Harris recorded a save Sunday against the Astros, striking out two in a perfect ninth inning.

Harris entered the ninth inning with a one-run lead and retired Houston in order, including a pair of strikeouts, to secure his 13th save of the campaign. The left-hander has racked up five saves and 13 strikeouts over his last 10 innings, though he's also blown two save opportunities and allowed eight runs (seven earned) during that span. Harris now owns a 3.65 ERA, 1.52 WHIP and 75:35 K:BB across 56.2 innings this season.

Javier did not factor into the decision Sunday against the Athletics, allowing three runs on four hits and two walks while striking out a season-high eight over four innings.

Javier generated an impressive 21 whiffs while throwing 56 of his 90 pitches for strikes and set a season high by punching out eight. He kept the Athletics scoreless through four innings, but when he returned for the fifth, the right-hander allowed a leadoff single and a walk before Brian Serven launched a three-run homer that chased him from the game. Javier has not seen much improvement since returning to the rotation, posting a 5.68 ERA with a 0-3 record across four starts. He owns an inflated 6.47 ERA, 1.66 WHIP and 38:19 K:BB across 40.1 innings this season and is slated to face the Mets on the road Saturday.

Robles went 1-for-3 with a run scored, a walk and two steals in Sunday's loss against the Cubs.

Robles was active on the bases in the second inning, swiping second base before stealing third and scoring on a throwing error on the play. Sunday marked the outfielder's second multi-steal effort of the season, with the other instance coming June 28 against the Guardians. In 145 plate appearances this year, Robles is hitting .262/.322/.315 with no homers, nine RBI, 14 runs and 10 stolen bases.

Perkins (3-9) earned the win Sunday against the Astros, allowing three runs (one earned) while walking five and striking out six over five innings of relief.

The right-hander entered after opener Brady Basso worked the first frame and allowed three runs. Perkins struggled badly with his command in the second inning, issuing four walks -- matching his season high for an entire appearance -- including three straight that forced home a run without a ball being put in play. He settled down from there, with his only other damage coming on Isaac Paredes' two-run homer in the fourth after an error extended the inning. The victory was Perkins' first since April 18 after he lost nine consecutive decisions. He's posted a 7.55 ERA since the beginning of July, including four starts with five or more earned runs. Perkins is scheduled to face Baltimore at home next, whether that comes behind an opener again or in a traditional starting role.

Arozarena went 1-for-4 with a solo home run and a walk in Sunday's 19-2 loss to the Cubs.

After crushing a walk-off two-run homer Saturday, Arozarena opened the scoring with a leadoff long ball in the bottom of the first inning Sunday. The left fielder has now tallied 20 homers and 20 stolen bases through 123 games in 2026, marking his sixth straight 20-20 campaign. While the Mariners have struggled and are fighting for a spot in the postseason, Arozarena has done his part offensively in August, slashing .250/.341/.563 with seven homers, 10 RBI and 16 runs across 20 contests this month.

Bautista (shoulder) recorded one out in a rehab outing for Double-A Chesapeake on Sunday, allowing three runs on one hit and three walks.

Bautista made his first appearance since July of last year, and he certainly appeared to have some rust to knock off. Provided he bounces back well from Sunday's outing physically, the plan is for the hard-throwing right-hander's rehab to next move to Triple-A Norfolk. Bautista, who's working his way back from shoulder surgery, is likely to need several more rehab appearances before the Orioles consider reinstating him from the injured list.

Woo (shoulder) completed a successful bullpen session Sunday, Daniel Kramer of MLB.com reports.

Woo last pitched Aug. 16 against the Astros, exiting that contest after having tossed six innings of two-run ball while throwing 75 total pitches. The right-hander was lifted due to right shoulder soreness, and his next turn in the rotation was skipped. Woo came out of Sunday's bullpen session feeling optimistic about the shoulder, and he outlined that he doesn't think that his season is in jeopardy, but he still wants to be cautious. Woo is currently occupying a spot on the 26-man active roster, and if he can't pitch in the near future, he will need to be placed on the injured list. The Mariners are expected to make a decision on the 26-year-old's status the team's series opener against the Phillies on Monday.

Jax (elbow) struck out two and allowed three runs on three hits and two walks over three innings Sunday in a rehab start for Triple-A Durham.

The right-hander has been on the shelf since Aug. 9 due to right elbow discomfort, but he moved one step closer to rejoining the big club now that he's got a rehab start under his belt. He tossed 42 pitches Sunday, and while he isn't fully stretched out for a typical starter's workload, the Rays could still elect to have him make his next appearance in the big leagues. Whenever Jax is reinstated, the Rays will have to decide whether to shift Ian Seymour back to the bullpen or move forward with a six-man rotation.

Flaherty (forearm) threw a bullpen session Sunday in Kansas City, MLB.com reports.

The Tigers reportedly came away encouraged by how Flaherty looked during his first time getting back on a mound since he landed on the injured list July 21 due to right forearm flexor inflammation. Flaherty is expected to throw another side session within the next few days before he potentially moves on to facing hitters in live batting practice.

Miller (4-8) took the loss Sunday, allowing six runs on two hits and seven walks over 4.1 innings against the Cubs. He struck out five.

Miller endured a disastrous third inning, surrendering a pair of homers as part of a five-run frame for the Cubs. His seven walks marked a career high, surpassing his previous worst of five free passes in April 2025. The right-hander has struggled mightily of late, allowing 20 earned runs across 20 innings in four August starts. With an overall 4.12 ERA, 1.09 WHIP and 92:25 K:BB in 94 innings (17 appearances), Miller will look to get back on track next time out, tentatively scheduled for Sunday against the Blue Jays.
