Hamilton is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Rockies.

After making his return from the injured list Friday, the left-handed hitter went 1-for-7 with a stolen base over two games against right-handed starters. Hamilton will head to the bench Sunday while southpaw Kyle Freeland toes the rubber for Colorado. Hamilton could be in store for a part-time role versus righties, however, as Joey Ortiz has made a case for more opportunities at the hot corner. Since the start of July, Ortiz has produced a .921 OPS over 20 games.

Tovar is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Brewers.

Tovar will hit the bench for the second time in four games while the Rockies go with Willi Castro at shortstop in the series finale in Milwaukee. Since matching a season high with three hits in a July 3 win over the Giants, Tovar has gone 5-for-46 (.109) with two extra-base hits, zero stolen bases, five runs and two RBI over a stretch of 15 games.

Lee is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Angels due to a sore elbow, Justice delos Santos of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

Lee was removed from Saturday's 9-2 win shortly after he was struck in the elbow by a pitch in the seventh inning. Though delos Santos notes that Lee was wearing a guard on his elbow that absorbed most of the impact, the outfielder is still dealing with some residual soreness and will be given the afternoon off. Grant McCray will fill in for Lee in right field.

Spence is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the White Sox.

Spence will take a seat for the first time since being called up from Triple-A Sugar Land on July 17, paving the way for Taylor Trammell to pick up a start in center field. Over his first eight big-league games, Spence has gone 5-for-28 (.179) with a 2:11 BB:K, one RBI and two runs.

Walker is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the White Sox, Matt Kawahara of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Walker started the past four games, going 3-for-15 with a walk, a double, three RBI and seven strikeouts since returning from a minor hip issue. LaMonte Wade is starting at first base Sunday, which opens up left field for Zach Dezenzo.

Rengifo will start at third base and bat sixth in Sunday's game against the Marlins.

Rengifo appears to be pushing his way into a near-everyday role for San Diego, starting for the fifth time in six contests. Since being called up from Triple-A El Paso on July 8, Rengifo has gone 11-for-26 (.423) with two home runs, one stolen base, three walks, seven RBI and six runs.

Bogaerts is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Marlins.

Bogaerts will hit the bench for the first time since July 6 in what appears to be a routine day off. Sung-Mun Song will draw the start at shortstop in place of Bogaerts.

Robert is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Dodgers.

Since being activated from the 60-day injured list Monday, Robert has started four of six games while going 2-for-15 with a pair of solo home runs, two walks and an additional run. New York may continue to manage Robert's workload coming off his extended absence, but the 28-year-old should still be in line for a near-everyday role in the outfield now that he's healthy.

Semien is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Dodgers.

Semien appears to be receiving a routine day off after he went 2-for-14 with a solo home run and a walk while starting the previous four games. Brett Baty will step in for Semien at second base and bat eighth Sunday.

Alvarez is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Dodgers.

Alvarez will receive a routine day off after he had started at catcher the previous three games. Luis Torrens will step in for Alvarez behind the dish in Sunday's series finale.
