Moncada went 2-for-4 with a pair of solo home runs in Friday's loss to the Cubs.

The third baseman provided all of Los Angeles' offense, accounting for two of the team's three hits and both runs on the night. The 30-year-old launched a solo shot in the fifth inning before adding another in the seventh, marking his 10th and 11th homers of the year. Moncada has three long balls over his last two contests and the switch hitter is now slashing .239/.330/.478 with 30 RBI and 30 runs scored through 59 games this season.

Anderson didn't factor into the decision against the Cubs on Friday, allowing two runs on three hits and two walks while striking out five over five innings.

The left-hander did well to limit the damage, with his only runs coming on a first-inning solo homer from Kyle Tucker and a sacrifice fly in the third. While Anderson didn't pitch deep into the contest, he kept Los Angeles within striking distance and turned in one of his steadier outings of late. The 35-year-old had struggled over his previous six starts, posting a 6.67 ERA, 1.55 WHIP and 19:15 K:BB across 29.2 innings during that stretch, so Friday's effort represented a modest step in the right direction.

Wilson (forearm) went 1-for-4 with one RBI in Friday's 3-2 loss to the Mariners.

Wilson missed four weeks with a left forearm fracture. He was able to supply his RBI as the Athletics tried to mount a comeback in the ninth inning that ultimately fell short. The 23-year-old is set to resume his role as starting shortstop. He's at a .311/.353/.437 slash line with 10 home runs, 46 RBI, 46 runs scored and five stolen bases over 95 contests, so fantasy managers shouldn't hesitate to activate him.

Rooker went 2-for-3 with a solo home run, a walk and a second run scored in Friday's 3-2 loss to the Mariners.

Rooker was responsible for two of the three baserunners the Athletics put on against Bryan Woo over the first seven innings. Rooker went deep in the first frame for his third homer over his last 12 games, a span in which he's batting .265 (13-for-49). For the season, the slugger is up to a .272/.345/.498 slash line with 26 homers, 74 RBI, 83 runs scored and five stolen bases through 130 contests.

Morales allowed a run on two hits and struck out six without walking a batter over six innings in a no-decision versus the Mariners on Friday.

Morales retired the first 13 batters he faced before Eugenio Suarez hit a solo home run in the fifth inning. Through four appearances (three starts), Morales is looking major-league ready, posting a 1.72 ERA, 1.15 WHIP and 15:8 K:BB over 15.2 innings, with Friday's outing being against his toughest opponent yet. It's not yet clear when he'll start again, but the Athletics are at home versus the Tigers and Rangers in a pair of three-game series next week.

Polanco went 2-for-3 with a solo home run in Friday's 3-2 win over the Athletics.

Polanco snapped a 12-game homerless drought in the seventh inning. During that span, he went 7-for-44 (.159) with one double, three RBI and 15 strikeouts. Polanco has struggled with consistency throughout much of the season with a handful of lengthy slumps on his ledger. He's at a .246/.310/.445 slash line with 19 homers, 55 RBI, 45 runs scored and five stolen bases across 107 contests.

Naylor went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in Friday's 3-2 win over the Athletics.

Naylor delivered a go-ahead solo shot in the seventh inning. Prior to Friday, Naylor had gone just 1-for-19 with six strikeouts over his previous six games, and he hadn't homered since Aug. 10 versus the Rays. The first baseman is up to 16 long balls, 70 RBI, 62 runs scored, 22 stolen bases and a .282/.346/.450 slash line through 118 contests. He's been consistently strong at T-Mobile Park and should benefit from facing a weak pitching staff in this weekend's series versus the Athletics.

Suarez went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in Friday's 3-2 win over the Athletics.

Suarez reached the 40-homer mark for the second time in his career when he went yard in the fifth inning. The third baseman's return to Seattle started off slow, but he's picked up the pace lately, hitting safely in eight of the last nine games. He's 10-for-34 (.294) with three homers in that time, though this was his first home game in that span. Suarez has a .238/.306/.548 slash line with 98 RBI, 74 runs scored, three stolen bases and 23 doubles over 126 games between the Mariners and Diamondbacks this year. He'll need to stay dialed in with his power to take a run at reaching the 50-homer mark for the first time.

Munoz allowed a run on three hits and a walk while striking out two over one inning to earn the save in Friday's 3-2 win over the Athletics.

Munoz gave up three straight one-out singles to bring in a run, and then loaded the bases with a walk. He was able to get the last two outs, but this was far from a pretty effort from the Seattle closer. He's given up two runs on seven hits and six walks while striking out nine over eight innings in August, picking up six saves in his eight appearances. Munoz is at a 1.47 ERA, 1.04 WHIP and 63:24 K:BB through 49 innings this season. He reached the 30-save mark for the first time in his career by closing out Friday's game.

Woo (11-7) allowed one run on one hit and two walks while striking out seven over seven innings to earn the win Friday over the Athletics.

Woo gave up a solo shot to Brent Rooker in the first inning, but that was the extent of the damage. Woo followed that with 6.1 no-hit innings in one of the most dominant starts in an already impressive campaign. The 25-year-old has surrendered just six runs over 26 innings across his four starts in August. Overall, he's at a 2.94 ERA, 0.94 WHIP and 160:30 K:BB through 159 innings over 25 starts. The right-hander is projected for a tough home start versus the Padres next week.
