Hatch is slated to start Sunday's game against the Tigers at Target Field, Evan Woodbery of MLive.com reports.

Minnesota will have a couple of holes in its rotation until Simeon Woods Richardson (illness) and Pablo Lopez (shoulder) return from the injured list, and Hatch will fill one of those vacancies Sunday. The right-hander should be able to provide the Twins with some length after making two 4.1-inning bulk-relief appearances since Aug. 6. Between his stops with the Twins and Royals this season, Hatch owns a 5.59 ERA, 1.76 WHIP and 6:8 K:BB in 9.2 innings over three outings.

Isbel is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the White Sox.

Isbel will get a breather after starting the last three contests and going 2-for-8 with a pair of walks. John Rave will replace Isbel in center field and bat eighth Sunday.

Stanton (soreness) is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Cardinals but said he's available to pinch hit off the bench, Greg Joyce of the New York Post reports.

The veteran slugger is sitting for a third straight game after making four starts in the right field over a five-game stretch, which marked the first time that he had played the field since 2023. Stanton is apparently dealing with some soreness, though both he and manager Aaron Boone declined to offer any specifics. The Yankees have a team day off Monday before Tuesday's game in Tampa Bay, and it remains to be seen if he'll be cleared to return to the outfield for that two-game series. Since returning from the injured list in early August, Aaron Judge has been limited to serving as the designated hitter after receiving an elbow injection, and the reigning MVP has understandably been prioritized at the DH spot over Stanton.

Pasquantino (illness) will start at designated hitter and bat third in Sunday's game against the White Sox.

After striking out during his first-inning at-bat in Saturday's 6-2 win, Pasquantino was pulled from the contest due to a heat-related illness. The 27-year-old appears to have responded well after getting rehydrated and resting up, prompting the Royals to clear him to re-enter the lineup for the series finale.

Taylor is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Royals.

After collecting four straight starts from Aug. 6 through 9, Taylor has now been included in the lineup just twice in the White Sox's last seven games. The recent returns of Chase Meidroth and Miguel Vargas from the injured list have pushed Brooks Baldwin to the outfield, leaving fewer opportunities for Taylor.

Mead is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Royals.

After bouncing between the corner infield spots over nine straight games and going 9-for-31 (.290) with one stolen base, five RBI and two runs, Mead will get a second straight contest off. The White Sox will go with Lenyn Sosa at first base and Miguel Vargas at the hot corner as they look to avoid a series sweep.

Robert is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Royals.

In what appears to be a rest day, Robert will hit the bench for the first time since July 26, breaking a streak of 18 consecutive starts. Brooks Baldwin will spell Robert in center field and bat ninth.

Bellinger (illness) is starting in right field and batting cleanup Sunday against the Cardinals.

Bellinger was held out of Saturday's lineup due to an illness but is ready to go for the series finale in St. Louis. The 30-year-old has yet to get on track at the plate through 13 games in August with a .140/.218/.260 slash line and two homers in 50 at-bats.

Arias is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against Atlanta.

Arias will get a breather after starting 16 straight contests and slashing .214/.258/.375 with two home runs, two stolen bases, 13 RBI and five runs. Brayan Rocchio will slide over from his usual spot at second base to cover shortstop.

Santana is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against Atlanta.

Santana went 1-for-5 with a pair of walks while starting the first two contests of the series, but he'll retreat to the bench for the series finale. The 39-year-old looks to be fading into a part-time role, as he's now been out of the lineup five times in the Guardians' last eight games.
