Woo (11-7) allowed one run on one hit and two walks while striking out seven over seven innings to earn the win Friday over the Athletics.

Woo gave up a solo shot to Brent Rooker in the first inning, but that was the extent of the damage. Woo followed that with 6.1 no-hit innings in one of the most dominant starts in an already impressive campaign. The 25-year-old has surrendered just six runs over 26 innings across his four starts in August. Overall, he's at a 2.94 ERA, 0.94 WHIP and 160:30 K:BB through 159 innings over 25 starts. The right-hander is projected for a tough home start versus the Padres next week.

Urena was designated for assignment by the Twins on Friday, Dan Hayes of The Athletic reports.

Urena was tagged for six runs on seven hits and two walks across five innings in Thursday's loss to the Athletics. On the season, Urena has a 5.00 ERA, 1.47 WHIP and 20:13 K:BB across 36 innings of work with four teams. The Twins booted Urena from the 40-man and 26-man rosters in order to make room for Mick Abel's expected promotion ahead of Saturday's start.

Langford went 2-for-4 with a solo home run, a double and an additional run scored in Friday's 4-3 win over the Guardians.

The second-year outfielder launched a 398-foot solo homer off Slade Cecconi in the sixth inning, his 19th long ball of the season and third in the last six games. Langford later doubled in the ninth and came around as the tying run in the Rangers' comeback effort. Over that six-game stretch, Langford has gone 8-for-21 (.381) with nine runs scored and four multi-hit performances.

Cecconi didn't factor into the decision against the Rangers on Friday, allowing two runs on four hits while striking out three over six innings. He did not issue a walk.

Both runs Cecconi surrendered came via the long ball, as Rowdy Tellez took him deep in the fifth inning and Wyatt Langford followed with a solo shot in the sixth. Home runs have been a consistent issue for Cecconi, who has now surrendered 19 homers across 96 innings this season. Despite the flaw, the right-hander has provided steady innings for Cleveland, and will carry a 4.41 ERA, 1.28 WHIP and 79:26 K:BB into his next scheduled outing against the Rays.

Eovaldi didn't factor into the decision against the Guardians on Friday, allowing one run on four hits while striking out nine over seven innings.

The right-hander's lone blemish came on a second-inning RBI double by C.J. Kayfus, but he was otherwise dominant, tying his season high with nine punchouts. Eovaldi has now gone at least seven innings in five of his last seven outings, posting a 1.93 ERA and a stellar 43:8 K:BB across 46.2 innings during that stretch. The 35-year-old will carry this strong form into his next scheduled start against the Angels.

X-rays on Mayo's right hand came back negative after he was hit by a pitch in Friday's loss to the Astros, Matt Weyrich of The Baltimore Sun reports.

Mayo took a 97-mph fastball from Bryan Abreu off his right hand in the bottom of the ninth inning. Consider him day-to-day headed into Saturday's matchup with Houston.

Greene went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run and a walk in Friday's 7-5 win over the Royals.

Greene tied the game with a 435-foot blast in the sixth inning. The 24-year-old has homered three times over his past eight games, though he's just 4-for-25 during that stretch and hitting .198 since the All-Star break. For the year, he's slashing .263/.318/.508 with 30 long balls, 67 runs scored and one steal while ranking fifth in the majors with 94 RBI across 525 plate appearances.

Pasquantino went 2-for-5 with a two-run home run in Friday's 7-5 loss to the Tigers.

Pasquantino extended his home-run streak to five games with a two-run blast off Will Vest in the ninth. It was the first baseman's seventh homer in 10 contests, and he's now racked up 13 extra-base hits and 24 RBI so far in August. For the season, he's slashing .263/.324/.475 with 27 homers, 89 RBI, 54 runs scored and a steal in what's shaping up to be a career year.

Bliss (biceps) could begin a rehab assignment as early as next week, Zac Hereth of SeattleSports.com reports.

The Mariners plan for Bliss to get 40-to-50 at-bats in the minors before activating him from the 60-day injured list. The 25-year-old second baseman appears to be ahead of schedule in his recovery from a left biceps tear that's kept him on the shelf since early April, and a return at some point in mid-September isn't out of the question. Once he's cleared to rejoin Seattle, the righty-hitting Bliss figures to work on the short side of a platoon with the lefty-hitting Cole Young at the keystone.

McKinstry went 3-for-4 with a solo home run, a triple and an additional run scored in Friday's 7-5 win over the Royals.

McKinstry came a double shy of the cycle. It was a much-needed effort from the 30-year-old, who entered Friday mired in a 5-for-32 slump since his last homer Aug. 6. For the season, he's slashing .265/.340/.455 with 11 home runs, 41 RBI, 58 runs scored and 19 steals across 424 plate appearances.
