Towns saved his worst for last, at least from a scoring perspective. He picked up his fourth foul early in the third quarter, ultimately limiting him to just 23 minutes. Despite his offensive struggles, New York once again came from behind, securing another impressive road victory. The win sees New York land its first NBA title since 1973, and with it, a place in history. While it was certainly a rough night for Towns, he finished the postseason with averages of 15.9 points, 10.6 rebounds, 4.9 assists, 1.4 three-pointers and 2.6 combined steals and blocks.

Towns picked up two fouls within the first minute of the game, ultimately limiting him to just 26 minutes. However, he certainly played a key role for the Knicks down the stretch, as New York recorded the biggest comeback victory in the history of the NBA Finals. Towns continues to play arguably the best basketball of his career and will aim to ride that momentum into San Antonio when the two teams meet again on Saturday.

Towns did an excellent job picking his spots offensively, scoring efficiently while consistently delivering clutch baskets for the Knicks. He finished as a plus-11 in the one-point victory, helping New York take a commanding 2-0 series lead as the matchup shifts to Madison Square Garden for Game 3 on Monday.

Towns certainly held his own in the win, recording his second straight double-double while also helping to put the clamps on Victor Wembanyama. In his past nine appearances, Towns has been a picture of consistency, averaging 15.9 points, 10.2 rebounds, 5.6 assists, 1.6 three-pointers and 1.9 combined steals and blocks.

Towns tallied 19 points (8-11 FG, 3-3 3Pt), 14 rebounds, three assists, two steals and two blocks across 26 minutes in Monday's 130-93 win over the Cavaliers in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals. Towns got off to a strong start in this one, knocking down two triples and scoring eight points while grabbing six boards in the first quarter. The star big man finished with a team-best 19 points and a game high in rebounds while chipping in four combined steals-plus-blocks for a second consecutive contest. After sweeping the Cavaliers, Towns and the Knicks will look toward the NBA Finals, where they'll face the winner of the Thunder-Spurs series.
