Lee walked one and struck out one in a scoreless seventh inning Wednesday to record his 11th hold of the season in a win over the Blue Jays.

The 31-year-old leads Atlanta in holds, and he's already got his career high of 19 in his sights. Lee is tracking toward the best season of his MLB career, producing a 1.26 ERA, 0.63 WHIP and 35:4 K:BB through 29 appearances and 28.2 innings as the primary left-handed setup man for closer Raisel Iglesias.

Atlanta transferred Murphy (finger) to the 60-day injured list Thursday.

The transaction frees a spot on the 40-man roster for the addition of DaShawn Keirsey. Murphy is recovering from a fractured left middle finger and will not return until after the All-Star break.

Atlanta selected Keirsey's contract Thursday and optioned him to Triple-A Gwinnett.

Keirsey had an opt-out in his minor-league contract, and Atlanta decided to add him to the 40-man roster in order to prevent him from leaving. He's slashed .260/.298/.384 with four home runs and 16 stolen bases in 49 games with Gwinnett this season.

Atlanta selected Wynns' contract from Triple-A Gwinnett on Thursday.

Atlanta acquired Wynns via trade from the Angels on Wednesday and will now add him to the active roster. Wynns will share catching duties with Sandy Leon while Drake Baldwin (oblique) recuperates.

Atlanta designated Tromp for assignment Thursday.

Tromp has gone 5-for-25 with a 0:7 BB:K in 12 games since being added to the roster last month. Atlanta is adding Austin Wynns to the roster to pair with Sandy Leon as the club patches its catching corps together until Drake Baldwin (oblique) is ready to return from the injured list.

Susac is not in the lineup for Thursday's game in Milwaukee.

After starting the last two days at catcher, Susac will get a breather for Thursday's matinee. Eric Haase is catching and batting eighth for the Giants.

Diaz (oblique) has been hitting, throwing and catching bullpen sessions during workouts this week and is close to heading out on a rehab assignment, MLB.com reports.

The Astros haven't offered up an official timeline for Diaz's return from the left oblique strain that sent him to the injured list May 5, but if he's cleared to join a minor-league affiliate within the next few days, he could have a realistic shot at rejoining the big club by the middle of June. Since Diaz was deactivated, Christian Vazquez has taken over as the Astros' No. 1 catcher, with Cesar Salazar serving as Vazquez's backup.

The Astros announced Friday that Walter (elbow) is in the midst of a throwing progression at the team's complex in West Palm Beach, Fla., Chandler Rome of The Athletic reports.

Walter is one of three Astros starters in Florida rehabbing from Tommy John surgery, though Hayden Wesneski (elbow) and Ronel Blanco (elbow) are further along in their programs after undergoing procedures in May and June of last year, respectively. Both Wesneski and Blanco will have chances at returning from the 60-day injured list late in the season, but since he had his surgery Sept. 23, 2025, Walter isn't a realistic candidate to pitch until 2027. Walter's main focus will be building up toward facing live hitters by the end of the season with the aim of entering spring training with few restrictions, if any.

DeLauter is absent from the lineup for Thursday's contest versus the Yankees.

After going hitless in the first two games of the series, the left-handed-hitting DeLauter will get a break Thursday against southpaw Carlos Rodon. David Fry will serve as the Guardians' designated hitter and Angel Martinez will patrol right field.

Manzardo is not in the lineup for Thursday's game versus the Yankees.

The left-handed-hitting Manzardo was in the lineup the last time the Guardians faced a lefty, but he'll take a seat in this one as the Yankees send southpaw Carlos Rodon to the bump. Rhys Hoskins is handling first base for Cleveland.
