Gasper went 1-for-3 with a solo home run and an additional run scored during Tuesday's 9-6 loss to the Mariners.

Gasper got the Red Sox on the board early with a solo homer in the first inning. He's gone deep in back-to-back games and has seven homers over his last 13 games since being recalled from Triple-A Worcester on Aug. 16. Gasper should continue to see plenty of playing time over the next couple of weeks given his strong play at the plate coupled with Willson Contreras (hamstring) being on the 10-day injured list.

Paez (0-1) took the loss against the Mariners on Tuesday, allowing eight runs on 10 hits and two walks while striking out three across 3.2 innings.

The 22-year-old right-hander was called up from Triple-A Worcester to make his major-league debut Tuesday. He got off to a rough start by allowing a solo homer to Dominic Canzone in the first inning before allowing five runs in the second frame, three of which came on a Randy Arozarena home run. Paez went on to allow a run in each of the next two frames before being pulled in the fourth after tossing 87 pitches (55 strikes) and generating eight whiffs. It's not the way the right-hander was hoping his major-league debut would go, and he'll likely head back to the minors if the Red Sox revert to a five-man rotation.

Harris went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run during Atlanta's 9-5 loss to Washington on Tuesday.

Harris has gone deep in back-to-back games and is up to 24 homers on the year. He's been on a tear at the plate since mid-August, going 21-for-58 (.362) with three steals, four home runs and 12 RBI over his last 15 games. His .506 slugging percentage is tied with CJ Abrams for eighth-best in the National League among qualified batters.

Baldwin went 1-for-4 with an RBI double during Tuesday's 9-5 loss to Washington.

Baldwin cut Atlanta's deficit to 4-2 with an RBI double in the third inning. That double extended Baldwin's hitting streak to nine games, during which he has gone 15-for-38 (.395) with two home runs, six RBI and four doubles. His .813 OPS across 513 plate appearances is fourth-best among qualified catchers behind Hunter Goodman, Gabriel Moreno and Liam Hicks.

Albies went 1-for-4 with a solo homer during Tuesday's 9-5 loss to Washington.

Albies opened Tuesday's scoring with a solo homer off Jake Irvin in the second inning. It was Albies' first homer since Aug. 11 and 21st of the year, which is fourth-most on Atlanta behind Matt Olson (37), Michael Harris (24) and Drake Baldwin (22). Albies has a .725 OPS with three steals, 44 extra-base hits and 68 RBI over 592 plate appearances this season.

Melton (7-4) took the loss Tuesday against the Twins, allowing seven runs (five earned) on six hits and one walk while striking out four over 5.1 innings.

Melton surrendered a first-inning homer to Kody Clemens before settling in to retire 10 consecutive batters, but things unraveled over the fifth and sixth innings. He was charged with six runs during that span, two of which scored via error, and exited after allowing a three-run homer to Royce Lewis in the sixth. The five earned runs were a season high for Melton, who entered Tuesday having allowed more than three runs just once in 16 starts. He's now taken the loss in three straight outings and owns a 2.20 ERA, 1.03 WHIP and 84:29 K:BB across 102.1 innings. Melton is slated for a rematch with Minnesota on Monday.

Smith-Shawver (0-1) took the loss against the Nationals on Tuesday, allowing five runs on six hits and three walks while striking out five across four innings.

The five runs Smith-Shawver allowed in Tuesday's outing were his most in four starts this season, with four of those runs coming in the second inning. The 23-year-old right-hander finished his start having tossed 86 pitches (57 strikes) while generating 16 whiffs, and his five punchouts were a season high. Even though his start against Washington wasn't great, the fact that Smith-Shawver has tossed at least 86 pitches in each of his last two appearances is an encouraging sign that he has fully recovered from Tommy John surgery that he underwent in June of 2025. Atlanta is currently deploying a six-man rotation, so that puts Smith-Shawver in line to face the Rays at home next week.

Abrams went 2-for-4 with a two-run single, a steal and a run scored during Tuesday's 9-5 win over Atlanta.

Abrams was scratched from Monday's lineup against Miami due to back tightness, but he was cleared to return to action for Tuesday's series opener. He got the Nationals on the board early in the second inning with a two-run single before being brought home later in the frame on a Brady House double. Abrams has an .852 OPS with 27 steals, 29 home runs and 94 RBI over 570 plate appearances this season.

Taylor went 1-for-2 with a double, a run scored and two RBI in Tuesday's 9-4 loss to the Brewers.

Taylor followed up a three-RBI night with another two RBI in Tuesday's contest as the outfielder stayed hot at the plate. He's now batting .413 in 19 games with the Cubs, giving his new team a much -needed boost beyond his strong defense. Taylor is particularly good against lefties, as he's sporting a .942 OPS in those matchups this year, but he's been solid against righties too, which has given his fantasy value a boost.

House went 1-for-3 with a walk, a double and three RBI during Tuesday's 9-5 win over Atlanta.

House gave Washington a 4-1 lead in the second inning with a two-run double before driving in another run on a sacrifice fly in the sixth. House has logged at least one RBI in five of his last six games, going 7-for-18 (.389) with one home run, 10 RBI and four runs scored in that span.
