Jansen went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Friday's 5-4 win over the Tigers.

The home run was the second of the season for Jansen, who has logged one RBI in his last two starts. Outside of hot five-game stretch to open the season and these last two games, the catcher hasn't offered much offense, going 7-for-43 (.163) with zero RBI and two runs scored over the other 15 contests.

Wells isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against Baltimore.

Wells will grab a seat on the bench Saturday after going 1-for-4 with a run scored during a win in Friday's series opener. J.C. Escarra will fill in at catcher and bat seventh.

Dominguez (elbow) will serve as the Yankees' designated hitter and bat sixth Saturday against the Orioles.

Dominguez missed the Yankees' series opener Friday after getting hit by a pitch on his left elbow Wednesday. He's now been cleared to return to the starting nine following a few days of rest and will aim to turn things around after going 1-for-9 at the plate through his first three major-league contests this season.

Buxton went 2-for-4 with a two-run homer and a walk in Friday's 7-3 loss to the Twins.

Buxton is swinging one of the hottest bats in the majors, as he's on a six-game hitting streak with multiple hits in three of those contests and a homer in four of his last five. Over his last 17 games, Buxton is 24-for-77 (.312) with nine homers, 12 RBI, 16 runs scored, one stolen base and four walks. Buxton is now slashing .260/.317/.528 with nine long balls, 13 RBI, 24 runs scored, one stolen base and a 9:36 BB:K across 139 plate appearances this season. Buxton is in the 94th percentile with his 18.5 percent barrel rate.

Woods Richardson (0-5) took the loss Friday against the Blue Jays, allowing six runs (four earned) on nine hits and one walk with two strikeouts across 4.2 innings.

Woods Richardson has now been hammered for 25 runs (22 earned) across 23 innings over his last five starts. Armed with mediocre stuff and a second percentile strikeout rate, Woods Richardson doesn't have the arsenal to consistently miss big-league bats. It's fair to wonder how long Minnesota will keep trotting out the right-hander for starts. He leads the majors with five losses and owns a 6.49 ERA, 1.76 WHIP and 17:14 K:BB across 34.2 innings.

Naylor went 2-for-5 with a double, an RBI and two runs scored in Friday's 8-5 win over the Athletics.

Naylor, who entered Friday's game on a 1-for-23 slide over the previous eight contests, snapped an 0-for-12 stretch with a second-inning single, and he also doubled home a run in the seventh. It was just the second multi-hit effort of the season for the catcher. Naylor is slashing .137/.192/.397 with three extra-base hits, four RBI and three runs scored over 78 plate appearances.

Pinango went 3-for-4 with two RBI in Friday's 7-3 win over the Twins.

The rookie outfielder made his fourth start since being called up last week and is now 5-for-10 at the plate with three RBI and one walk. He's still searching for his first extra-base hit but should continue to see regular playing time against right-handed pitching while Addison Barger (ankle) and Nathan Lukes (hamstring) remain on the injured list.

Sosa went 3-for-4 with a double and two runs scored in Friday's 7-3 win over the Twins.

It was Sosa's first multi-hit game since he joined the Blue Jays via trade from the White Sox on April 13. Across 34 trips to the plate with Toronto, Sosa has a .281/.273/.375 slash line with three doubles, four RBI, four runs scored and a 0:6 BB:K. He's serving as the team's utility infielder.

Okamoto went 2-for-4 with two home runs, three RBI, one walk and three runs scored in Friday's 7-3 win over the Twins.

It was Okamoto's first career multi-homer game, as he took Simeon Woods Richardson deep for a solo shot in the fourth inning and a two-run blast in the fifth. Okamoto now has seven long balls on the season to go with a .228/.313/.430 slash line, 18 RBI, 15 runs scored and a 14:38 BB:K across 128 plate appearances. He's striking out close to 30 percent of the time but has promising 43.4 percent flyball and 42.1 percent hard-hit rates. Okamoto is in the 90th percentile with a 92.8 mph average exit velocity.

The Twins recalled Klein from Triple-A St. Paul on Saturday, Aaron Gleeman of The Athletic reports.

Klein has made seven appearances (six starts) at St. Paul this season, posting a 7.48 ERA and 1.32 WHIP alongside a 24:6 K:BB through 21.2 innings. Although his numbers aren't exactly impressive, the Twins will call upon him to fill the open spot in their bullpen left by Cole Sands' (forearm) move to the injured list Saturday.
