Arenado (undisclosed) was scratched from Saturday's lineup against the Mariners.

Per Steve Gilbert of MLB.com, Arenado was removed from the lineup due to precautionary reasons. The veteran third baseman had been dealing with groin issue before suffering an arm injury as a pinch hitter Friday after being hit by a pitch. Jose Fernandez will start at third base and bat eighth.

Miles will serve as the Blue Jays' starter for Sunday's series finale against the Orioles, Arden Zwelling of Sportsnet.ca reports.

With the Blue Jays' rotation hit by the injury bug, manager John Schneider has utilized Miles as a bulk reliever after an opener of late. However, Miles will operate as Toronto's starter for Sunday's contest, his first start since May 10 against the Angels and second of the season. He sports a 2.16 ERA, 1.02 WHIP and 32:9 K:BB across 33.1 innings this season and has yielded just one earned run over his last four outings (15.1 frames).

Muncy (hand) will serve as the designated hitter for Triple-A Las Vegas on Saturday, Martin Gallegos of MLB.com reports.

Muncy fractured his left hand on a hit-by-pitch in mid-April, which led to him being placed on the 10-day injured list later in the month. He started his swing progression in mid-May and has progressed enough in his recovery to embark on a rehab assignment. It's unclear how many minor-league games Muncy is expected to need before rejoining the A's, but he appears to be close to coming back from the injured list.

Wilson (shoulder) has been ramping up his baseball activities and could begin a rehab assignment next week, Martin Gallegos of MLB.com reports.

Wilson continues to progress in his recovery from a left shoulder injury that landed him on the 10-day injured list in mid-May. Once he's cleared for a rehab assignment, the Athletics will have a better sense of when Wilson will return to the majors. Prior to his IL stint, the 24-year-old shortstop was slashing .292/.311/.398 with two steals, three home runs and 19 RBI in 168 plate appearances.

The Yankees placed Rosario on the paternity list prior to Saturday's game against the Athletics.

Rosario can be away from the Yankees for up to three days while on the paternity list, meaning he'll likely be back for Tuesday's series opener against the Guardians. The veteran utility man has gone 9-for-31 (.290) with two home runs, seven RBI and six runs scored in 11 games since May 1.

Arenado (arm/groin) is starting at third base and batting out of the cleanup spot against the Mariners on Saturday.

Arenado was out of Friday's lineup due to groin soreness but was brought in as a pinch hitter in the seventh inning. However, the veteran third baseman was removed from the game after being hit by a pitch in the arm, though neither issue appears to be severe enough for Arenado to be held out of the lineup for Saturday's contest. He has gone 9-for-32 with one steal, five extra-base hits and seven RBI over his last 10 outings.

Neto was removed from Saturday's 14-3 win against the Rays due to whiplash, Erica Weston of Bally Sports West reports.

Neto collided with Ian Seymour at home plate on a wild pitch in the seventh inning, which led to the former being helped off the field after being evaluated by medical staff. If Neto is unable to play in Sunday's series finale, then Oswald Peraza or Donovan Walton would likely draw the start at shortstop.

Machado went 2-for-4 with a home run, a double and two RBI in Saturday's 9-4 loss to the Nationals.

Machado launched a solo blast in the fourth inning before adding an RBI double in the eighth, notching his first multi-hit effort since May 3. The third baseman has gone deep four times over his past 10 games, though he's hit just 6-for-36 during that stretch. For the year, he's slashing a disappointing .178/.272/.360 with 10 homers, 30 RBI, 28 runs scored and one stolen base across 229 plate appearances.

Beeter earned the save in Saturday's 9-4 win over the Padres, allowing no hits and two walks with one strikeout over 1.1 scoreless innings.

Beeter relieved Gus Varland with the bases loaded and a three-run lead in the eighth inning and was able to record the final out before tossing a scoreless ninth to nail down his third save. In four appearances since returning from the injured list May 21, the 27-year-old Beeter has fired 4.1 scoreless frames with a 5:4 K:BB. He owns a 2.45 ERA, 1.23 WHIP and 14:12 K:BB across 14.2 innings this season and should have a good chance to reclaim the primary closer's role given the lack of success his teammates had in his absence.

Griffin did not factor into the decision in Saturday's 9-4 win over the Padres, allowing three runs on five hits and two walks with five strikeouts over five innings.

Griffin was burned by three solo homers and departed with a 3-1 deficit before the Nationals' offense erupted in the late innings. It marked the third time in six May outings that the southpaw surrendered multiple long balls, and he'll finish the month with a 4.86 ERA over that stretch. He'll carry a 3.76 ERA, 1.15 WHIP and 65:21 K:BB across 67 innings this season into a road matchup against the Diamondbacks next weekend.
