Moncada will require surgery on his right knee, Francys Romero of BeisbolFR.com reports.

Moncada was shifted to the 60-day injured list earlier Monday, and those his injury had previously been described as knee inflammation, the limited progress he's made since suffering the injury in late May looks to have prompted him to opt for surgery. While a specific timetable is unclear, the expectation is that Moncada will be able to return at some point after the All-Star break.

Englert was expected to work in a bulk-relief role during Monday's 3-1 win over the Red Sox, but he ended up going unused after opener Ian Seymour pitched the first four innings and five other relievers finished out the contest, Adam Berry of MLB.com reports.

After being called up from Triple-A Durham last Wednesday, Englert proceeded to cover five innings of long relief behind starter Nick Martinez in the Rays' loss to the Tigers later that day. With the Rays announcing over the weekend that Steven Matz would be moved to the bullpen, Englert looked like a logical candidate to fill the open spot in the rotation. Instead, Seymour now looks like he could wind up getting stretched out for the vacated starting role, as he permitted just one hit and one walk while striking out five across 55 pitches Monday. Englert has underwhelmed over his 11 appearances (one start) with Tampa Bay this season, logging a 4.71 ERA, 1.43 WHIP and 16:4 K:BB across 21 frames.

Gibson (1-1) took the loss Monday against the Rays, allowing three runs on five hits and one walk in 4.2 innings. He failed to record a strikeout.

Filling in for the injured Chris Bassitt (back), Gibson wasn't very effective in a spot start Monday. The rookie right-hander did make it through four scoreless innings initially, but the Mariners tagged him for three runs in the fifth frame. Gibson has looked overmatched at times in the major leagues, posting a 4.24 ERA, 1.53 WHIP and an alarming 5:8 K:BB over 17 innings, so he'll be tough to trust as a streaming option in his next scheduled start versus the Padres.

Baker secured the save Monday against the Red Sox, allowing no runs on one hit and no walks in the ninth inning. He struck out one.

Baker did let the potential tying run get to the plate, but he was able to hold on for the save. The 31-year-old right-hander has established a strong grip as Tampa Bay's closer, successfully converting six save opportunities in a row. Through 26.1 frames, Baker has a 2.05 ERA, 1.03 WHIP and 30:11 K:BB while converting 17 of his 20 save chances.

Early (5-4) took the loss Monday against the Rays, allowing two runs on five hits and four walks in 4.2 innings. He struck out six.

Early struggled with his control Monday, matching a season worst in walks allowed while tossing only 54 of his 96 pitches for strikes. On a more positive note, however, the 24-year-old right-hander did extend his streak of starts with at least five strikeouts to six. Early will carry a strong 3.30 ERA, 1.23 WHIP and 69:27 K:BB over 71 innings into his next scheduled outing at home versus the Rangers.

Seymour took a no-decision Monday against the Red Sox, allowing one run on one hit and one walk in four innings. He struck out five.

With Steven Matz recently moving to the bullpen, Seymour fared very well in his second start of the season Monday. The 27-year-old southpaw, who poured in 37 of his 55 pitches for strikes, turned in his longest outing of the year and fanned a season-high five, which could earn him another look in the rotation over the weekend against the Angels. Through 35 innings, Seymour has a 4.89 ERA, 1.26 WHIP and 38:16 K:BB.

The Twins acquired Rashi from the Diamondbacks on Monday in exchange for cash considerations, Nick Piecoro of The Arizona Republic reports.

Rashi was booted from Arizona's 40-man roster Friday, and he'll now receive a fresh start in Minnesota. The right-hander has made three relief appearances in the big leagues so far this season, allowing four runs on three hits and one walk while striking out four over 3.2 innings. The Twins announced that Rashi has been added to the 40-man roster and will report to Triple-A St. Paul, per Dan Hayes of The Athletic.

Nett (undisclosed) was activated from the 7-day injured list May 30.

Nett has recovered from an undisclosed injury and has pitched in two games since being activated. He cruised in his May 30 outing against Triple-A Tacoma, tossing three scoreless frames while giving up one hit and two walks and striking out two. However, Nett was knocked around in his most recent appearance Saturday, surrendering five runs on four hits and four walks while striking out one over two-thirds of an inning.

McGraw (elbow) struck out a batter and allowed one hit and one walk over one inning in his debut Friday for Double-A Arkansas after being assigned to the affiliate Thursday following his activation from High-A Everett's 7-day injured list.

After opening the season on the shelf while recovering from an elbow issue, McGraw looked sharp during his rehab assignment, yielding just one run on eight hits and two walks while striking out five batters across eight innings over six appearances between the rookie-level Arizona Complex League and Single-A Inland Empire. The right-hander worked as a starter at Everett last season, but he'll bypass a return to High-A and looks set to continue his development out of the bullpen at Double-A.

De Vries (finger) went 0-for-4 with one walk and one run scored during Sunday's 9-6 loss to Double-A Northwest Arkansas.

De Vries missed a few days of action at the end of May after picking up a bone bruise on his right ring finger, but he managed to avoid a trip to the injured list. He returned to the field May 29 and is batting .276 with three RBI, two stolen bags and six runs scored in eight games since suffering the finger injury.
