Ramos went 1-for-5 with a two-run home run in Monday's 11-5 win over the Diamondbacks.

Ramos put the finishing touches on the Giants' five-run sixth inning with his homer. The outfielder has hit safely in nine of his last 11 games, going 16-for-48 (.333) with two homers and six RBI in that span. For the season, he's at a .266/.338/.405 slash line with 17 homers, 61 RBI, 75 runs scored and six stolen bases over 139 contests. Ramos' power is down from last year's 22-homer effort over 121 games, but the rest of his production is fairly steady in comparison.

Ritter exited Monday's game against the Dodgers due to an undisclosed injury, Kevin Henry of The Denver Gazette reports.

Ritter swatted a leadoff double in the top of the ninth inning to break up a combined no-hit bid by Los Angeles, but he needed help off the field shortly after, appearing to injure himself diving back into second base. The severity of his injury is unknown at this time.

Chapman went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and a second run scored in Monday's 11-5 win over the Diamondbacks.

Chapman has gone 9-for-18 with three homers and six RBI over his last five games since he was ejected from last Tuesday's game in Colorado. He still has an active appeal for a one-game suspension from that contest, though it's possible he could drop the appeal to sit out a game when he's next due for rest. The third baseman is up to 21 homers, 56 RBI, 66 runs scored, nine stolen bases and a .241/.351/.457 slash line through 111 games this season.

Albies went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Monday's 4-1 win over the Cubs.

Albies continued his red-hot stretch, blasting his third homer already in the month of September. The second baseman had a .616 OPS as of Aug. 13, but it appears that he was saving his best for last as the season nears a close. Across his last 24 outings, Albies is hitting .337 with 14 extra-base hits, 21 RBI, 18 runs scored and three stolen bases to raise his OPS to .682 for the campaign.

Lee went 3-for-4 with a two-run home run and a second run scored in Monday's 11-5 win over the Diamondbacks.

Lee had the first of the Giants' five homers in this game, going deep in the second inning. He's continued to have a hot bat in September, logging four multi-hit efforts over six games this month, though the homer was his first since Aug. 19 versus the Padres. The outfielder is up to a .271/.332/.420 slash line with eight long balls, 51 RBI, 68 runs scored, 30 doubles, 11 triples and 10 stolen bases over 135 contests.

Webb (14-9) allowed four runs (one earned) on five hits and two walks while striking out seven over six innings to earn the win over the Diamondbacks on Monday.

The Giants fell behind early after an error led to three runners eventually crossing the plate in the second inning. Webb was steady enough to overcome that, and the Giants' offense took over in the sixth to help him secure his fourth win in his last five starts. He's allowed a total of 10 runs (seven earned) with a 33:6 K:BB across 31 innings in that span. Overall, Webb has a 3.12 ERA, 1.22 WHIP and a career-high 201 strikeouts through 184.2 innings over 30 starts this season. The 28-year-old's next start is projected to be at home versus the Dodgers this weekend as he attempts to tie his career high of 15 wins.

Iglesias picked up the save in Monday's 4-1 win over the Cubs, striking out one in a clean ninth inning.

Iglesias submitted his 25th save of the year in his fifth consecutive scoreless outing. The veteran right-hander has rewarded patient fantasy managers while experiencing quite the turnaround from an awful start to the season, which saw him post a 6.75 ERA as of June 5. Iglesias has a 1.51 ERA, 0.64 WHIP and 39:6 K:BB over his last 37 appearances to boost his ERA to 3.62 for the campaign.

Olson went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Monday's 4-1 win over the Cubs.

Olson swatted his 23rd homer of the season and his second of the month of September. Since the start of August, the All-Star first baseman is batting .307 with 16 extra-base hits, 12 RBI, 21 runs scored and one stolen base over 36 games. Olson has also hit safely in 11 of his last 13 outings.

Quintana (11-6) took the loss Monday against Texas, allowing five runs on four hits and two walks in 6.2 innings. He struck out four.

Most of the damage was done courtesy of a Michael Helman grand slam in the fifth inning, though it was still Quintana's longest outing of the season. The veteran southpaw has lasted at least five innings in 13 of his last 14 starts. Quintana has put together a respectable 3.88 ERA, 1.28 WHIP and 87:48 K:BB across 127.2 innings, and he's next scheduled to take the mound at home against the Cardinals over the weekend.

Patrick will be recalled from Triple-A Nashville to start Tuesday's game against the Rangers in Arlington, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports.

Patrick is no stranger to starting in the big leagues this season, and he's posted a 3.10 ERA and 1.18 WHIP with 21 strikeouts over his last four outings with the Brewers dating back to June 29. The right-hander appears to be in line for a spot start during a busy period in the schedule for the Brewers, so Patrick may not be guaranteed any turns through the rotation after Tuesday.
