Littell (7-7) took the loss against the Athletics on Saturday, allowing eight runs on eight hits and four walks while striking out four batters over six innings.

Littell's outing began ominously when Jacob Wilson led off the bottom of the first inning with a home run. That was one of five runs given up by the righty hurler in the first frame, so he probably deserves some kudos for ultimately making it through six innings. Nonetheless, Littell tied a season-worst mark with the eight runs he allowed, pushing his ERA up to an ugly 5.34 on the campaign. He had been showing some improvement with a 2.84 ERA and 16:3 K:BB across his final four starts before the All-Star break, but he's been very streaky this year -- in fact, the other three times he gave up eight runs came in consecutive outings in April.

Jones (2-1) picked up the win in the first game of Saturday's doubleheader against the Guardians, allowing one run on three hits and one walk over five innings. He struck out nine.

The right-hander set a season high in strikeouts in his ninth start since returning from Tommy John surgery in late May, tossing 48 of 74 pitches for strikes. Jones' workload is still being monitored by the Pirates -- he's topped 80 pitches just once so far in 2026 -- and he's lasted five frames only three times, but he's delivered a 4.05 ERA, 1.10 WHIP and 48:12 K:BB over 40 innings. Jones will look to build on this result in his next outing, which lines up to come at home next weekend against the Cubs.

Webb took a no-decision after tossing 6.2 innings against Seattle on Saturday, giving up three runs on two hits and one walk while striking out five batters.

Webb was fantastic for six frames, allowing only two baserunners (on a single and a hit-by-pitch). However, the Mariners finally got to him in the seventh, capitalizing on another hit batsman and a walk when Cole Young tied the game with a three-run homer. While Webb still finished with a quality start, that long ball really soured his outing and kept him from notching his first win of July. The veteran right-hander is tentatively scheduled to make his next start at home against the Angels.

The Pirates signed Fletcher to a minor-league contract Friday.

Fletcher opted out of his minor-league pact with Pittsburgh earlier this month and tested the open market, only to return to the Pirates organization a little over two weeks later. In 42 games with Triple-A Indianapolis this season, Fletcher has slashed .288/.379/.511 with eight home runs and two stolen bases across 162 plate appearances.

Bohm went 2-for-5 with an RBI in Saturday's 6-1 win over the Mets.

Despite Saturday's productive showing, Bohm has still struggled overall in what's arguably been a career-worst season so far. The multi-hit game was his first since July 4 in Kansas City, and the RBI was his first since July 6. Through 383 trips to the plate to this point, the third baseman is slashing a miserable .216/.277/.351 with 11 home runs, 14 doubles, 48 RBI and 31 runs scored.

Chourio went 1-for-3 with two runs scored, two RBI, two walks and two stolen bases in Saturday's 8-6 win over the Marlins.

Chourio swiped multiple bags Saturday for the second time in his past four outings. The 22-year-old outfielder is experiencing a bit of a power outage, last homering during the July 4 loss in Arizona, but he's maintaining strong numbers all around for the year. Through 293 plate appearances, Chourio is slashing .279/.334/.487 with 13 homers, 39 RBI, 10 steals and 47 runs scored.

Megill secured the save Saturday against Miami, throwing a clean ninth inning. He struck out one.

Craig Yoho opened the ninth inning but served up a three-run home run, creating a save situation and forcing Milwaukee to turn to its closer. Megill quickly extinguished the fire, extending his scoreless streak to 15 innings and successfully converting his seventh straight save opportunity. The hard-throwing right-hander has a 2.84 ERA, 0.95 WHIP and 48:10 K:BB over 38 innings with 15 saves in 17 chances.

Drohan (5-3) notched the win Saturday against Miami, allowing three runs on five hits and one walk in six innings. He struck out nine.

Other than enduring a three-run second inning by the Marlins, Drohan fared quite well once again Saturday. The 27-year-old left-hander established a career high in strikeouts, notably punching out the side in the fifth frame, and he also submitted his third straight quality start. Drohan is set to take a strong 3.20 ERA, 1.18 WHIP and 76:21 K:BB over 76 innings into a favorable home matchup against the lowly Rockies.

Meyer took a no-decision Saturday against Milwaukee, allowing two runs on three hits and three walks in three innings. He struck out five.

Meyer labored Saturday, needing 74 pitches to complete three frames in his shortest outing of the campaign. The Marlins opted to give the 27-year-old extra rest ahead of the All-Star break and skip his final turn through the rotation of the first half, and Meyer showed signs of rust in the aftermath. The right-hander should revert to more typical rest ahead of his next appearance against the Padres, still holding a strong 2.68 ERA, 1.14 WHIP and 121:41 K:BB over a career-high 111 innings.

Murphy took a no-decision Saturday against Texas, allowing three runs (two earned) on five hits and two walks in 2.2 innings. He struck out two.

Making his first career big-league start following a pair of relief appearances, Murphy struggled to contain the Rangers on Saturday. A fielding error by Mauricio Dubon kept an earned run off Murphy's line in the third inning, but the rookie right-hander failed to throw a clean frame. If Martin Perez (forearm) isn't ready to rejoin Atlanta's rotation, Murphy could get another chance as a starter next week against the Padres.
