old outfielder departed Friday's contest due to right quadriceps tightness, which was diagnosed as a minor strain that will keep him on the bench Sunday for a second straight game. Ezequiel Duran will pick up another start in left field for the Rangers.

Narvez is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Cardinals.

Narvaez will get a chance to catch his breath after he had started behind the plate in each of the Red Sox's previous three contests. Connor Wong will form a battery with starting pitcher Brayan Bello in the series finale.

Yates (knee) is expected to pitch for High-A Rancho Cucamonga soon, per MLB.com.

It's not clear exactly when Yates will kick off his rehab assignment, but it's the logical next step given that he's recently been throwing to hitters. The veteran reliever may not need much time to get ready for activation from the IL since he's not dealing with an arm issue and was able to appear in four games during spring training. Yates could be headed for a high-leverage role, though Jordan Romano has gone 4-for-4 in converting save chances with a 0.00 ERA and likely has a strong hold on the closer role for the time being.

India is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the White Sox.

India has a .184/.340/.342 slash line through 47 plate appearances this year and finds himself on the bench Sunday for the second time in Kansas City's past three games. Michael Massey is picking up another start at the keystone in the series finale versus Chicago.

Benintendi is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Royals.

Benintendi will hit the bench for the second time in the series, sitting along with Dustin Harris and Tristan Peters against southpaw Noah Cameron. The White Sox will go with Lenyn Sosa as its designated hitter and Tanner Murray, Luisangel Acuna and Derek Hill in the outfield.

Peters is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Royals.

Peters will hit the bench for the second time in the series, sitting along with Dustin Harris and Andrew Benintendi against southpaw Noah Cameron. The White Sox will go with a starting outfield of Tanner Murray, Luisangel Acuna and Derek Hill in the series finale.

Harris is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Royals.

The left-handed hitter will take a seat for the second time in the series against another southpaw in Noah Cameron. Harris has started three straight games against right-handed pitching and could have a hold on a strong-side platoon role until Chicago gets Kyle Teel (hamstring) or Austin Hays (hamstring) back from the injured list. A promotion for top prospect Sam Antonacci could also block Harris' path to regular playing time in left field.
