Borucki earned a hold with a scoreless inning in Tuesday's 3-1 win over the Dodgers, allowing one hit while striking out one.

Borucki entered in the sixth inning and surrendered a double to the second batter he faced but escaped the frame on just 10 pitches, eight of which were strikes. The left-hander has turned in three straight scoreless outings following a three-game stretch in which he allowed four runs over three innings. He now owns a 5.87 ERA, 1.57 WHIP and 8:2 K:BB across 7.2 innings in nine appearances this season.

Gage picked up a hold with a scoreless two-thirds of an inning in Tuesday's 3-1 win over the Dodgers, issuing one walk. He did not record a strikeout.

Gage recorded the first two outs of the seventh inning before allowing a walk and being pulled. He threw seven of his 14 pitches for strikes and earned his third hold of the season. The 33-year-old southpaw now owns a 1.80 ERA, 1.00 WHIP and 7:5 K:BB across 10 innings in 11 outings.

Priester (wrist) will begin a rehab assignment at Triple-A Nashville on Wednesday, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports.

Priester has been on the shelf all season while recovering from symptoms of thoracic outlet syndrome in his right wrist, but he's made enough progress with his throwing program to advance to final stage of the rehab process. According to Sophia Minnaert of Brewers.tv, manager Pat Murphy said that Priester is scheduled to cover three innings or 45-to-50 pitches Wednesday and will require at least two starts in the minors before returning from the 15-day injured list, potentially in early May. As the Milwaukee rotation currently stands now, Brandon Sproat (6.88 ERA, 1.71 WHIP in 17 innings) would likely be most at risk of losing his spot once Priester is activated.

Hinds is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Rays.

Though he appears to have overtaken Will Benson as the Reds' primary right fielder, Hinds will hit the bench Wednesday after four straight starts. Since being called up from Triple-A Louisville on April 14, Hinds has slashed .125/.185/.208 with five RBI and two runs in seven games.

Stephenson is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Rays.

Stephenson had started behind the plate in each of the Reds' last five games, so he'll get some rest Wednesday while Cincinnati closes out its series with a day game after a night game. P.J. Higgins will handle catching duties for the Reds.

Hayes is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Rays.

Hayes will hit the bench after going 2-for-12 with a solo home run, two walks and an additional run while starting in the Reds' last four games. Eugenio Suarez will replace Hayes at third base in the series finale.

Pauley is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Cardinals.

The left-handed-hitting Pauley often sits versus southpaws, but he'll be heading to the bench Wednesday while right-hander Kyle Leahy starts for the Cardinals. Though Javier Sanoja will fill in at third base in the series finale, Pauley could face a greater threat from Connor Norby for reps at the hot corner once Christopher Morel (oblique) returns from the injured list. Morel had been in line to serve as the Marlins' primary first baseman before straining his oblique prior to Opening Day, but Norby has been handling those duties through the first four weeks of the season and has produced a .738 OPS. Pauley, meanwhile, has struggled to a .492 OPS and has struck out at a 27.3 percent clip over 55 plate appearances.

Norby is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Cardinals.

Liam Hicks will fill in at first base for Norby, who will receive a rest for the matinee game after starting in each of the Marlins' previous 11 contests while slashing .282/.326/.436 with one home run, five RBI and three runs. Christopher Morel (oblique) could soon return from the injured list and unseat Norby as the Marlins' primary first baseman, though Norby might still have a path to receiving steady reps at either third base or designated hitter.

Stowers is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Cardinals.

Stowers missed the first three weeks of the season due to a right hamstring strain before coming off the injured list Sunday and starting in each of the Marlins' subsequent three games while going 3-for-10 with a double, two walks and two runs. The 28-year-old hasn't suffered any reported setbacks since returning, so his absence Wednesday looks to be the result of him getting rest for a day game after a night game.

Marsee went 3-for-4 with a solo home run in Tuesday's 5-3 loss to the Cardinals.

The center fielder launched his first homer of the season, taking Dustin May deep to lead off the bottom of the first inning, but it was the only extra-base hit Miami batters managed to produce all night. Marsee has struggled to find much consistency to begin the year but he may be heating up, slashing .242/.390/.394 over the last nine games with two steals, two RBI, seven runs and a 7:6 BB:K.
