Ohtani is set to get his left knee drained shortly after the Dodgers' contest Sunday, Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic reports.

Ohtani will get his problematic left knee addressed as soon as possible ahead of the All-Star break in order to maximize his healing time. The two-way star is skipping the Midsummer Classic this year in order to get extra rest, as he's been dealing with inflammation in his knee since mid-June. Though the issue resulted in him missing his most recent start as a pitcher, he's expected to retake his regular spot in the rotation following the break. Ohtani doesn't seem to be impacted much by the knee as a hitter, as he went 2-for-4 with a solo home run, a double and an additional run Sunday and closed the first half with a home run in four of his final six contests.

Bratt did not factor into the decision Sunday, allowing three runs on three hits and three walks over three innings against the Dodgers. He did not record a strikeout.

Bratt was greeted by a Shohei Ohtani leadoff homer in the first inning before surrendering two more runs on a Tommy Edman single in the third frame. The rookie southpaw was lifted after throwing 58 pitches, only 29 of which were strikes, as he struggled to find the strike zone consistently. Through his first two big-league appearances, Bratt has allowed four runs on five hits with a 3:5 K:BB across six innings. It remains to be seen whether the 23-year-old will receive an extended opportunity in the starting rotation after the All-Star break with Zac Gallen (elbow) on the injured list.

DeLauter went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in Sunday's 5-2 win over the Marlins.

DeLauter provided Cleveland with an insurance run in the ninth inning, taking Pete Fairbanks deep for his 11th home run of the season. The outfielder has caught fire since returning from the injured list June 28, batting .339 with seven multi-hit performances across 14 games. DeLauter has homered four times over his last seven contests to close out the first half of the season.

Adames went 3-for-4 with an RBI in Sunday's win over Colorado.

Adames led all players in Sunday's contest with three hits, with his RBI single in the eighth inning extending San Francisco's lead to 3-1. It marked the shortstop's first three-hit effort since May 31 and his fifth game with at least three knocks this season. The 30-year-old will head into the All-Star break slashing .230/.281/.420 with 15 homers, 37 RBI, 45 runs and two stolen bases across 91 games.

McCarthy went 1-for-3 with a home run, a stolen base and a walk in Sunday's loss to San Francisco.

McCarthy provided Colorado's lone run with a thrilling inside-the-park homer to open the first inning. After drawing a walk in the eighth inning, the speedy outfielder stole second base for his 15th swipe of the season. The 28-year-old is hitting .311/.392/.667 with four homers, 16 RBI, eight runs and two stolen bases through 12 games in July. McCarthy has enjoyed a breakout campaign in 2026, slashing .301/.347/.516 with 10 homers, 53 RBI, 39 runs and 15 stolen bases across 83 appearances.

Lorenzen did not factor into the decision Sunday, allowing one run on five hits and three walks over five innings against the Giants. He struck out one.

Lorenzen allowed plenty of traffic and generated just two whiffs, but the veteran hurler limited the damage to one run across five innings. The right-hander has shown some improvement of late, posting a 3.22 ERA, 1.40 WHIP and 25:16 K:BB across 36.1 innings over his past seven starts. Overall, Lorenzen will take a 3-9 record with a 6.22 ERA, 1.77 WHIP and 73:38 K:BB across 97 innings (21 appearances) into the All-Star break.

McDonald did not factor into the decision Sunday, allowing one run on three hits and a walk over seven innings against Colorado. He struck out four.

After surrendering a leadoff inside-the-park homer to Jake McCarthy, McDonald kept the Colorado offense quiet over seven innings, matching the season high he established in his first outing May 4 against San Diego. It was a much-needed rebound performance for the right-hander after he was tagged for eight runs across 2.1 innings in his previous start against Toronto. McDonald will take a 3-7 record, 5.02 ERA, 1.30 WHIP and 54:21 K:BB across 66.1 innings (13 starts) into the All-Star break.

Hill was charged with a blown save Sunday against the Nationals, as he gave up one run on one hit while striking out one batter over two-thirds of an inning.

Hill took the mound in the sixth inning following starter Will Warren, who tossed five frames of one-run ball. After Hill struck out the first batter he faced, he then gave up a game-tying solo home run to Curtis Mead. Sunday marked the third time over Hill's past five outings that he's given up at least one homer, and he's yielded four total runs across 4.2 innings during that span. The lefty reliever concludes the first half with a 4.50 ERA, 1.11 WHIP and 17:7 K:BB while notching eight holds over 36 innings spanning 43 appearances.

Rocchio went 2-for-5 with a home run, two RBI and two runs scored in Sunday's 5-2 win over the Marlins.

After collecting an RBI single to open the scoring in his first plate appearance, Rocchio extended Cleveland's lead in the fifth inning by taking Michael Petersen deep for his eighth home run of the season. The long ball matched his career high from 2024, but he has reached the mark in 50 fewer games this time around. The shortstop has been hot lately, batting .317 with three home runs and 10 RBI over his last 11 games.

Arozarena went 1-for-5 with a three-run home run in Sunday's 8-2 win over the Rays.

Arozarena broke the game wide open in the fourth inning with a three-run blast off Cole Sulser. The long ball gives him 11 home runs on the season. The outfielder has heated up at the plate, homering four times over his last 14 games while batting .294 with 12 RBI during that stretch. He heads into the All-Star break slashing .286/.380/.458 across 89 games.
