Peraza went 2-for-4 with one RBI, one stolen base and one run scored in Sunday's 3-2 win over the Tigers.

Peraza doubled his hit total for the month with this performance. He's gone 4-for-25 (.160) with 13 strikeouts over his last 10 games, though he has picked up three steals. On the year, Peraza is batting .242 with a .664 OPS, seven home runs, 12 steals, 24 RBI, 26 runs scored, 11 doubles and two triples over 282 plate appearances.

Schanuel went 3-for-5 in Sunday's 3-2 win over the Tigers.

Schanuel has four multi-hit efforts over his last eight games, a span in which he has gone 14-for-30 (.467) at the plate. He has just three extra-base hits in that span, all doubles. The first baseman is hitting .279 with a .744 OPS, six home runs, 35 RBI, 31 runs scored, 17 doubles and no stolen bases over 80 contests this season.

Zeferjahn gave up one run on one hit and didn't record a strikeout or walk in one inning to earn the save in Sunday's 3-2 win over the Tigers.

Zeferjahn gave up a solo shot to Riley Greene, but he was able to avoid further damage. He's allowed two solo shots over his last 3.1 innings of work, but he's also posted a 4:0 K:BB in that span. Zeferjahn remains firmly in the high-leverage mix for the Angels with three saves and eight holds this season. He has posted a 3.91 ERA, 1.20 WHIP and 63:31 K:BB through 46 innings.

Johnson (2-4) allowed one run on two hits and three walks while striking out five over five innings to earn the win over the Tigers on Sunday.

Johnson was able to limit the damage to a Kevin McGonigle solo home run, which led off the first inning. Prior to Sunday, Johnson had allowed 11 runs (six earned) over his previous 14 innings. He's struggled early in his career and has a 6.10 ERA with a 1.43 WHIP and 30:16 K:BB through 38.1 innings over 10 games (seven starts) this season. Johnson is projected to make his next start at San Francisco.

Mead went 1-for-3 with two walks, one RBI, one stolen base and one run scored in Sunday's 5-2 win over the Athletics.

Mead has gone 19-for-46 (.413) over 12 contests in July, hitting safely in 10 of those games. He's also logged nine extra-base hits and nine RBI in that span. He's up to a .256 batting average and .861 OPS on the year while adding 17 home runs, six steals, 48 RBI, 47 runs scored, 16 doubles and one triple over 83 contests in a breakout campaign.

Ford went 1-for-3 with a double, a hit-by-pitch, one RBI and a stolen base in Sunday's 5-2 win over the Athletics.

Ford was in the lineup for the second time in three games coming out of the All-Star break. The catcher has gone 3-for-8 with two extra-base hits and four RBI in those contests and looks to be in position to challenge Keibert Ruiz for playing time, particularly against left-handed pitchers. If Ford can hit well, he could also be in the mix for time as the designated hitter.

Young went 1-for-3 with a hit-by-pitch and two stolen bases in Sunday's 5-2 win over the Athletics.

Young has logged three steals over his last three games. He continues to fill a part-time role in the Nationals' outfield, though he has gone 6-for-20 (.300) at the plate over his seven games in July. Overall, he's batting .225 with a .654 OPS, eight home runs, 11 steals, 32 RBI and 36 runs scored over 298 plate appearances.

Vasquez was credited with a hold while striking out two and allowing three hits and no walks over three scoreless innings of relief in Sunday's 19-2 win over the Royals.

After the Padres reinstated Vasquez from the 15-day injured list prior to Sunday's contest, the right-hander headed to the bullpen for the series finale in Kansas City in what marked just his second relief appearance in 18 outings on the season. The Padres essentially deployed Vasquez in tandem with starter German Marquez, who was lifted after tossing 59 pitches and allowing two earned runs over three innings. Beyond Michael King, the Padres have been unable to generate quality results from any of their rotation members this season, so it wouldn't be surprising if Vasquez's move to the bullpen ends up being short-lived. Even if he doesn't displace Marquez in the rotation the next time a fifth starter is needed Friday in Miami, Vasquez could still end up being used in a tandem arrangement with Marquez once again.

Nunez went 1-for-4 with two stolen bases and a run scored in Sunday's 5-2 win over the Athletics.

Nunez is up to 37 steals on the season, including three during the three-game set in Sacramento. The infielder is getting the bulk of the playing time at second base for the Nationals and continues to make an impact with his speed. The batting has been just passable -- he's hitting .246 with a .623 OPS, one home run, 28 RBI, 42 runs scored, four doubles and three triples over 92 contests this season.

Crews went 1-for-3 with a solo home run, a walk and a second run scored in Sunday's 5-2 win over the Athletics.

Crews had gone just 1-for-19 over his previous five games, and he'd gone eight contests without a homer. The outfielder went back-to-back with CJ Abrams in the fifth inning as the Nationals built up their lead. Crews is hitting .210 with a .634 OPS, seven homers, 20 RBI, 29 runs scored, six doubles and six stolen bases over 50 contests this season. He continues to see fairly steady playing time around Washington's outfield.
